2921  Economy / Services / Re: Are you a Crypto Affiliate? Review our casino for a fee $$ on: December 19, 2022, 03:50:03 PM
Hey guys,

I saw that a lot of forum members have their own crypto affiliates sites, I already reached out to some of them like https://www.btcgosu.com/, but I would love to get more contacts.

If you own a site and act as a crypto affiliate, ping me and let's discuss the options Smiley

We are officially launching our crypto casino tomorrow, and I'm looking to partner up for reviews, listings and press releases.

This is a welcome development.  Getting a review would not or should not be a problem. I strongly believe you have already set up modalities and steps for  the launch of your casino which is a good move. Review you would definitely get because if you should start asking for review at this early stage of launch, you would get confused of which one  to implement so I would advise launch with the options you already made provision for then call for a general review here to improve better. Here members of the platform can make  a review of your casino site an spot their own differences and call your attention to observation made in the course of reviewing your casino.
Nevertheless,  hosting a signature campaign onboard this platform would definitely do you more good for promoting your casino with a reputable Manager to run it for a little while while it is still at it's early stage. @yahoo62278 can do it better.
2922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was Bitcoin project a failure after all ? on: December 19, 2022, 12:50:19 PM
If bitcoin was a failure do you think this platform would have been existing? Maybe we all would not have been here. We would not have had this opportunity to meet each other here. There would not have been anything called blockchain by now if bitcoin really failed because to the best of my knowledge, bitcoin was the first blockchain Genesis.
The steady increase in price indicates the growth. The increase in Adoption shows how successful it is. The acceptance as a legal tender shows how precious it is hence tagged as a digital gold. Bitcoin is not a failure and can never be a failure. Maybe you have failed on your path thinking it would fail but you forgot it already created a niche for itself and therefore, remains the freedom of the unbaked.

2924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin adoption and On-boarding of a tailor friend. on: December 18, 2022, 06:15:35 AM
I met with this man who is a tailor in my locality, he is very skilled and good at his work. Though he is exposed and inclined with technological development but to some extent and I can attest that he is good, sound and knowledgeable to assimilate teachings and new ideas.   I got to know him through a friend based on recommendation for a work for which he did very well to maximum satisfaction. As a bitcoin enthusiast, I felt it was the right time and thing to do putting him through and bringing him onboard the bitcoin system for which promotion and adoption is the goal.

As a member of this platform and a pro bitcoin enthusiast, I find it necessary promoting the acceptance and adoption of bitcoin in my locality for which I have been on the course and it has been a successful one. I had to lecture him on bitcoin, When and why Bitcoin was founded, Founder of Bitcoin, Importance and benefits of holding bitcoin also challenges and disadvantages, How to trade bitcoin ( listed some  notable exchange where he can trade bitcoin), What is blockchain and how it works. I also explained and showed him what a public and private key looks like, showing him a transaction hash too was another thing I did for him to get a clearer picture of how it works.

We had a one on one conversation as it was more of an interactive class we had. I was also practical because i would want him to know how to handle things on his own after the day and when he is with others. I taught him how to set up a bitcoin wallet so he could easily understand and do it himself, copy and send his wallet address to his customers for payment. As private keys are important, I also told and showed him the difference between private keys, public keys  and transaction hash so he could get acquainted to them all. All through was a practical session so he could get acquainted to the whole process. I also emphasized on him running another private wallet from  what we have done as it may please him for his own safety. I was very precise of the market volatility and letting him know how it works so he does not make any wrong move.

It was a very deep interactive session as he inquired to know how he could purchase bitcoin for which I gave him options of centralize exchange to choose.  I made it clear to him "not your keys not your coin" so he could be aware of the happenings and take caution so as not to fall victim of any circumstances or unforeseen event with centralized exchange.

He was very happy for my kind gesture and time spent lecturing him about bitcoin and blockchain. He also told me he was going to put his friends and siblings through so they could get to know about bitcoin and how it works. I believe he would do better and as well getting more people more especially his customers to know about bitcoin and for those of his customers already into bitcoin, i am sure they would definitely want to pay him in bitcoin too as it would be very easier and convenient for them to pay him without much stress.

To wrap it up comrades, today is MY BIRTHDAY

A HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!!
2925  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for Business Bank account ING bank. on: December 17, 2022, 06:20:00 PM
First and foremost, your location where you are is not stated but you mentioned where you want to do the transaction. However as a business man, you should know that your business is a coperate body and would need it's own separate account for further transaction and documentations as the case maybe. Less I forget you should be able to locate the Netherlands in the local board to ease you some stress getting some one from there that would make it faster for you but come to talk of it, do you not have friends around to help you scale through the process because I think in this kind of situation, many turn to their friends for back up. I would advise you go get your necessary documentation for your project so as to avoid unforseen circumstances in the nearest future as these days many funny things happen. To be on the safe side, go do the needful.
2926  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reasons why the 95% of future traders lose all of their money on: December 17, 2022, 02:11:25 PM

Most people that call themselves traders are not what they claimed to be. Some I guess were not properly groomed well in the process, some did not rey have the knowledge of how it works, no demo, no practice. They just finished watching maybe a YouTube channel attributed to forex trading and after that they delve into spot trading saying they have the knowledge of what they are doing and at the entire end blowing up their account. I  only pity people who have no idea about these people and are desperate to make money. At the entire end they get into the wrong hands and their investment ends up being blown by the self acclaimed traders.

This is the same issue with some so called forex trading company. They have blown lots of account and investors funds all in the name of trading to make profit when they know they are not good at their claims.
2927  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by Mercatox.com -11.63 ETH[Solved] on: December 17, 2022, 01:54:49 PM
This Mercatox.com is full of shit, possible fake volume by their staffs. I have traded some cryptocurrency and converted to Ethereum , which is 11.63 ETH, they have locked my account. I have contacted them by support ticket for last 1 month, still they kept my account locked, not letting me withdraw.

What else i can do against them?
Please suggest

Trading on a platform requires you knowing their terms and conditions for which I believe you signed up for and another, the platform have the right to revoke or put pending whatever they deem fit to do at anytime and any day they fill like doing it.  Locking of account might sometimes likely have to do with suspicious activity being noticed from a particular user or customer account on board that platform. Either way, sometimes when  the account holder might be called upon for clarity, his details must be inline with what he has presented before upon being registered with the platform. In your case I have no clue as most evidence here in still not clear but I think their own side of the story needs to be heard as well for proper assessment  and possible solution. If they have a representative here feel free to tag them or mention the user name so as to facilitate the whole process.

Fellow compatriots I bring you greetings from the other side of Naija. As you can see today is 17th December which you all know is Mr. President birthday. Please help us remind him he is 80 years of age and we would want him to tell his successor to relax both of them are of age that we naija youths we are tired of our grandpa's still occupying the exalted office of the nation with no progress only ancient ideology brought to play in this modern dispensation. We need young vibrant youth to take the lead this time as we draw close to our forth coming general election 2023.

2929  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Could Binance Collapse? on: December 17, 2022, 08:57:16 AM
I think all these talks about binance going down are just baskets that holds no water. These are just cries of a drowning ship wanting others to get drown with them which in no way is possible. Binance has made name for themselves so why don't they do the same by making a good name for themselves instead of wanting others to sink with them.  So far to the best of my knowledge, binance has been up and doing in the blockchain industry as a decentralized exchange.  For years since her inception, there has been lots of drastic changes in the decentralized exchange as a result of the good policies implemented by binance which forced others to follow make such on their platforms.
Binance has made many centralised exchange sit up in the course of rendering Services by their Reformation policies and development. A niche binance has created for themselves which will be very difficult for anybody to pull down. The fud peddled by rumour mongers will definitely be invalid.
2930  Economy / Reputation / Re: Someone posted here about our Project then sabotage us to give him money on: December 17, 2022, 08:36:59 AM
This is a case of blackmail if not how can someone write against an entity and after a while tell the people you wrote against topsy you a certain amount of money or forcefully placing a demand from them just to stop blackmailing or writing against them. That is abrupt wickedness. I think he should come up with a real talk of what is his difference with your casino for it to be resolved peacefully and amicably instead of going about making articles and post just to sabotage your reputation on this platform and all other places as you have said. I think he is doing this out of frustration from his own end as maybe what he envisaged for did not come out as planned by him hence the blackmail and extortion from your casino.
He just needs to be called to other with disciplinary measures taken against his dubious act.
2931  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: December 16, 2022, 06:54:36 PM

Make dem no go dey approved underage votes now or do wrong PVC for politicians as we dey normally hear the story after election wey we go see dozens of PVC wey dem throwaway. I been hear story for radio wey INEC people talk say politicians dey put them under pressure to make them rig this election. I hope this one no follow reason why them reopen the PVC mata so them fit use am achieved their rigging. Sha make we dey watch how things go play out but I belivyww go get an right this time.
Make we dey see na. This country na very funny place because this election wey deh on ground na the one chance wey we Nigerians don get again to correct all this nonsense of a bad leader wey deh happen to us but the top people dem no go want make our votes we go cast make e deh line with the constitution and in line with the results wey come after the voting. I know e deh easy for the inec people too but make dem too try their best to help this country make we fit fo legit some for once, the rate of underage voters for the country especially for the northern part e too much and this politicians wey deh involved for this election make dem understand say the position of being a president be na you deh serve the Nigerians no we deh serve you.

Comrade, you see this matter as we dey talk here, i just realize one thing though, if e dey possible say the office of the inec chairman go dey void of appointment from the office of the president, e for better make e be say na merit in promotion as na another powerful government parastatals be that because na dem dey usher in new government. But as e be now the way dem don dey run paroll with that agency now ehn na every government with him conman wey go run the office to  sustain am for him two tenure for office  so that nobody go fit do any how during election to remove am from office whem him two tenure never complete.  Me i just think say we need to look into that area too because that office na another wahala wey we dey face for we country naija. How una see am na?

2932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / A day with an ally. on: December 16, 2022, 06:24:30 PM
Yesterday I happen to meet with a long time friend who isn't based in the same city with me due to the nature of his job as he does not work in same city. We grew up together our childhood days, went to the same primary, secondary and same university in the same city. He called me informing me he was in town if we could hangout I accepted the invite as a childhood ally. We had series of conversations about life, affairs, family, business, and lots more. We discussed more about work and finance too so he inquired to know more on my stand how i was faring. I could not hold myself, I laughed. He said he was surprised i had not asked him for a dime but rather i was the one giving to him whenever he calls for backup. He asked me if i could help him out with other means. I told him i had no other means currently than blockchain and bitcoin. As a pro bitcoin enthusiast, I had to put him through the system although he was skeptical about it but he was able to assimilate all i told him.

I had to start by lecturing him on the inception of bitcoin, founder of bitcoin, benefits of holding bitcoin and as well the disadvantages involved so he would be knowledgeable of the whole process. Before we started the conversation on bitcoin,  i had to tell him about how i started too so he would know what it took me and how i persevered holding till it was breakeven time.

I as well lectured him on best wallets to use which will not cost him much gas fee for transaction. As private key is important, i told him about it and how to secure his wallet, showed him how to identify his wallet address and private key upon setting up a new wallet. Looking at the market situation, i gave him an insight of how it works and encouraged him to take advantage of it to buy and hold just as i did.

He was overwhelmed by my lecturing and he said to me if he had known about this he would not have been stocked up in some situations he found himself in and thanked me to revealing this to him. I was practical about the whole process so he could see it for himself and also have idea how to do it himself when he goes back to his station.

He asked how he could get bitcoin i told him that is not an issue. I helped him set up a wallet and he scale through his KYC  and he purchased $50 worth of bitcoin which he withdrew to his private wallet for his own safety.

Nevertheless, i had to introduce him to this platform using myself as a case study. I opened my profile to him showing him across boards and how things are done here, possible engagements on this platform, rules and regulations and how to earn tokens.

It was a wonderful session we both had having this lecture. He was very happy because i had to put him through the system and as well showing him my source of income which he himself admit that nobody would do what i did by showing them their other source of income. I just took the risk because i want him to be financially free as a childhood friend. He thanked me a lot for revealing this to him.

This is what i have passion for, bitcoin  promotion and adoption,  on-boarding and leading people to financial freedom. Like the saying goes, "education is power" this is what i like doing so that people would be informed about the happenings and development on blockchain space.

2933  Local / Politics and society (Naija) / Re: African Proverbs in Pidgin on: December 16, 2022, 12:57:19 PM
This na welcome development o. As I see this board ehn, e sweet me Wella because e good say we dey promote our adage, culture and tradition globally make the world for see the beauty of African traditional heritage Wella say e fine and get head. No be only that one o, so make our own people too see some well known African proverbs too then know wetin e mean so that them too go know how to use or talk am follow. Make we comrades for the house continue to out more ginger for the topic so that the house go dey bubble very well make other Paddy men Dem wey dey for other locality know say Naija no dey carry last for anything o. Na we dey run things for the platform on a good note.

Yes oh my senior man, if we continue like this people from other region abi nah other countries go know say naija get plenty better pipo wey mean well for the world, no b only to  paint our name as bad pipo and again plenty pesins no sabi relate with this our carry come language wey be pigin, make we continue to stand for better so that our face go continue to show for good and no be for bad alone.

Your shoe shine well my comrade, forget say our big bois for abj dey dance garala. Oyibo Dem like our package die. See I don come in contact with them well to see them dey speak Pidgin and Dem like the Pidgin Wella. I most say God bless we Africans with diverse culture and ethnicity and natural resources to rank up in the world and I pray we see it and do things right, amend our ways to fit in well.
You see ehn our traditional movies too another thing wey dey market us to the world for example that  film wey them dey call things fall apart wey okonkwo act. That film really make Naija movie industry go global kudos to Chinua Achebe for that wonderful story. You see ehn if you want to learn olden days adages and proverbs go watch the movie you to learn alot of an there. The film dey very rich in Proverbs of African heritage more especially naija origin.
2934  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will there ever be any safe centralised exchange ? on: December 16, 2022, 12:30:22 PM
I was wondering if there could still be any safe centralised exchange in the blockchain industry. Of lately lots have been unveiling itself and centralisedexchanges are at the end of it all.
I don't think that they are is any centralized exchange which is 100% secure, but if I had to choose one that I had some degree of confidence in, I would choose Binance because the company has been around for a while and is still going strong despite attempts by hackers to steal millions of dollars; as a result, Binance has a 70% level of security. But since no exchange can guarantee that your funds will be 100% safe, a decentralized exchange is a preferable option.leave huge amount in exchange is so risk because nobody knows what future will bring, so let always try and move our funds to decentralized exchange.

Decentralized exchange is only safer than a centralized exchange, nothing is 100% safe for you, do not trust any service in this market. But you are right, Binance is the safest option we have right now because it is the largest volume exchange on the market. It can be said that Binance's trading volume is equal to the top 10 exchanges combined, showing the power that Binance has in the market. Besides binance, I will mention that coinbase is also a long standing exchange in the market, and coinbase token is also listed on stock exchanges in the US.

Volume or no volume a centralised exchange remains a centralised exchange as long as you have no possession of your keys to your assets, it is not your funds and not your assets not until you have possession of the keys to the wallet holding your funds and assets that's when you can call it safe. Be it a reputable exchange or not they are all prone to hackers at anytime. Have a look at ftx did anyone predict or believed that could happen to them?  All exchange are not 100% safe be it centralised or decentralized. Do not forget that exchanges are always targets for hackers as they are always looking for ways to steal funds and assets from them. Do not be deceived take possession of your assets and funds in your own custody with hardware wallet sophisticated to resist hacks. Be on the safe side now to avoid a life time full of regrets. Be wise and act smart.
2935  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: December 16, 2022, 10:27:41 AM
Collection of PVC for the 2023 general elections.
source:https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/568710-inec-announces-dates-for-pvc-collection.html

The Independent Electoral Commission has commenced the issuance of the permanent voters card PVC for those individuals that did their registration in this year 2022, from today 12th December to January 22nd, 2023.  We're all encouraged to go the commission office in all our local government areas or wards to collect our cards through Mondays to Sunday's 9am to 3pm.

This na one thing wey I dey like Nigeria for, we no ever dey get deadline as new new deadline they always pop out at anytime to make sure the masses dey satisfy. This one na welcome development as plenty people never do their PVC and this new deadline go help bring out some new voters. We need the masses for this election or e no go go as we dey expect. Also make INEC also dey at alert as this opportunity wey dem open so fit dey used wrongly by politicians wey wan buy their way into position.

Senior Comrade this matter wey you raise like this no be small one o. You see this issue of under age voting naim be the problem INEC need to look into because as the matter be now ehn na the strategy our northern politicians dey use very well dey  take win election. If you go remember the last general elections wey happen for Naija here na wetin dem use wella take win election even international observers wey dey ground too confirm to say na true say na wetin happen wey dem too witness. You see ehn this opening and reopening of voters registration and collection somehow too fit be strategy to confuse and distract the masses from knowing wetin dem dey upto. No be new thing o. E don happen before na same strategy dem use wey we no know and na same thing too dem want to do again. E go bad say we don know wetin dem dey do to take win election we no do anything about am. We just keep quiet  seat for fence dey look dem as dem take naija dey play football to their own satisfaction.
2936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 99% of People Will Lose Crypto in Self Custody on: December 16, 2022, 08:01:21 AM
Recently, when people are withdrawing their money to personalized wallets, CZ says that  out of these people 99% of them will lose money, as only 1% of the people are capable of handling the non-custodial wallets.

‘99% of People' Will Lose Crypto Storing in Self-Custody: Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao

He may be right because most people do not understand the risk, if they are not careful they could lose all their crypto.  Some may lose their private keys and others may connect their wallet at scam sites and they will be deprived of their funds.

Education and understanding of non-custodial wallets is necessary.  A lot of people have move funds out of binance recently, lets see if they know how to safeguard their bitcoin/ altcoins in these wallets.

You see most comments are not as you think they are. Sometimes, some comments are made just to get some certain sets of people get frightened a little so as to make them do some thing or retract their actions which in one way has affected something somehow related to whom ever has made that comment or in favor of the person that made that comment.

In the case of cz, I think this comment is technical and looking at some days past, there have been outflow of funds and assets out of binance in high volume for which cz himself confirmed that upon the issue of cz and binance to be investigated by us prosecutors.

He just might be right in his own comment because not every body is careful and smart in handling their assets and funds in their own various private wallet. While some are not good at proper safe keeping of keys, some are not wise enough to create a special wallet for other activities online.

In all, I think cz is right but to that 99% as he had said is not agreeable to some certain extent. Not all person's are the same. Therefore that percentage he mentioned is not factual. I think he just needs to prove his claim if he says 99%.

As I can see this is your first post as a new bie on board this platform. No question of enquiries about  how things works on this board but your are quick to make a comment of members buzzing you via your telegram handle for free nft. I would not be surprised people complaining about any abnormalities in the near future in respect to dealing with you.
I would also advise that anyone who is interested in getting the free nft should thread with caution as there are no verifiable proof from OP to ascertain the genuineness of his or her claim and also, OP  state it clear here the type of nft you are giving out for free, let us know the platform on which the nft operates. If possible, reference us to transaction hash of minted nft you have successfully executed in the past and lastly what utility value does your nft possesses.
2939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Destroy Crap Altcoins? on: December 15, 2022, 08:06:21 AM
Going by your topic, I see no reason why bitcoin should be in competition with other altcoins. Come to talk of it, bitcoin is the first digital currency to emanate so why the comparison. Well like they say things of value attracts more clients. If the altcoins projects are the type of good oriented ventures, I think they can do well and stand the test of time for a longer period with no interference on their existence. It is only a project with no value that fades away so easily or a scammer using a fake project to scam people of their hard earned resources which is not right and good in anyways.
Bitcoin was initially designed by Satoshi Nakamoto as a currency for p2p transaction but people hijacked it and turned it into an investment hub creating the knowledge of it being good for investment against the initial plan for it. So now, the majority of people coming onboard sees it as a means of investment and profit making business and so it will continue not until that impression already created could be corrected,
