It says early on the page it was premined for the Foundation for 50 million.
A little further down it says the Foundation "holds" 10 million.
There is no other mention of it.

Where mysterious rich figures showed up to buy it up to $20+ a coin.
To this day no one ever did own up to doing it  ..so we have to assume it was the ETH guys & Friends.
After all they WERE the ones buying the 100 BTC blocks non stop on launch.
Put 2 & 2 together..

Don't forget the great pump way back guys..
That happened because it was PUMPED by a whale.
Not because users randomly out of the blue decided for no apparent reason to collectively pour money on ETH.

The users followed the whale pumping.. not the other way around.

The fact it is not listed is a huge red flag.

They claim all kinds of insane crap with this coin and claim hundreds of thousands of users have adopted LEO.
Problem is if that was true it would be one of the top coins.. EVERYWHERE !
They would not need to launch their own exchange which i was told was DEAD with no activity.
