2942  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: March 12, 2022, 02:51:28 PM
U zadnje vrijeme, većina novootvorenih kampanja traje dosta kratko.

@slackovic, a little heads-up - sljedeći tjedan moglo bi biti jedno slobodno mjesto u Freebitco.in kampanji, ako želiš ponovno pokušati. Pod uvjetom da u=623643 bude neaktivan četvrti tjedan za redom. Predlažem ti da napišeš nekoliko postova u Gamblingu do tada.  Wink

I've also never heard of these review sites, so I decided to look them up further. Apparently, csno.com is a very old domain (created on 2001-11-15) but, as far as I can tell, it used to be a link directory of some sort. [archive] They don't get a lot of mention online, which is odd for a site that claims to be "The No. 1 online casino reviews resource". Oh, and it's worth noting that they have 1 (one) follower on their official twitter profile.  Grin

@WOW_Crypto, while I have nothing against a new gambling platform trying to find its place in the market, perhaps you could explain why you used recommendations from such obscure source as csno.com in your initial announcement of a newly launched platform. Doesn't that seem a little misleading and deceptive marketing to you?

I will put your casino to test soon to prove that you are definitely not a #1 crypto casino on the market Wink

As always, I'm looking forward to reading your review, @GamblingBro.

Do you really believe in sanctions? Tell me how change the politics in North Korea or Iran? They are much smaller then Russia but i don`t see how their leaders cry and change politics. And when we are talking about North Korea - this country has no any resources and no possibilities to make problems to USA or EU but sanctions does not work even with such small country. Why do you think they will work with Russia?

It doesn't matter what I believe. I don't have the power to make such decisions.

As I have already said, the real sanctions against the Russian people will come not from the West but from their government and Putin's regime. This is not rocket science, people in the former Soviet Union lived in poverty and deprivation for decades. The Russians are a tough and capable people, but without the blessing of the international community, they will surely suffer more and more from the degeneration of the Russian economy.

If it's another feature, where can I claim this extra free spin every day?

Freebico.in just introduced this new feature a few weeks ago. You can exchange your reward points for WOF spins on the "Rewards" tab.

What's certain is that they are not licensed. They already confirmed this in one of their replies in this thread.
The FAQ section must be clear and provide straight answers which is not the case in their response to the question about being licensed. It looks like they are, for some reason, trying to avoid giving a straight answer (Yes, we are. / No, we arent.)
The way I interpreted it is that they don't have a license but their software and games providers are licensed.

Aside from not having a license, they are not even registered as a company, which makes them completely illegal. No wonder they refuse to answer that question clearly. They impose strict terms of service on their customers, enforcing non-negotiable rules about, for example, the size of a user's funds, but at the same time, these terms have no bearing on legal enforcement and can be broken at the whim of the owner of the platform. Such a setting is extremely unfavorable for the users, as they are left without any legal recourse should things go wrong.
2947  Economy / Gambling / Re: Join a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms on: March 11, 2022, 07:57:40 PM

I don't think that the sanctions can make people angry and this anger can be redirected to the countries who impose the sanctions, In contrast the sanctions may have the huge impact on citizens whose anger can be redirected to the authorities inside the sanctioned countries and as I mentioned its the aim of sanctions. Other countries don't worry about  ,,angry citizens'' outside their country.

Yes, sanctions and boycotts can make people angry, or at least uncomfortable, but the real question is whether they will persuade Putin to reverse his policies. It is apparent that Putin's regime keeps the people on a tight leash and will use sanctions as an excuse to keep them in line.

The real sanctions against the Russian people come from their government's policies. It may be that Western sanctions will make some people feel discomfort, but at the end of the day, the real suffering comes from the Kremlin's policies, not from the sanctions. As such, they will only bring more anger and alienation to the citizenry, and ultimately, lead to greater demonstrations and protests, creating even greater public discontent.

If you are not in one of these countries please try the following link: http://linkaq.com/wow-en12

If that does not work please contact our support team for assistance at support@wowcasino.com. Possibly with a screenshot of what you are seeing so, we can take a better look for you.

In my experience, some browser extensions will block such links (for example, various adblockers, or security extensions provided by antivirus software).
It would be better to stop using shortlink url redirects altogether and instead promote your site with a direct url. Making it easy for new customers to find you should be your top priority, right?
2949  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you support a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms? on: March 11, 2022, 06:44:40 PM
China has done this before (closed off to the outside world) so this is nothing new. In addition, VPN and the Tor network have also contributed greatly to citizens whose countries have closed themselves off from the outside internet, for example China and North Korea. boycotting a gambling platform originating from russia is not a wise act imo.

It's not as simple as you think. Disconnecting from the global Internet and creating its own separate internet is possible if Russia decides to do so. Despite the fact that VPNs and TOR have been used to gain access to censored sources before, a properly implemented set of controls could effectively prevent their use in the future. Russia already experimented with disconnecting from the Internet in 2019. [source]

As a result, refraining from using any financial services from the territory of Russia makes perfect sense, especially in light of recent events. Who would want their money stuck on the other side of the great Russian digital wall?

if I were Abramovich I will suspend all Chelsea player for England national country team.

It's a stupid comment. A club owner has no right to prevent a player from playing for the national team. And even if he could, why would he do that?
Even if a club owner forbids them from representing their country, players have the right to refuse. They are not slaves. And, it's in their blood to represent their country and play for their nation.

I also tried to access the site via Google Search but still fail. Using VPN should not be an option. Can someone post here the list of restricted countries although it seems not usual to see our country be included at this?

You can access via this direct url: https://www.wowcasino.com
Here's what they said about restricted countries:

Hi @stomachgrowls, @nakamura12 and others who are asking, our full list of restricted countries is: Australia, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America, United States Outlying Islands, Aruba, Bonair, Curacao, Saba, Statia or St Martin. If you aren't in one of those and are still experiencing issues in registering, please try clearing your cache or contact our support team for assistance at support@wowcasino.com.

I am also curious about your KYC policies. Are all withdrawals subject to KYC verification, regardless of the amount?

@FatFork - Up to a certain threshold, withdrawals will work before verification.

That's great. Your T&C are a little vague about this. Can you clarify what amounts we are talking about here?

Obviously, OP is not ready to launch his casino and does not how to promote a casino here in this forum things could have been easy if he has the experience and he reads the rules here or takes time to check how this forum works.
I can't trust a developer who has not done his assignment everything depends on the preparation and the launching day you fail this and you fail your project and you will be back to the drawing board.

The OP obviously copied the entire help pages from Bustabit casino, but didn't bother to edit any key information. This level of laziness is entirely unprofessional and inexcusable for any project.

Original source: https://www.bustabit.com/help

These are just the mistakes that I could detect, there are probably more, but the point is that I was able to identify them within just a few seconds.

source: play.woodiein.com

I don't think the OP is serious about developing a good casino, he just wants to make a quick buck  , and this is definitely not good for the business.

If Abramovič sells the club on time the restrictions will be lifted but these things usually take a lot of time - due dilligence in such cases can last more than a year.

Anyway, this will impact Chelsea in the long term - I really don't feel they can be a top 4 team anymore under these restrictions.

According to media reports, Abramovich is not permitted to sell the club at this point. I read that sanctions prevent the sale of the club as well.

As described in the NY Times: "Abramovich’s plans to sell the team were now untenable, and on hold; the club was forbidden from selling tickets or merchandise, lest any of the money feed back to its owner; and the team was prohibited — for the moment — from acquiring or selling players..."

Yes, Chelsea will not be the same no matter what happens next. The sanctions will severely restrict the club's spending and seriously undermine its ability to operate at the same level it has for the past twenty years. No doubt about it.

OP, I'm afraid I have to agree with what others have said before me. I don't believe using Google's random number generator for casino is a good idea.
Not because it is a third party service or that it is far from perfect, but because it is impossible to audit. The performance of random number generators is always a tricky topic, but in a crypto casinos we have a provably fair solutions for randomness, so the chance of having an abuse in the implementation of such system is extremely low.

You can still use hashing algorithms if you want, but if RNG isn't provably fair then it is just an additional layer of randomness that you have to implement. My recommendation to you is to always use provably fair random number generators.

Congratulations on the launch of your platform, @WOW_Crypto, and welcome to the forum. It's nice to see another gambling platform here.
I like the look and feel of your website design, which is really fresh and appealing.

I would like to know why you decided to set the minimum withdrawal amount so high? $ 100 may not be much, but it is still much more than what most of us are willing to risk to try out a new gambling platform.

I am also curious about your KYC policies. Are all withdrawals subject to KYC verification, regardless of the amount?
2956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 10, 2022, 11:40:44 AM
Abramovich was hit hard today by British officials! Chelsea, too, has been sanctioned.

Reuters reports that Britain has frozen the assets of seven Russian businessmen, including Roman Abramovich. Abramovich is the owner of the Chelsea football club, which means that the Chelsea is now also subject to the freezing of assets under financial sanctions from the UK.

After imposing sanctions on its owner, Britain's government suspended the sale of Chelsea as well as the sale of players, new tickets, and merchandise, but made clear that the team will still be able to play matches.
2957  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Elon Musk official currency ELOC on: March 10, 2022, 09:37:59 AM
Yep, ELOC looks very much like a scam attempt. I just briefly checked their site and noticed this:

source: eloc.live

As far as I am concerned, any project doing this is a 99.99% scam or, in the best case scenario, a money grab scheme.

I have tagged the OP, and I would be happy to support a flag if you make one.

As @examplens stated here, it appears that the "SlavaUkraini DAO" is a fake project launched with the obvious goal of fraudulent fundraising and taking advantage of the current situation in Ukraine. Scam was originally posted [archive] by a newbie account shredded_ceo.

1 day ago I got an email message pointing to an article on behalf of Kyrrex. Not sure,Is the Kyrrex Charitable Foundation real?
<cut>

Kyrrex is a crypto exchange and investment platform, and it appears that their founders are Ukrainians. It is quite possible that they created a charitable fund since they posted about it on their social media and on their official blog.

https://twitter.com/Kyrrexcom/status/1500530501429387268

Were you their customer? You probably received that mail because you're a subscriber to their newsletter or have used their platform at some point.

That's a great find, Rikafip. I'm sure this will impact their plans at least a little.
They did act in line with their name, after all, their ticker was named "CLON".  Grin

Regarding their team, I believe you're right. Neither Google, nor Facebook, nor Twitter, nor LinkedIn find anyone named "Mark Deltan". I have yet to meet a CEO of a company who hasn't left a digital footprint online. No matter how small. Even if he lived under the rock all this time, there would have been mentions of it somewhere.
