2941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: March 22, 2017, 05:02:43 AM
My answer is maybe. Because a lot things is happening in the bitcoin world lately, things like high transaction fees which depress common man from adopting bitcoin and which could in some ways affect buying and selling of goods and services on OpenBazaar network. But the OpenBazaar program is maintain properly as peer to peer online commerce with no fees and no restrictions. There's a better chance for bitcoin to overcome paypal/ebay in the future.
2942  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait? on: March 22, 2017, 05:00:27 AM
Yes. I agree with you and don't know why some said selling is better now. Bitcoin is the future and another halving is around the corner. Have read the story of the man which invest $29 into bitcoin at the year 2009 if I'm correct? In the next 23years bitcoin will reach it 21million and it will be better if hold as much as possible. Hold your coin mate.

The truth is, that if you are serious about investing in bitcoin, right now it's not the time for selling nor for waiting. In every drop like this you should buy more bitcoins, even small dips are enough, because you can be sure that one day it will be worth much much more! Wink
Sad thing about it is, that when people see red bars in the graph, instead of buying more coins, they panic sell what they have. I don't know why so many people ignores the simple trading rule - buy low, sell high. Tongue
Yes mate, buying low selling high is the main rule of trading and I think most people that panic sell due to the red bars in graph don't know how strong bitcoin is. This remind of last year when the price of bitcoin was at  $450 which ater jump to $676, $750 respectively and went back to $450 people panic not knowing the price will reach $1000 before the year end.
2943  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for someone who can manage a Bitcointalk signature campaign! on: March 22, 2017, 01:31:38 AM
thanks a lot everyone, ill pick one from the suggested users.

Mod pls close this thread.
There's a lot of good signature campaign here and when I said good I also mean people that are nice, mature and understanding like Darkstar, Avirunes, Oday, Yahoo, SFR10 and blackmambaph. They are all good for the job and the campaign they handle was success.
2944  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 22, 2017, 12:42:15 AM
not too sure why there is much doom and gloom.

Sure BU is a "threat" but bitcoin has faced many threats before and in the longer run it has weathered them all fairly well.

Why is Bitcoin unlimited a threat, its just competition and bitcoin has plenty of alternatives already in operation that would be happy to take over.  The threat would be from the number of miners who would switch and prefer to support that alternate system.   I guess that part is new as most coins start from nowhere.

Will we definitely end up with 2 tokens in equal amounts on 2 addresses, price wise that just seems to suggest the price halves and value overall is the same.   Some confusion as people switch or decide which coin to hold or use but not as bad as it might appear?

I would rather they make transactions compete in fees they pay for priority.   This will then give the smallest transactions business to alt coins where it probably belongs ?    The best solution is the most natural self adjusting.   Does my opinion mean I should sell BU if I get any?
Yes, bitcoin have face a lot but come on top in the end. In my opinion BU (bitcoin unlimited) is not a threat and this will bring something call competition into the system since there is high rate of transaction fees going on in the bitcoin which could kill people thirst for bitcoin.
2945  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can the price of bitcoin still skyrocket on: March 21, 2017, 01:33:34 AM
Depends on your definition of 'skyrocket.'  Grin

If it's like 1000% increase in the price then it's impossible.
What I'm trying to say is there's a lot of up and down in price of bitcoin this year and the prediction made last year was the price will reach $2100 level. Can we still achieve the price of $2100 per bitcoin due to the obstacles bitcoin is facing there and there.
2946  Economy / Services / Re: $5 contest on: March 19, 2017, 07:48:46 PM

rocket coin may be a viable alternative, the logo may also be used  Smiley

Somebody has created Rocket coin with exact name and logo already. I was thinking of a coin that will unite people from different region but after checking the internet I see that we already have Unite coin. So I came to a conclusion that everybody like coming on top or an overcomer and I decide to create a name UNDISPUTED COIN (UNCO). In addition to, the word UNCO stand for something remarkable
2947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make a good amount with 0.01BTC? on: March 19, 2017, 02:44:25 PM
The best choice is tennis, you can bet on 1.01 odds with 1 btc in Grand Slam, usually when Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer and Andy Murray first round's odds are 1.01. Safe bet.  Cheesy
Even if you wage a bet with 1.01 odds you are not sure about winning when it comes to gambling and if you look at the performance of Djokovic and Federer they have lost more matches to underdogs in the past year and so i would consider those as very high risk bets.If you are planning to gamble to increase your coins make sure you wage for the matches you know rather than hearing others opinion and gambling is the only way to increase your coins pretty fast.

Gambling is a way to increase your coins pretty fast and it is also only way to loose your coins pretty fast and there is nothing like safe bets in gambling as you never know what would be an end result as we have seen many times in the past that good players gets defeat from ordinary players in very first round and created an major upset and in that case you can loose everything in a single match.
Gambling is nice and sweet when playing but is good for someone that don't know when to stop because must people their money or coin to gambling when they don't stop at the right time.
2948  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 19, 2017, 02:21:12 PM

It could go to 700$ then to 1500$ within 5 months. It seems like a good time to sell and buy back from 950 USD to 850  USD.
No one know when the price of bitcoin will get back up and it could get back up anytime. But, I think the price move down to $994 due to the news of bitcoin splits in the wake of a hard fork which involves some duplicate of bitcoin going on in the system.
2949  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is no longer a currency on: March 17, 2017, 07:36:56 PM
I disagree with what Mathew O'brien said because bitcoin is a currency not a tech stock and this kind of a thing will happen just because bitcoin is not centralize or control by any government agency or organization. I guess this is the reason why the Texas law firm said no government should impede anyone of having bitcoin. If bitcoin is not a currency why would New Hampshire state house passed House Bill 436 which exempts bitcoin from costly money transmitter regulations?
Technically mate bitcoins is not a currency because a currency would be something that can be generated more and more on demand while bitcoins amount is fixed by satoshi and cannot be changed, bitcoins is rather more of an asset that is traded based on the demand and need of the market.
You said technically bitcoin is not a currency and I don't agree with you on that. You also said bitcoins amount is fixed by satoshi and cannot be changed. Listen to me, a lot of new thing is happening this days in the world of bitcoin and I guess you don't know that a mining software which does not based on
Satoshi’s original code was developed?
2950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MyBit ✦Decentralized Asset Management w/ AI & Smart Financing✦ on: March 17, 2017, 03:29:09 PM
Hi mate/Dev, I would like to know if is still possible to join the mybit facebook bounties since it said the bounties will come to an end next month. Thanks
2951  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can the price of bitcoin still skyrocket on: March 17, 2017, 02:44:16 PM
I have less and less home that bitcoin price will go skyrocket because look how now price is going so slow up so that means that bitcoin skyrocketing time ended and that now bitcoin price will grow with less speed.
The price per a bitcoin was down little due disapproving order issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to trade Coin ETF. But the price rebounce back to $1200 today before stable at $1179. With all this you will knew bitcoin is so strong and any good tiding can happen through it any time.
In the near future bitcoin doesn't have any major event or expected financial order similar to the past etf. So only the gradual growth is the option to take price to skyrocket. The price moving forward shows the increased possibility to go at least over $1200 in the upcoming weeks or in a short time period.
Ok. The price is stable lately at the $1150  and it be nice if you have the price move upward above the $1200 level so we can have a smile tiding this year since the prediction made last year is that price will reach $2100 this year. We are still in the first quarter of this year though. Let's keep fingers cross, hoping and wishing the price did reach the $2100 Smiley

Depends on your definition of 'skyrocket.'  Grin

If it's like 1000% increase in the price then it's impossible.

it depend man, in 2013 there was a 1200% price increase, so that's definitely possible, don't say it's impossible, we just need more investors to invest in bitcoin, or new exchange like EFT to adopt bitcoin, it's more impossible that bitcoin touch $500 let alone lower than that

It is possible, We have already saw how btc has become best , hoping to see more best result on the coming days. As you told the one way anything works out to be best is when more people start accepting it, it has to become more popular among the common man/women so they can move to the btc world and we can see the btc price goes skyrocketing.
Yeah. Bitcoin must be accepted and adopted by common man or woman. This is where the issue of high transaction fee, the government high tax rate, impede the common people comes in because all this won't impress common people the adoption of  bitcoin.
2952  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait? on: March 17, 2017, 01:50:55 PM
see the current situation makes me think that this is not the right time to sell bitcoin. Well, bitcoin prices higher over time, may hold him in a long time, probably about 3 or 4 months will show satisfactory results.

In my thinking, If in this time, we want to sell the bitcoin, than could sell them, it is highest price of bitcoin $1226. But if we hold the bitcoin for a short time than also we gain profit from our bitcoin. SO it is our choice to sell them or to hold them. I think both are good ways.
Bottom line is we just want to make profit in every decision we make, we sell of profit regardless of the amount then its good. We only hold if we
believe we can maximize our profit as we predicted the price will still rise more. That sometimes will lead us to losing an opportunity to sell as holding without a valid justification will only show that we are too greedy.

Yes indeed that's the bottom line as we look for profit in each and every step we take while buying bitcoin we want the price of bitcoin to  be less and while selling the bitcoin we want the price of bitcoin to be sky high and practically it's not possible until we do a proper research and follow the market trend.

I agree with you all we need is profit that's we we are hear spending our time and that's why people join signature campaign and it's human tendency he/she will always expect profit but bitcoin is so unique it's a test of our patience as i have seen in past where many user sell all of their bitcoin when there is a price drop but end up regretting later once it pumps up.

2953  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: March 17, 2017, 01:40:12 PM
If the transactions will be slower and slower and if that happens then it means that the miners are getting few and the foundation of the network will be weaker and weaker and that will be the start for bitcoin to die because there nothing who supports bitcoin and maybe bitcoin users will transfer to another and better coin.
Yeah. You're right but it not only if the transaction are slower could make bitcoin die. Electricity is the main thing that could quench bitcoin because almost every part of the crypto currency world base on electricity including the block chain either

2955  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 16, 2017, 09:40:02 PM
The graph was looking good, TA is pretty useless once again. Fundamentals also good since BUchina is dead after the bug disaster. This selloff makes no sense, it is either a whale taking profits or random panic selling.
No, I don't think the whale taking profits was the cause. I think the price was affect through some sort of panic sell and some government prevent bitcoin adoption through high tax bid. That's why I'm glad for the Texas law firm for stand up against government concern bitcoin.
2956  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait? on: March 16, 2017, 01:17:42 PM
Wait for a short time as the price decrease has taken place and moving downward. So it's good to use the opportunity and buy as much possible than selling to grab the profit.
I recommend to sell, the price looks down and this trend seems to last long. I was worried the incident earlier in the year 2017 will be repeated, that price drop from $1.100 to $800, and this is bad for us to hold, better is sell.
No mate. That's not a good advise because the news concern the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued an order disapproving the proposed rule change to list and trade Coin ETF was the reason why the price of bitcoin went little down but it will not affect bitcoin. Have you check the price of bitcoin lately ? I recommend you to hold and don't panic sell.
Three is a difference between panic selling and selling to get profits, if you are happy with your earnings already and you think the price is going to keep losing ground then the right call for you is to sell and be happy with the profits that you got.
Yeah. I know there is different between panic and been satisfy with what the profit been made through holding. I mention the word panic sell because a lot of people were selling off their bitcoin when they heard that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disapproving ETF just because they think the price of bitcoin will fall due the disapproval.

Ok. This is hard to believe and If trading for other people will bring more money I think I will love to work with you. But I want someone that will convince me of my own safety. I mean something that we reassure me that I won't loose my investment in the end.
You dont need anybody to convince you because the facts and figure are spread before you with my live trading showing real time, nothing is hidden and there is no photoshop.
Check the statistics and you will see the deposit and the profits made in 65 days.
The safety of your funds is guaranteed because no one will have access to it apart from you alone.
Ok. I will keep in touch because I made an investment early this year which I loose my coin on it  and I need to get back on my foot first that one of the reason why I need to be more careful. Besides, also I want to take a step at a time and I hope the offer will be available when I make up my mind or you could teach the whole thing when I'm ready.

2960  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for someone who can take PayPal payments for me, and send me BTC. on: March 13, 2017, 09:55:15 PM
Your best bet would be buying a PayPal account because just like everyone replied you're just a newbie and whoever pmed you about this will just scam you or an idiot.

How do I do that? I know nothing about stealth PayPal accounts. How do I NOT get caught? How do I keep it from getting limited? How do I actually cash the money out to Bitcoin?

We're not talking about $20 or $100 here. Yes, I can figure out how to do that. We're talking major volume. I once pulled in $10,000+ per month.

How do you pull such large volume through a stealth PayPal?
It been awhile since I deal paypal and I don't know how they operate this days. But one thing I'm really sure of is that you can easily cash the money out of your paypal to Bitcoin through paybis.com. Besides, their working time is 24/7 and their average response to exchange order is 30 mins.
