2921  Economy / Speculation / Re: Weekly RSI leaving oversold conditions on: September 07, 2022, 03:42:07 AM
This plunge I think is more related to the fundamental news we see today with the war getting more brutal when it comes to sanctions which Russia had retaliated thru the gas pipe. I'm not sure if we can use the technical analysis anymore for this. If it breaks that last support on $17K, I'm not hoping it will happen but there is a possibility for $14k.

Whether related to "fundamental news" or not, the technical analysis not only suggested the likelihood of this exact this scenario, but it also happened: a drop to around $18K to $19K depending on how you measure the move of the descending triangle. I've never understood the concept of not being able to use technical analysis, as regardless of the news, this was the most likely scenario at play.

The only times I do find "fundamental news" relevant is when TA suggests the likelihood of a scenario happening, and instead the opposite occurs, then it can be attributed more to such a news event. Given that (imo) there are enough TA & fundamental factors to confirm the low is already in at $17.5K, if price breaks below this, then it'd be fair to attribute to the macro climate. Especially if a bear trap low occurs.

I don't mean to sound rude or disregard your argument, but merely that one doesn't need to follow the news to see what was most likely to happen in this case, or attribute the news to such predictable price movements.

Definitely, we need the TA to look at where the market could possibly go.  We tend to play this game to make money. Just like you, we trade oftentimes when there is an opportunity.

This is a monthly chart where RSI had not yet bottomed. We might be able to see this likely going to happen because of the panic due to the economy falling down actually and we are still early in this winter.

There is no way out of this if the economy is not rolling especially if this war prolongs. We can already see people burning thier electricity bill and demand not to pay their taxes. Looks like an apocalyptic scenario as they protest on the streets.
2923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 07, 2022, 01:29:29 AM
Go big or go home, if you are going to spend money on lawyers to sue then you arent likely to go for anything but the maximum amount possible.   The merits of the case, whether there is any slight chance of its success is not known to us.   Its even possible the lawsuit is just intimidate and cast bad publicity, in hope of a far larger cease fee; thats not a new trick.   We cant tell, Im not legally educated to decide so its just wait and see.

Assuming he was the one who have the plans to create the casino and all of its plans. What would that give him if he was out already while the two develop the casino? Its not like he patented it. Heck, the two could create something else and still be claimed by this guy that he plans everything about it.

But what could be more concerning is if the legal battle will force Stake to produce the information within the casino like the database because this could be political.
2924  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2022-08-26] 72% of Russians say they have never bought Bitcoin: Survey on: September 07, 2022, 01:22:20 AM

They are not telling the truth.
The Russians were the first to establish a few crypto exchanges and damn sure they have heard of Vitalik, the most famous crypto developer because of ETH which if they have ETH they gonna have BTC as well. You got to know that Yobit still exists and is being used widely and has not experienced sanctions nor sued as well.  Why is that? You have got to really surmise that they knew something else is going on.
2925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [NEWS] Gambler Charged with Murder after Letting Kids Die on: September 07, 2022, 01:06:06 AM

Seeing that she can afford entertain herself in the casino, therefore her family can afford to pay baby sitter to look after the kids. Now she gonna stand trial for not hiring instead. All that falls to her not being responsible enough. As a result, she will not just lose her kids but also her freedom.

I wonder why it's called murder though.
2926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul VS Anderson Silva October 29th on: September 06, 2022, 11:33:21 PM

It will be fun to see Jake fall down to the ground and stop looking down at the UFC fighters but he actually has the chance to also KO Silva. Silva is not very mobile because of his leg injury, seems very delicate for him to do some side steps that might crack again. When you get old, your bones get brittle and brittle. Not much difference in their reach so Jake could also throw jabs from a distance. It's all just timing.

2927  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stressful crypto market on: September 06, 2022, 01:56:40 PM

Hard to identify the bottom, you need to read charts and even those who knew still can only predict but can't really pin point. There are some who will tell us its 13k. Its up to you to wait for it to happen or miss out when price go back up to 45k already.

But I'm sure most of these stressed out retail investors would prefer to buy while the bull market is confirmed.
2928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $WAVES to hit $10 price soon? on: September 06, 2022, 01:46:47 PM
Waves and many Altcoins are certainly very dependent on the top coins, when viewed the performance of waves makes me disappointed, the price of drops is significant from $ 30 to $ 4, although this also happens in many altcoins but what happens with waves drop almost 90%, if you look at the movement in 3 Last month, I guess that the price of waves will be difficult to reach $ 10 in 2022.

Was really surprising to see how fuckup this token when it it goes that high some month and then plunge deeper again. When you feel like its token is really not worth holding due to how it behaves, just leave this token to Sasha or be frustrated for wasting a long time. Waves market is not normal.
2929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play online/offline without your wife or family knowing it? on: September 06, 2022, 01:33:41 PM

This OP speaking. I have to indicate because it seem only the first post is being read.

Majority seem to advice not to keep secrets to their wife. Its nice that you guys share same view of relationship to your wives. I'm not however that very open to her about my activities whenever its about my sports betting.

I give everything to my wife and kid thats for sure. My salary but I also take whats mine to maintain equality. When you are married and have already passed the phase where you have quarelled already whos the boss in the family, you might really set aside something for yourself. My advice is to take a wife for 10 years, you might understand why some dont want everything shared to the wife.

My solution might just be to buy a separate laptop for myself and not share anymore with her and maintain privacy between us.
2930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will get more demand on: September 06, 2022, 08:47:37 AM
I agree. how can ethereum be abandoned after what they have developed until now has been widely used by others. I think ethereum can be completely trusted. regarding the fork, maybe ethereum needs some time to adjust to the new system. but during whatever time it is certain that ethereum can pass, it's up to investors and the community whether they can believe that the adjustment will definitely be completed or even think badly.

Money attracts more people in ETH. Sure staking is going to make the stakers richer. The decentralization doesn't even matter as long as stakers get their share of profit. ETH will have its demand. But what happens when regulators are going to also demand screening transactions even blocking wallets at the protocol level?

If we complain about KYC because it negates the crypto ideology, what chance do users have in protocol regulations?  We'd be back to square one.
2931  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to delist USDC, USDP, TUSD from the platfom on 26th September on: September 06, 2022, 06:16:43 AM

According to the news, we still could deposit USDC or TUSD but it will automatically be converted to BUSD in the platform. Its like they are forcing BUSD on all traders in Binance.

But then anyway, I don't see the difference if they want traders to use BUSD. How does it affects traders when they're only using BUSD or Is it for Binance market manipulation?
2932  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance to remove USDC as a tradable asset. on: September 05, 2022, 07:54:35 PM
According to the Binance article that I read about it through the twitter link that you posted above, not only USDC, but USDC, USDP and TUSD.

According to the Binance article, people will still be able to deposit and withdraw in USDC, USDP and TUSD. But for trading, it would be automatically converted to BUSD on Binance. But if you deposit USDC, USDP and TUSD, you will be able to withdraw in the respective coins.

I hate this about Binance that is looking for all means to make sure BUSD dominates the stable coin by all means,

They are all competitors, that's how they will work if the objective is to make people use their stablecoin. Nothing wrong with BUSD when after all you are trading in Binance. Maybe USDT will also be removed if this is a mandate from the regulators for it is easier to track traders' transactions. Every exchange I think should just have a stablecoin of thier own.
2933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Set Of Action When Your Account Face An Issue on: September 05, 2022, 08:34:27 AM

If you still have the chance to take a screenshot of everything then do it. It will serve as proof if you have done nothing against the TOS before making inquiries about why you have encountered issues. This is if you suspect the casino is screwing you. It's always been the way to do it if you plan to complain thru the forum in case you can't resolve the issue privately.

2934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 05, 2022, 07:55:32 AM
$400 million in punitive damage? That's insane! I believe it's a good time to withdraw your funds from Stake asap because you never know the outcome of the lawsuit. This is not the first time we have seen such ownership dispute in crypto world but the amount this time is insane. So just to make your funds safe, move to a different casino for the time being.
If everyone move their funds from Stake, Stake would collapse, but not everyone would do that. Court cases are solved case by case, court would also look for what would protect Stake customers funds. As I see this, there is nothing to worry about as long as nothing like Stake crypto account was hacked.

$400 million is a small amount than what they will have in the future. If you just peak which casino is on top of the rank in crypto, Stake s above all. But I'm sure they can figure out how to untangle with a negotiation. This is a simple misunderstanding and the other party could just settle for less if this is not tangled politically along with regulators in crypto. If this involves politics like regulators, therefore it's a problem for all crypto casino.
2935  Economy / Economics / Re: Flood causing economics crises on: September 05, 2022, 07:33:23 AM

is flood fetching changing in economics? if yes but how!!!!!

Of course. Just see what happens to a wheatfield when it's flooded.

While there are floods in some countries, there is also drought everywhere. Both can bring same difficulties to the lives of the people, this is very interesting events actually as they also occur while we are all experiencing wars, geopolitical crisis and economic shift. If you wear your tinfoil hat to connect them all, do you think someone out there controls the weather?
2936  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin could drop to $10,000 by 2023 as the Fed normalizes interest rate policy on: September 04, 2022, 04:37:34 PM
Why would Bitcoin drop more? It should be the exact opposite. Governments still print money like there is no tomorrow, inflation is at all time high in most countries, even today's 1$ is lower than yesterday's 1$. Why should Bitcoin go down? It should go up instead. I don't buy these FUD news. I don't think anybody who has a couple of years experience would buy it either.
Even today's prices are very low for Bitcoin. I wouldn't wait for 17-18k to buy back, I already bought again and 2-3k$ difference is not much important when you look at the bigger picture. Bring more FUD, it's okay, we get used to it. But if you make FUD, next time try to be more convincing. At least try to give a logical explanation.

I don't care much about FUD but with the current world economic picture, bitcoin is still likely to fall more. While bitcoin is seen as a hedge against inflation, but it is also a risky investment so short-term price drops are normal. Given the Fed's current hawkish policy, it's no surprise that non-USD store assets are struggling. But in the long run, bitcoin will definitely rise in price and outpace other assets like USD or gold, so whether this is true news or FUD cannot affect the future of bitcoin.

For about 6 months BTC failed to be the hedge against inflation. This could extend a bit longer since the prophesized impending war still is coming as they are still preparing for it. The powerful countries are still showing off thier strengths and this is not a FUD for they intend to prolong it while FED also is disturbing the markets. Canada's banks are now capping crypto retailers of exposure to crypto. I think it will not just be in America but many countries will follow. With the energy crisis, there are already rumors the  about Bitcoin mining ban as well.

The ones who can afford are in the most advantagous position when the price plummets to $10k.
2937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Strategies & Betting Psychology on: September 04, 2022, 02:38:41 PM
I just notice that OP is spamming the link that he posted here on all the gambling discussion threads even on the discussion that has nothing to do with his link and he's been doing this for the last two years based on his trust rating and posts history, I will not be surprised if he gets ban or gets an additional tag, why not just wear a signature created for his websites to avoid being flagged as spammers he will only spend $30 for a signature.

He'd been doing that for a while already in every thread he created, it's why he was tagged by TwitchySeal. Obviously, he had his aff link on those web pages he posted. He created several websites to spread it. I don't think this kind of method still works since most internet users today already know this sort of spam.

Anyway, with a series of losses experienced by betting on casino games, a gambler would realize soon it's not worth using the strategies because no matter how good the strategy is, it still depends on luck such as having good cards.
2938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Africa Delivers the most Bitcoin-friendly Innovation on: September 04, 2022, 02:13:06 PM

Even more interesting, is what happened two weeks ago.
There's 20 kids earning rewards, between the ages of 9 and 14.
A group of them, not all of them, but a significant number of them, came together and made a proposal to the coaches, of their own accord.

What did they ask kids to do?

With phones so cheap that one can buy them for just $25, we can be sure every other country that doesn't illegalize BTC wouldn't really be that far behind in adoption. Africa is taking it to the higher bar with thier innovation. We also knew they were able to have an option to send BTC thru SMS.

2939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 04, 2022, 01:20:53 AM
For anyone who is interested main event Ciryl Gane vs Tai Tuivasa is starting now, earlier than usual so tune in live!
I am expecting to see KO win for any of this two guys, and this would be second KO win in this main card.
Gane looks very cool and relaxed and my pick is on him. 🥊 🥊

Gane didn't fail you. Like we expect Gane won without a doubt. Tai showed his strength that it took 3 rounds to defeat him. Earlier in the fight, it was really intense when Tai hit Gane hard. Not worth betting like what YuginKadoya said. Other cards are hard to speculate. There was speculation that Vetorri will win, but he didn't.

If you didn't bet on Gane vs Tuivasa because of the odds. Will you bet on Diaz vs Chimaev since it seems very positive Chimaev will win?
2940  Economy / Speculation / Re: If Bitcoin Follows Previous Cycle on: September 03, 2022, 04:26:53 PM

Looks very possible to bottom $11k before DEc of this year. It's a horrible situation for someone who had bought at $17K still.
I have to emphasize though that back in Dec 2018 the bottom was seen only in the weekly time frame while we might bottom out this 2022 on the monthly time frame.

I think it's really possible because even the stock market analysts are also predicting this year to be horrific which could lead us to a 2-year recession.
