Ja wow! Das ist ja mal was. Das erste mit ASIC Chips das wirklich mined. Gratuliere. (Sofern ich hier nicht auf nen Joke reinfalle) Find es genial. Einige "Firmen" hier machen seit Monaten ein Riesen TamTam ohne irgend was zu liefern und ein Garagenbastler bekommt so klammheimlich was lauffähiges hin. Besser könnt's nicht sein. The relationship will allow Paymium and Aqoba to create payment accounts, issue debit cards, and bring many of the advantages of the banking service to the Bitcoin community.

Diese Einschränkung vollzog der nationale Gesetzgeber bereits mit der Umsetzung der Ersten E-Geld-Richtlinie[7] im Rahmen des 4. Finanzmarktförderungsgesetzes[8]; mit der Streichung des Tatbestandes des Netzgeldgeschäftes (§ 1 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 12 KWG in der Fassung der 6. KWG-Novelle; KWG-Novelle 1997, Inkrafttreten 01.01.1998), wurde der Aspekt privater Geldschöpfung ausgeblendet.
Erlaubnisfrei sind insoweit jedoch nur die Schaffung derartiger Werteinheiten und ihr Einsatz als Zahlungsmittel. Somit sind Bitcoins kein Geld im eigentlichen Sinn. Somit würde ich auf die Gewinne und auch erst bei Auszahlung auf dein Konto Abgeltungsteuer angeben: Die Mehrzahl der europäischen Staaten hat bereits Abgeltungsteuersysteme eingeführt, die Bemessungsgrundlage differiert allerdings von Land zu Land. In einigen Staaten hängt die Belastung der Kursgewinne degressiv von der Haltedauer ab (nach Ablauf einer Haltefrist unterliegen sie in einigen Ländern keiner Steuerpflicht mehr), in anderen werden Zinseinkünfte oder Dividenden mit einer anderen (evtl. progressiven) Einkommensteuer belastet. Der Steuertarif ist teilweise von der Einkommensart (Zinsen, Dividenden, Kursgewinne) abhängig. 25 % zuzügl. 5,5 % Solidaritätszuschlag (ggf. zuzügl. Die erfolgreichste Währung 2012 war Bitcoin mit einem Plus von 180% zum Euro! Und ich bin überzeugt, dass Bitcoin auch 2013 alle anderen Währungen in den Schatten stellen wird.
