2921  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: May 09, 2016, 01:33:34 PM
It is always a good long term investment to buy 1 btc today for you can save some money then sell them or spend them only in the future. This will actually make your profits higher and gain more earnings. Most of the people here buy bitcoin and then save it for the future higher amount of value and then sell them, this will gave them a long term investment if you will repeat the same process as you let your savings grow.

It depends on how do you define long. If 1 year is long enough for you than do not invest but if 10 years or more you are talking about than I think you should invest Wink
2922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: May 09, 2016, 01:30:45 PM
Paypal is of course popular but as you can see now you see that Bitcoin will be more used and that is perfect for the most people with Bitcoin.
But you also see that Bitcoin is more used and that is perfect.

Welcome to btctalk and I prefer bitcoin than paypal, although at this time PayPal has a security system which is quite good and can be in the exchange in shopping stores anywhere, but in terms of transactions bitcoin is still better than that if using bitcoin need not bother to verify wallets such as PayPal
2923  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: May 08, 2016, 07:29:59 AM
The best thing I like in bitcoin is that I can use it for gambling, as bitcoin allows me to bet even with small amount and my identity is not disclosed.

Gambling is not a good option according to me, I would say what the best thing i love is security , anonymous and freedom of controlling your money , so if you look around any other payment ,banking system you would find hidden obvious one who has the control lead of your own capital.

2925  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I benefit from btc? on: May 05, 2016, 06:48:10 PM
How can I benefit from btc? I mean let's say I bought 2 btc, what next? how can I earn more of btc or dollars
Why do people rush over btc if it's just an electric currency without having benefit from it?

Benefit in the sense you can do trading, mining or many things to invest it on to make more bitcoin by your 2 bitcoins. All you need to put some efforts. If you need without effort means you have wait for halving for sure.
2926  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying stocks with Bitcoin on: May 05, 2016, 06:42:31 PM
Very very interesting too see so many people choose bitcoin over stocks.

For me, i would choose stocks, real companies owned by real people over a shady digital currency which gained its reputation mostly from drug dealers, hackers and thieves.

Also very big LoL goes to the people who say stock market is gambling. If the stock market is gambling then what is bitcoin? x1000 gambling.

I would actually buy stocks with bitcoins if there are cheap and safe brokers.

Even I would like bitcoin to reach like paypal around the world and this should become most popular payment gateway and international money transfer medium.
I am most of the people will go with bitcoin mode of payment in their business to increase their profit level by reducing transaction charges.

2928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: An open letter to Satoshi Nakamoto on: May 05, 2016, 06:31:21 PM
An open letter to Satoshi Nakamoto, whomever he, she or they may be.

I would like to open this letter with a thank you and a warning.
Thank you for creating this amazing world changing technology we call Blockchain, and for giving it freely to the world.
Thank you for giving us the tools we need to free ourselves (if only a little) from those that would call us Money launderers, Tax avoiders, Drug dealers and Terrorists.
I think sometimes we forget why and how all this started and find ourselves dwelling far too much on the “what can it do for me”, after all isn’t that exact thinking what got us into this mess in the first place?

SATURDAY'S: PRESS TIPS AND COMMENT - Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks
Sat Jan 3, 2009 9:25am GMT

Your place in all of this is far better served as an anonymous figurehead as whether you choose to come forward and speak your mind or stay anonymous you will be hunted, threatened, used for others best interests. Stay hidden my friend let the world deal with the revolution you have started it has been a long time coming.

Despite all that has come before Ladies and Gentlemen we find ourselves at a crossroads of sorts, do we argue amongst ourselves and bicker like small children or do we use the tools we have been given to change this world for the better?
Core or Classic? Ethereum or Lisk? Dash or Monero? Doge or Potcoin?

Centralisation: “is the process by which the activities of an organization, particularly those regarding planning and decision-making, become concentrated within a particular location or group, keeping all of the important decision-making powers within the head office or the center of the organization.”

Decentralisation:  “the process of redistributing or dispersing functions, powers, people or things away from a central location or authority.
While centralization, especially in the governmental sphere, is widely studied and practiced, there is no common definition or understanding of decentralization. The meaning of decentralization may vary in part because of the different ways it is applied.”

The choice my friends is solely in your hands.

I think we have to thank him or her for sure because bitcoin is the best invention in this 21st century as much I know. I dont know whether other payment medium having this much feature like bitcoin.
So I would say bitcoin is always great according to me.
2929  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020 on: May 05, 2016, 06:26:51 PM
In 2020, bitcoin will cross 5000$  Wink

Bitcoin would reach to a higher level by that time for sure, as the price is continuously moving up at a moment and it will keep on rising as we would see more users entering into bitcoins.
2930  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 05, 2016, 06:04:54 PM
The future of paper money is as promising as it has been till date as the users of paper money are huge and they will continue to use it even bitcoin gets on mainstream.

For that bitcoin should get accept worldwide as payment gateway, Paper money is now largely used. And that will not change later. I also know that Bitcoin will be more used now in the future.
But many people need also their paper money, because some people dont even know what Bitcoin do, so first we must promote Bitcoin.
2931  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the effect of knowing Satoshi on bitcoin price? on: May 05, 2016, 05:59:35 PM
"Australian professor Craig Wright reveals himself to be Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto".   I dont think it is true

I don't think bitcoin price will not affect anything in price wise. May be US may kill him and they will not allow bitcoin to spread all around the world.
2932  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: May 05, 2016, 05:56:18 PM
Depends on how quick you want to get rich. If you want it real quick, gamble everything you own and wish that luck is on your side and the stars are aligned to turn your life around. If you want a slow and sure way of getting rich, prepare to spend long hours doing research and study on a business which you think will yield good profits.

Lol,  yeah I too agree that gambling is not a good way to start with bitcoins. I hope to earn bitcoin by holding it and then selling it for a higher price.
My term is about atleast 2 years. By then I hope to sell with quite some profit.
2933  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin go to $500 on: May 05, 2016, 05:33:51 PM
For investors keep half of your btc to spend more for something else this summer bitcoin gone be a 1000$ maybe more

I am fairly sure that for traders the most interesting and fun moments will be happening before the block halving for that you have to wait for summer to ver to reach the halving time. All the heavy speculation will give the price a massive boost. After the block halving is completed I expect the prices to come down again to more reasonable levels...
2934  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: May 05, 2016, 05:31:26 PM

Spending a little money with bitcoin can do a lot of things but it is up to him if he really wants to buy bitcoin or not, but it could really help a lot if he buys bitcoin because it can really saves him a lot of money.
2935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: May 05, 2016, 04:50:55 PM
I am using online wallet or usually known as shared wallet and so far my account doesnt hack.

Clod is best I guess, I  use store some of  my bitcoins in online wallets as well, do not want to take a risk to get hacked and lose all of my coins at once. Mostly store them on online wallets, like blockchain or coinbase.
2936  Other / Off-topic / Re: The craziest shit you can buy with bitcoins right now? on: May 05, 2016, 04:42:25 PM
The most craziest thing to buy with your btc is the things that you don't need either Tongue I guess.
And there is a service offered in the services section I just forgot the thread. He is selling that he will pump poops on the target
that you will tell him to be the victim Grin

If I get Russian girl as partner to have my ****. I would do that craziest shit very soon...
2937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: May 05, 2016, 04:38:49 PM
PayPal should simply allow you to fund your account with bitcoin. Just like they do with dollars, euros etc.

Nah Dollars and fiat are out of fashion, I would go for bitcoin, is much for faster, easier and last but not least it has a very good security. The bitcoin can easily go beyond from paypal, the bitcoin only need to get bigger than it by users.
2938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: May 05, 2016, 06:55:04 AM
cold wallet with the private keys hidden in 2 different places

Yeah I would agree that Cold storage is the best way store your bitcoins . A trezor could be worth investing in too. Only store small amounts in an online wallet to avoid the threat of being compromised...
2939  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying a large sum of bitcoins on: May 04, 2016, 06:26:31 PM
I never used localbitcoins but I think it will be the best option they are trusted here on the forums and there are many dealers with large stocks of bitcoins.
Another nice factor is that you can meet in person so that it can really be done on a trusted way.

I have used N no of times in localbitcoins to buy and sell the bitcoins. I guess that is trusted medium to exchange the bitcoins to fiat. Payment system so secured with escrow system to grow big value.
2940  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020 on: May 04, 2016, 06:22:17 PM
The bitcoin is gonna rise for sure because of the halving that is coming and I think the bitcoin is gonna rise in 2020 also, this is because the fact is that there will maybe come another halving in 2020.

If you take governments, it will not happen. Governments are least interested in things like bitcoins

when bitcoin is adopted in many countries and accepted by government as a currency without regulating it, then in 2020 it will be realistic that we will see physical stores that are accepting bitcoin as a payment no need to worry about government. I am sure US government will not allow bitcoin to rule as payment gateway and system.
