2921  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-06] RUMOUR: NiceHash hacked, 56 million USD stolen from users on: December 06, 2017, 09:29:42 PM
Nicehash was the main attraction to the people who were new
to the crypta world and wanted to dive in straight away and mine some coins on their equipment
of course,in most cases it was a waste of time if we are talking about profit
but it helped to get acquainted with bitcoin and altcoins
so now its fate is unclear, hope NH recover from the hack and continue its operations
2922  Economy / Gambling / Re: How many of these sites are legal? on: December 06, 2017, 07:15:10 PM
I would prefer a solid, trusted, paying dice site without a license
to a licensed casino that introduces shady bonuses, then requires KYC if you win and withdraw anything substantial
I know,for example,if I win 10 bitcoins at Primedice
I will get paid,no questions asked,no background checks and no documents asked Smiley
so a license doesn't mean legit and viceversa
2923  Economy / Gambling / Re: High Commission Gambling/Dice Affiliate Program? - Type-In Traffic Domain Name on: December 05, 2017, 08:09:16 PM
Hello Community! I was wondering which is the highest paying gambling/dice affiliate program. I own a domain which is very similar to the domain of a gambling site, generating traffic everyday. What I do at the moment is to redirect my domain to my affiliate link of the original site. I get 1-3 affiliate sign ups every day. However, the commission is very small. Any ideas on how I can exploit my domain's traffic more efficiently, given that the generic traffic of users visiting my domain everyday (40-80) are potential gamblers. Thank you!

You could try bitvest, they only offer 10% of their share but you get a share of your referral's referral as well (as unlikely as that may be).

they do offer a 3 level deep affiliate programme:

here is some stats of their global affiliate earning:

but honestly,in general, converting traffic to affiliate casino hits is rarely worth the effort
you only hit big when a whale sign ups,all of the 1-3 signups you are talking about  are not going to deposit, most certainly
to have a steady profit, the number of signups must be 100-200 daily
2924  Economy / Gambling / Re: An idea for a fair new gambling site. on: December 05, 2017, 07:08:49 PM
So, I was pondering ponzi/HYIP investment sites and came up with what I think is a provably fair and fully transparent game.  I was wondering if anyone else had had the idea before me and what you guys thought of it?

The idea is that the players pay x satoshis into an address.  Quite simply, once ten deposits have been made the contents of the address is divided among the players.  One gets 40%, one gets 30%, one gets 20% and the house gets 10%.  This gives you a roughly 3:10 chance of winning (and there is no reason for the house to cheat as they get their 10% whatever).  I am not a gambler, but I like those odds.  The groupings of 10 would be based on the order of the transactions in the block chain and the winners would be picked based on the last digits of the last 3(ish) transactions ids.  That would be fairly hard to fix from a players point of view.  If you think its rigged then just check the blockchain.

On the whole, it would be fairly easy to implement and be pretty scalable.  You could have games for bets of 100, 1000, 10000, 1000000, sats etc.  You could have time based games.  The pot is open for an hour and the winner is decided the same way but at greater odds.

What do you think?

pretty easy to implement as in are you a backend dev?
all in all the idea is nothing really fascinating and it won't be beating any player base records
especially since the site will be new, without advertising, starting capital or bankroll
the best shot would be posting it in the appropriate section and see if anyone wants to participate in developping it
2925  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST play/invest, maximum transparency, distributing BTG now on: December 05, 2017, 06:35:02 PM
Hi everyone!

There are some important changes coming to the leveling system that will hopefully make the sistem independent of the crazy BTC/USD price.

Anyway, I pushed a few important changes today which may (or might not) affect your accounts:

1. You can get XP (eXperience Points) from the people that follow you. This is still true, but from now on followers that wagered 0.0001 BTC or less do not pass any XP. Earlier even players with nothing wagered passed minimal amounts of XP and we found users that were creating thousands of user accounts to take advantage of this fact.

2. I have reduced faucet amounts for the low-level accounts. The amounts were set when BTC/USD was way lower than it is now and we had to make these amounts a bit more reasonable again.

Cheers,
Ethan

so,the actual amount of XP we had is not going to change? sometimes we don't see who is following us
at least I,frankly, was pretty oblivious to the fact that I had any followers at all, haha
as for the faucet size-all of the main dice sites have reduced the faucet and its pretty much unavoidable
since the price went four times up in a matter of three months
2926  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bets are being taken on which next major retailer will accept BTC by end of 2018 on: December 05, 2017, 06:14:25 PM
an interesting find, usually the bookies provide good analysis as they are risking their money
but the chances are none of them would accept BTC by the end of 2018
IMHO,the best chances have:
Argos
Easyjet
Amazon

McDonalds should not even bother,as their orders are usually under 10$,especially in some countries other than the US and Canada
accepting bitcoins would be more of a headache than a move forward
on the other hand,Argos is the one that could benefit the most along with Amazon
Esyjet is righ there too
2927  Economy / Gambling / Re: How many of these sites are legal? on: December 05, 2017, 05:54:44 PM
most of the casino sites operate from some god forgotten offshore country
some of the top dice sites are registered and running without much licensing at all
at least if they had one, they would put it on the front page with huge golden letters 32 pt font size  Grin
2928  Other / Archival / Re: [Archived] Profit tracking. on: December 04, 2017, 11:35:59 PM
What is estimated daily profit on 100 ETH bankroll?

I think it is very hard to predict profits in bankroll investments because in some days you may make a good profit and sometimes you may lose some of your investments so if you're expecting steady profits then bankroll investments are not an option for you. No one can give you an accurate answer to your question. But in the long run, we can make a good profit from these investments.
according to the stats in the table,an average ETH investment (think you meant investment, not the bankroll in your question)
brings around 0.7% profit weekly,if you invest 100 ETH you will be getting 0.1% of that sum daily
i.e. your average profit would be 0.1 ETH,factor in variance and such, because luck may change and the exact time you invest
there could appear a wild ETH whale who wins and leaves you in  the red

2929  Economy / Securities / Re: INVEST IN CANADIAN MINING FARM. on: December 04, 2017, 10:46:16 PM
So lets cut straight to the case. If you invest $20 you will get $25 Back in 5 months GUARANTEED. Or your money will be sent back.

How much money do you have to spend on your project? It's important to build your own mining farm.
What kind of altcoins do you want to mine? Do you prefer to mine bitcoin as well?
How much the cost of electricity costs in your city?
Why you offer $25 investment? It's a small amount for mining.
if someone invests $100, it means he will get $20 in 5 months, right?
Consider this; if I buy bitcoin right now and hold it for 5 months, I will get profits more than $20 for sure.
\
Currently im minining on my laptop/
buying parts from newegg.
Your wrong if you invest 100 you will get 105 in 5 months

thank you for making me laugh Smiley

2930  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Antminer S9 out of stock and back again on: December 04, 2017, 06:50:36 PM
So I was checking Antminer S9 and it said it was sold out. And now it was on stock again and it was doing the same thing over and over. Why is this happening ? Is it safe to buy on bitmain site?
of course it is safe to buy on bitmain site, what kind of question is this?
as for out of stocks,it is because the price of bitcoin is over 9000 (>11.500 actually) and the company struggles to satisfy the demand
they also used to sell one or more of their batches for BCH (Bitcoin Cash) only
some of the sudden stocks could be the returns or cancellations or even repaired warranty miners
and you will not be able to order one or two miners from them, most likely, they prefer to deal with the bulk byers nowadays
2931  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do I identify genuine mining opportunities? on: December 04, 2017, 05:14:40 PM
I've had pretty good luck with the open ended BTC contracts at Genesis, but that's the only provider to this point that I've trusted enough to put real capital towards.  That said, it's a long term play with some significant uncertainty as to whether it would have been better to have just bought and held BTC (will need it to run long enough to give me back more BTC than what I put into it; guesstimating about 18 months).

you assume that the mining will still be there in 18 months
the main p[roblem is that they turn scam with almost 100% certainty
or change their terms on the fly, increasing the fees, changing contracts etc.
nobody in their right mind would allow you to buy a contract for 2 years when the price was 300$
and let you cash in on the almost 40 times growth, just like that
without trying to nab you
2932  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I only have 200$ per month ! on: December 03, 2017, 07:06:15 PM
do it the easy way-spend 200$ a month and buy bitcoins
and HODL,buy every month for a year, read about altcoins
next year invest in the second most successful cryptocurrency
chances are you will make money just doing nothing other than being patient and knowing about bitcoin
before others do
2933  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do I identify genuine mining opportunities? on: December 03, 2017, 04:09:00 PM
how to know if a cloudmining is scam? -it has a website!
on a more serious note, cloudminings are the thing of the past
even the ones that are legit won't let you profit
if you want to learn more about how to determine the legitimacy of a cloudmining ,go here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387.0

you can also find a short list of the "legit" sites and also a huge list of the already collaped scams
2934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Already lost 50% of my capital on: December 03, 2017, 02:04:57 PM
if you lose constantly while trading, invest into studying the market
and also read and study and learn more about trading itself
it is not an easy business,if every single trader was profiting ,trading would have died Smiley
so try to cut the losses,do not go all in and learn and trade on demo accounts first
2935  Other / Meta / Re: [Poll] What do you think of the forum's usage of reCaptcha? on: December 03, 2017, 01:39:53 PM
I am having problems solving Recaptcha
it started a couple of months ago and for some time I was not able to solve it all, because it kept me in an everending loop of
"incorrect" answers although I was sure I solved them correctly
when I googled(sic!) I found out that the problem was pretty common(and random) and the only way to get rid of it
was logging out of all of your google related accounts or using incognito mode in your browser
needless to say that its a hassle,so I think any captcha BUT recaptcha will do
2936  Other / Meta / Re: Prohibiting newbies from starting a topic on: December 03, 2017, 01:17:36 PM
the main idea of the forum is not to herd the experienced users together and leave the rest outside,we all have been newbies at some point
we all made mistakes(well, the majority of us :\  ) and to restrict the newbies even further will not help
with the increased price and adoption, expect many more people to come here
and statistically, there are at least 5% of inadequate people and 16.97% of spammers so every fifth post is a shitpost anyhow, newbie or not  Grin
2937  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice site list on: December 02, 2017, 06:44:01 PM
hi guys are all these legit?

yes they are legit
as in you can deposit and play and withdraw no problem
they will not scam you or steal your money, but you should try and play and see which one suits you more
since the choice is big and many sites offer different features, games and promotions
now that bitcoin price is 11.000$,pay attention to the minimal withdrawal and transaction fees, sometimes people send 50.000 satoshi
win 100.000 and then complain they cannot withdraw, since they failed to check the minimal requirement, blaming the site
always read TOS and FAQ

2939  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚡ [ANN] ⚡ DeepDice ⚡ Gambling - Powered by DeepOnion hidden by Tor 🚀 on: December 02, 2017, 04:44:37 PM
DeepDice Changes:
Odd and Even Wins
Chance of winning: 50%
Pays out x1.979
Payout speed now 3 times faster!

What this means for players is that you'll win more often, but you'll win ever so slightly less. This is to address the feedback I've had that the edge is too high and brings it inline with some of best crypto gambling sites.

Now this is not just the ONLY anonymous dice game, but now only a 1% edge

The classic dice development is progressing well and I'm hoping to get instant payouts up and running. However this will mean moving away from using the block has to decide the results, so feedback on this decision is welcome.

glad to see you lowered your house edge to 1%,since >10% was outrageously high
your provably fair is connected to the block results,so if you are to change it
look at the server hash/player hash combination used at almost every dice site (bitsler, primedice etc.)
if you want to keep the predetermined list, encrypted then look at bidouble.io provably fair system
it gives you more flexibility in terms of not waiting for the block results
2940  Economy / Gambling / Re: [ANN] SpinAndDouble.io - A bitcoin game ! Red Or Black ? Let The Game Begin ! on: December 02, 2017, 01:11:02 PM
I get it why there is no need for house edge, its because you are basically betting against him. The problem with this is that if someone programs a bot with their API (if they ever release one), it will spam thousands of bets and the net win result will be basically 50/50 since as spins -> infinity then the wins of red or black are either.

However if its just for a few bets then it should be fine for now at least. Since this site just launched a few hours ago.

However the no provably fair issue is a huge deal breaker. You need to prove the bets or else this is another Yobit dice type of site. Where its impossible to tell if you lost by bad luck or were cheated.

Another issue is with the max bet. You need to use risk according to your in house capital so you don't end up going insolvent.

Finally someone with some IQ.

how do you say that that is Fair? I think this is a very risk who is not provably fair on you're a system, and Minimum roll $ 1 this is crazy for starting in the new gambling. better than hyip if you want to stolen fund, you must be fixed the most common problems it be better.

Did you even read the update ? The Minimum roll was initially 10$ lowered to 5$ .. people said is to much. then it's 1$.

Can you all dice, casino, faucets owners stop posting here ?Funny how those guys promoting unFortune Jack are accused of fraud and they are still allowed to post here.

you should be thankful people post here
owners or not (usually owners are the most knowlegable about the games since they have been both playing AND running sites)
if you do not like people leaving negative comments here, you should delete the thread
and make one self moderated thread instead
