2921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat-betting to crypto+betting on: October 25, 2021, 10:24:14 PM
All the points mentioned in the opening post was prevailing years and years back. This has seen gradual transition with time. Initially more gambling houses got licensed. This made the long queue shortened. Later the bookies gave more easier access. Later the online payment service made the gambling more efficient. People expected even better access and the cryptocurrency betting evolved. This is a long time process and this won't get stopped. The transition keeps on in different forms.

History has just been written.

Pakistan Won the Match Against India in the T20 World Cup by 10 wickets

The history has got rewritten. Also none could've thought of such a big win from Pakistan. What Pakistan did in this match is really big. Whatever the team, winning by ten wickets is like destroying the opponent. Today Pakistan won the match, destroyed the Indian team. Maybe this will serve to be a big pressure to Indian team.
2923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Going for the Underdog or Not? on: October 24, 2021, 04:51:27 AM

I'm not sure if this had been asked before. This is just an example of some odds that I saw recently Fighter A (1.30) vs Fighter B (3.65). With this obviously, Fighter A is the people's champ and Fighter B is the underdog.

Regardless of who is bigger and undefeated record, let's say you have no idea who these fighters are because the names can't even be read like Ulshrkubyki vs Ykwehgyfvbh. If you only have $10 left in your sports betting account, would you go for the champ which you can only earn $3, or go for the underdog which if he got lucky can triple your money?
Luck is important with gambling, but when going for the underdog we need to take in account the odds margin. Here it is 3.65 which is quite high in my opinion. For this reason I'll pick the winning profit of $3 out of $10. In such matches it is very hard to make profit through underdog win. If the odds were between 2.2 to 2.6 then one can give a try.
2924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some entrepreneurs harvesting biometric data for free crypto on: October 24, 2021, 01:29:34 AM
Eye scanning have turned to be very secure way of data management. Long back itself this has got implemented on different means. Nowadays mobile phones come with this feature making things more secure. From the post it looks like the firm is trustworthy, because data business is big and now they might need a better thing. When something turns to be unique or innovative, initially it looks like crossing the line. I believe this to be similar, only time can give the briefing whether it can be celebrated or not.
2925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 23, 2021, 04:13:10 PM
West Indies is a team that give unexpected performance as well as disappointments. What has happened in this match is pure disappointment. West Indies team always lack consistency in its performance. Probably the next match will be quite interesting. Most teams find it difficult to play their natural cricket on the Dubai stadium. England too playing worse, because within 39 runs it has lost its 4th wicket. Finally England have managed to make an easy winning with 70 balls and 6 wickets left.
2926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice machine on: October 22, 2021, 05:23:49 AM
When he asks for the information regarding dicing you can go for it. Let him keep himself engaged into gaming, or else it is good to suggest him some form of dice game that is available with free tokens to play. When he keeps playing he'll understand the risks and the complications of dice game. For this purpose there isn't a need for dice machine.
2927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 21, 2021, 03:22:47 PM
As in one of the above quote Manchester United has shown interest on buying an IPL team amongst the two from the auction scheduled on 25th October in Dubai, a day after the most expected India vs Pakistan match. As IPL has turned to be the popular league it hasn't left Glazer. It is also said the auction is postponed once after the interest of Manchester United. Now according to the terms and conditions teams can be bought by Indian firms, so now Manchester United will be on talks with Indian firms to own a team.
2928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you spend your Bitcoin? on: October 21, 2021, 06:07:05 AM
Miracles happen, but we need to be good enough to enjoy. Because I was into the market at the right time. I made good holdings spending very minimal from the cryptocurrency holdings. All the way greed accompanied and started to spend my cryptocurrency holdings. Further it didn't stop, and it went beyond my limits. Finally lost out of gambling. I mentioned it to describe my 90% of holdings were spend on gambling. Only 10% I have used on other purpose.
2929  Economy / Economics / Re: Will circular economy work ? on: October 20, 2021, 02:52:36 PM
Çircular economy is effective until it gives the best out of the process. Right now almost every product is on the circular economy. This fails when the production cost goes high when made out of recycled process, whereas it have the same quality and costs less when produced out of the raw material.

The world suffering out of improper waste management. An example is the clothes manufacturing. Once after the minimal usage it is moved to African countries from Europe. Here the best is taken by the people and the rest were thrown directly as bundles. This makes a big garbage and serves as a big hazardous landfills.

2930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interest on Bitcoin on: October 20, 2021, 04:49:32 AM
Just holding the bitcoin gets you interest. What is required more out of it. Just think of a person investing one bitcoin for an interest of 6%, what'll he earn out of the investment. Same time just think of the person holding a bitcoin securely. If the interest percentage is calculated in terms of bitcoin it seems good, but everything will be calculated in accordance to USD.

Rather than going for Bitcoin investment, it is always good to prefer staking of potential altcoins. Because, for sure we'll get assured returns periodically and if the altcoin gets pushed it'll be giving big yield. Important thing the stakes will be with us. We'll be having our private keys with us.
2931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many bitcoins are needed to buy a house in your country? on: October 19, 2021, 08:07:54 PM
Housing market crashed as a result of pandemic. During the pandemic lots of layoffs, covid-19 attack, business losses, daily deaths which made people to think of staying alive than thinking about investing on real estate and properties. This caused the decline in the market for housing. When things started to recover and normalised similar to the pre-pandemic, people started to think of investing into properties.

To construct a house similar to this it costs around $40-45k based on the present market condition. This doesn't include the land value. If land value included it costs around $75-$80k in the town region. If the same is located in a City region the price will be as high as $140k - $170k. The construction along with the land value hasn't varied much between 2020 October and the present month this year.
2932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 19, 2021, 06:34:16 PM

Again Bangladesh start with a shaky start and lost two early wickets. They have scored on 25 runs in first five overs with 2 wickets lost. Remember this is a power play, so the runs are way too less. The team is not looking confident and i hope Oman would not do upset today.
Its look like the lost in the first match against Scotland and the pressure of winning this must win match, is too much on their nerves. If they play clam, they can easily beat Oman.
Bangladesh is struggling yet again and if they struggle to score a good total on the board then i think the unpredictable Oman could upset them. The Oman openers are really good and so is the reason they won the last match without loosing any wickets but i am not sure how their middle order nor the rest of the players would perform.
If Bangladesh looses this match then it will be difficult for them to get qualified.
Bangladesh lost all their wickets by 153 runs. They have lost 4 wickets in the last 2 overs. Apart from Naim and Shakib, no other batsman can play well. Mahmudullah scored 17 runs and Mushfiqur scored only 6 runs. Oman is not a strong team, moreover the performance of the Bangladeshi players is not improving even though the pitch condition is good enough. It is better that such a team cannot qualify for the World Cup.

At the beginning of the innings, the bowling of Bangladesh bowlers seemed aimless, but now they are bowling well. Especially today Mustafiz has bowled brilliantly. At the same time his fielding is admirable. Seeing the batting of Oman players in the first few overs, it seemed that Bangladesh would lose. But after 10 overs we see the devastating form of Bangladesh bowlers. No batsmen could stay at the crease for long. Oman needs 47 runs from 18 balls to win. This is the sure victory of Bangladesh.
Finally Bangladesh have made it to be their day winning by 26 runs. Starting of the innings from Oman looked much interesting. The wicket fall of Kashyap and Jatinder Singh made a big blow to the scoring pattern. Then on bowlers took the match into control. In particular the bowling from Mahedi is really good and he restricted from taking runs which is more important at that situation. The win has relieved the tension for some limit. Bangladesh needs to win the upcoming match to make the entry.
2933  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much would you like to see Bitcoin priced in 2022? on: October 19, 2021, 06:08:22 PM
Bitcoin has grown gradually and reached big. People never understand the underlying technology, and at times mention bitcoin to be overpriced. In one way it looks like an over priced one, but the increasing adoption shows the value is rising relative to the demand to supply. $1 million in such a short time period is really impossible. 2022 looks more promising and expect the bullish trend to continue. Every halving used to make a big demand in the market which reflects in the pricing. However the price isn't gonna reach $1 million from 24 onwards as said in the above quote.
2934  Economy / Economics / Re: Entrepreneurs, money and investing - your culture on: October 19, 2021, 05:04:21 PM
Whats been stated in the opening post almost resembles the prevailing scenario of my country. Everyone prefer a job that pays them every month. Make budget and fix themselves within the earning. This is how majority of the families live. The present generation have changed a lot, and started to move their earnings from savings to investments.

The previous generation made the present generation educated. The previous generation mainly focused on savings and with the savings moved to next level of living. Now the education is making the present generation diversify and make money. Compared to the past the limitations on business involvement and being an entrepreneur have changed much.
2935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first time using a Bitcoin ATM on: October 19, 2021, 04:11:02 PM
From the post it looks like an easy thing to buy Bitcoin from an ATM. Through different articles and user experiences I have an understanding that it charges big as transaction cost. I don't know to what extent it is true. However if it is possible, then please post the amount worth of Bitcoin received in your wallet for $100. With this it is possible to calculate the amount in dollars taken as transaction fee/service cost.
2936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you pay with crypto??? on: October 19, 2021, 03:47:08 PM
At present I'm a fiat guy, because there is very few shops that accept cryptocurrency. Most of the time I used to convert bitcoin to fiat and use it. If there exist a way to spend directly without much of transaction fee as fiat then by that time I'll use cryptocurrencies. Today only explored and came to know about the application Krypto which has been developed to pay with cryptocurrency on any shops that has got the upi payment option. Hope this growth will progress in the upcoming years as a big userbase is getting created in my country after the pandemic.
2937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: October 18, 2021, 11:59:30 PM
Gennady Golovkin is so far the closest and competitive opponent of Canelo in his career. I also like to see the trilogy between them and hopefully, it can be arranged. They need a part 3. But before that Canelo needs to settle first with Caleb Plant to become an undisputed boxer this year.

Won't be an easy fight for Canelo but I'm sure he can handle Caleb Plant. The latter has attractive odds to win but too risky to gamble with it.

With an unbiased jury, Golovkin would have won the matches of 2017 and 2018. There should have been a rematch in 2019, but Alvarez chickened out and refused to face GGG. Now there is no point in getting a trilogy fight in 2022. The fact remains clear - Canelo was afraid of a defeat in 2019 and therefore refused to face Golovkin for the third time. No matter how much glory he achieves at the boxing ring (there is no doubt that Canelo is an all time great), this one thing will remain as a black mark and haunt him forever.
Just Like Mayweather refuse to take rematch against Manny Pacquiao , it is best to remain Undefeated recorded than facing an opponent that you are in doubt of winning continuously .

there are different types of Boxers .

there are others that want to test their capacity in fighting the toughest .

and there are also those type of Boxers that only looking for Fame .

The problem with Mayweather is that he avoided fighting Pacquiao during in his prime. Though as a businessman, I do understand the move of Mayweather in avoiding him since there is that risk of staining my undefeated record. But as a fighter, it is considered as a 'weak move'. That is also the reason on why many fans from all over the world see Pacquiao as one of the greatest fighters of all time.

Canelo, on the other hand, is a pure warrior and fighter. He challenges all the greatest on his weight division no matter who the fighter may be. But what really molded him to be the best fighter in his weight division was his fight between Mayweather where he lost. He learned so much from that fight that made him a complete force of nature.

Not only that, Mayweather is one of the boring fighters in the world who cares so much of his undefeated record and value it over the entertainment the fans supposed to get. Every time Mayweather fights, we hear boos but it never happened in Canelo's fight because he doesn't run but makes his opponent run.

I believe a lot of boxing fans don't really like Mayweather's style.
Aside from being boring and dull, he always seemed to pick his fights according to his advantage and like to be on the safe side.
This is why, he's a good technical fighter. But people want a real fight inside the ring just like what Pacquiao and Canelo's style.
So we may see Canelo thrive for years to come, up until his retirement. At least, make boxing alive and not boring.
Mayweather always tries to keep himself on the advantageous side through his tricks which looks boring. As said he wants to keep his name remembered. Another thing I find is the age. Mayweather is 40+ that makes him go for such techniques whereas Canelo is around 31 so his way of boxing differs as the young pumping can be seen high in him.
2938  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your opinion on recent bull market, will it be over soon? on: October 18, 2021, 11:46:05 PM
The market is like a mountain of ups and downs, so when it goes up and when it goes down, you have to see the information that is developing at this time. a lot of positive information is happening right now so the bitcoin market often bullruns this week. a lot of information is circulating that bitcoin will again penetrate the price of $65k percoin in the next week.
Exactly, there’s no straight ladder going up, we really have to take many obstacle before reaching the peak that’s why expect a more volatile market. There’s a lot of good speculation, so I’m also positive about the price of Bitcoin and its really possible to make a new ATH this money because the bull trend is not over yet.
The Bull trend hasn't happened all of the sudden. It moved from the price around $30 and reached $40k within a short when people were expecting for $25k drop. This further moved to $45k after a long term fluctuation between $40k and $43k. Further on the market movements were on the gradual rise and reaches resistance zone. Took little time to break barriers. Whenever a rounded barrier is broken it gains good momentum. As a result without much of manipulation the we're on the track to mark new ATH. So, there is more chance of bull trend continue for long.
2939  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon musk now the richest man in earth on: October 18, 2021, 11:25:21 PM
Probably he'll keep the position for long, because his investments and the innovation is completely future focused. Think of crypto involvement as well as the Tesla products. Maybe some downward slide will happen when there is unexpected downtime as that happened with Facebook recently. His mentality for the society hasn't supported anyone big whereas Bill Gates does a lot of charity.

Making himself worth of $23 billion happened out of a big process. So, the same won't gets destructed all of the sudden.
2940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Confused About what to do with a Pump and Dump token HODL/SELL on: October 18, 2021, 11:17:39 AM
The respective token have got good trading volume. So, if you're planning to hold/buy more GOMA keep trading it occasionally. Everyone won't be lucky to profit out of such dump and pump tokens. There were more similar cryptocurrencies that was valueless in the beginning, but over a period of continued development make the market pump high. Think of different factors associated with the particular token before investing further.
