2961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright recognised by US Govt as Satoshi, author of white paper on: May 24, 2019, 12:42:56 PM
who cares if US reconized him as satoshi

We know that his purpose is to milk every penny he can from Bitcoin.
He may now be able to start copyrighting and patenting. I really hope I'm wrong.

You're not wrong. How can IS easily recognized Craig Wright as Satoshi Nakamoto? I can't relly believe they easily believe him with his baseless proof. I think he succeeded on his plan. Making a noise in a crypto industry and in media industry, looking forward to become famous, getting the sympathy of people. Wow, he really is a pain in the a**. I just can't move on that he was the one who put in there as an author of btc's whitepaper. He don't deserve to be recognized as Nakamoto.
2962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do guys think of Kin? on: May 24, 2019, 11:54:40 AM
For me, KIN token is just an ordinary altcoin that we're up to us if we'll gonna buy it or if we'll gonna invest on it. But I am sorry to say but upon doing DYOR, I do not think it is worth investing. Just a coin who have less potential attracting investors to buy.  We can still give considerations for it and give it a chance. Just like some other altcoin, we can still gain profits from KIN by trading it. but, don't expect too much.
2963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is popular, what do you think? Will you participate? on: May 24, 2019, 08:42:25 AM
Oh well, I will not still participate in IEO. I guess, I will just gonna watch the development, the enhancement of the project and will observe the impact of this IEO in cryptocurrency. If a particular exchange make a success IEO  and provide some positive feedbacks, then I will further reconsider joining into it. I am still eyeing how IEO marketing goes.
2964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC vs USD - Which one is better? on: May 24, 2019, 05:07:56 AM
Comparing these two is unmeasurable. In the first place, USD can be used easily worldwide and accepted by banks while bitcoin can also be used in selected countries without banks.  We don't have to choose between the two of them. We can actually convert USD to BTC and/or BTC to USD.
Hello all. Bitcoin is better for payments without taxes (for us and Internet). USD is better have in your pockets. But that's for now. We have 21st century, so we need new currency. And maybe it will be Bitcoin.
YOU makes sense in your reply, though bitcoin in other countries already implementing adding tax into it. Also, there is still high fees in btc transactions. But I agree that USD had a strong impact but we are in a 21st century and we want to experience some new technology like btc.
2965  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading on: May 24, 2019, 04:20:29 AM
If you are really earning good profits from crypto trading like  it can sustain your daily financial problem, then it can be great! 4 years in crypto trading makes you an expert trader. I guess, you've gained and learned all you need to know. Let's say you are making 10-20% a day as a crypto trader, then you can considered it already as your full time job now. Anyway. Goodluck on your tradings!
2966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs. BNB on: May 23, 2019, 09:12:47 AM
For the overall performance, i will still go for ETH. But undoubtedly, BNB showed how competitive and potentiwlly coin it is this year. BNB's performance is really great this 2019 compwre with ethereum. Though, they have different strength but BNB eventually had a chance to beat ethereum as well with regards to the price.
2967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: sick of high fees Ive moved over to alts on: May 23, 2019, 06:01:38 AM
I used to be in the bitcoin core crowd but after still paying ridiculous fees recently Ive moved over to bch and SV, I Guess this is kind of a rant, but I dont understand who the hell wants to pay high fees to send money to someone.
Get used to it and thats the main problem with Btc when the entire network is congested when the price tends to rally. So having another altcoin as an option isnt bad afterall.

At first, i was also complaining about the high fees. But yes, I am now used to it. You can get back the fres when you earn profits from btc trading, right? Anyhow, that is your decision.  Altcoin transactions is greater than btc, i may agree with that since I've also determined the differences between altcoin tx's and btc tx's.

I could suggest you choose an exchange that offers small fees. DYOR is the best thing here to know the best exchanges that had smaller fees with good system.
2968  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a value reserve? on: May 23, 2019, 05:22:01 AM
Because could bitcoin represents a value reserve or acts as a "digital gold", really could it change the world in a deterministic sense?

We can say that the economic status is now changing. Thanks to the cryptocurrency. In fact yes, we can consider bitoin as a digital gold now since it was some kind of investment that can fluctuates and can earn profits like physical gold does. Anyhow, the world is slowly adopting blockchain technology.  See how some businesses are accepting it now? It is widely used nowadays.
2969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Isn't scammers a huge stopper to the internet (Bitcoin) on: May 22, 2019, 01:07:09 PM
Internet exists or not, scammers are everywhere. Surprisingly, they are really very wise on how to fraud people just for their own benefits. Cryptocurrency is really famous nowadays, that is why they entered this kind of thing, too. We cannot stopped them and they are not the reason to stop the internet. The only thing we have to do to prevent scammers is to be vigilant enough, not to easily allowed ourself in unsure crypto-related projects.
2970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MORE TYPES OF BITCOIN SCAMS on: May 22, 2019, 07:01:08 AM
Tips for Respective Bitcoin HOLDERS :

Types of Bitcoin SCAMS :

1) Never trust anyone who says Invest your bitcoins here/there and we will show how they grow down the line ! Never trust anyone and transfer your bitcoins into any wallet, once they are gone they are gone forever ! So please !

I knew someone who never listened to me. He is fond of joining his acquintances who offered him doubled the money and promised big profits. If he just listened to me before, he will not cry like a baby now because they've tricked him.

2) Any one threatening saying they know your secrets and request you for Bitcoins, dont even care just hit the delete button !
I never receieved any kind of emails or messages like this. Considering they are harassing us and blackmailing us, we can not be threaten by those kind of messages.

Quote
3) Anybody calls you and says they are from your exchange and request for access/password,just hangup the call !
We should be careful to whom person we are talking to. There are some instances that a  person will act and pretend they are a team from a particular exchange just to get personal informations from us. The best thing to do is to ignore if it is suspicious.
Quote
4) Whatever stories you hear or told, never let your bitcoins leave your WALLET AT ANY COST !

5) Dont buy bitcoins from anyone who says they are selling for cheap ! Buy only from Trusted Exchanges !

Just dont care and move on for any of the above !!

I don't store my bitcoins for too long in my wallets. Anyway, thank for the advices mate. It will be very helpful to remember these kind of tips to everyone here.
2971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Would Really Buy Facebook Coin? on: May 22, 2019, 05:54:15 AM
Im pretty sure there will be a huge numbers of supporters of facebook coin, theres a huge userbase for facebook and im pretty sure there are hundred of thousands of bitcoin or cryptocurrency user in general plus im pretty sure that facebook will get big partnerships from other platforms like wechat/instagram and many more.

Probably. I am one of those who are waiting for that facebook coin. If ever fb coin will be created, i will not hesitate to invest into it. OP, you are being pessimistic about it. Look at the brighter side of it. Anyway, they are just planning it. Hence, they will gonna develop and improve more of their projects. Let's not judge it immediately.
2972  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto margin trading!!! on: May 22, 2019, 04:01:44 AM
I've been into margin trading for two years. So far, so good. I've learning some fundamental and technical analysis that can be further used in margin trading. Liquidation is far away if you'll use smaller leverage. The higher the leverage the higher the chance that you'll being liquidate. Anyway, margin trading is not advisable for a newbie. Gather all the needed knowledge and when you feel you are ready to become a margin trader, there's nothing wrong if you'll try it.

Anyway, I'm into bitmex since I've started. There are so many tutorials in youtube on how to margin trade in bitmex. Here is the helpful
 link.
2973  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin – Now at DECISION POINT!! :O on: May 22, 2019, 03:00:48 AM
There are many retest at $8,300 but failed to continuously pump. I must say it wasn't easy to go up to $9k. But at least we are still on $8,000. Therefore we will just have to know if the market will break the resistance or not. Then we will gonna know where the bitcoin is leading. Either go for another bull run or continue to dump again.
2974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we in a silent bull run?? on: May 21, 2019, 09:06:38 AM
Well, we have different perspective as how will we react with the bull runs. Small dump doesn't mean you have to buy right away. Whenever there is a dump, there is also a pump. So, if you are using indicators, there is a right timing on how to buy btc and other coins. There is a big dump that you called and do not just fall for the small ones. Anyhow, we are indeed in a bull trend. It's just that, we are taking it slowly to perform pump so corrections are being done.
2975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Evolution of the Bitcoin Logo on: May 21, 2019, 07:59:36 AM
I've seen something more elegant logo.

Here it is.

Image  Source

But i still go for the orange one. Simplicity is beauty that is why the logo presented by the OP is more attractive and most used logo by the merchants. It just means that whenever we see that orange logo in some stores, we identify btc is accepted in their respective business.
2976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Same thing happens to everyone who tries that! on: May 21, 2019, 06:03:15 AM
Despite creating coins which could kill Bitcoin, no attempt has been successful because Bitcoin itself has built a strong foundation which no coin could ever break. Its reputation and value are firm that no controversy could affect it negatively. Bitcoin has passed all the tests of time so no matter how they try to kill it, they're only making it more resistant to any issues being thrown to it.

No doubt about that. Those who attempt to break bitcoin's potential doesn't succeed anyway. They are just making a coin and added to the lisy of shitcoins 'coz it never win over bitcoin. They can't destroy the king since it is a strong and first cryptocurrency coin. I don't understand why many are really interested to destroy and kill btc where in fact, we all started with btc, right?
2977  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price - Is $11,000 Next? on: May 21, 2019, 04:41:10 AM
The recent whale dump on the most major exchange made everyone worried that Bitcoin price may decrease significantly. But the crypto supporters have good news, Bitcoin isn't going down, it is going up. I think the BTC Bull started walking, soon it will run the race. I just read this amazing news on NEWSBTC, Read it, you'll get some peace.

How can you be so sure that it will go up that high? No one knows if btc will continue to go the moon or not. Remember that whales are always there to control the market. Anyhow, if that news will gonna happen, I am one of those investors who will be happy big time. Hope it will happen soon since I still leave my btc and didn't cash it out, yet. lol

I also wonder, is this some kind of a trick to mislead the traders? Mostly, the speculations are not happening. Well, let's see.
2978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not money on: May 21, 2019, 02:31:58 AM
Bitcoin is not money.

It is more an artwork with 21,000,000 limited editions. And each limited edition contains 100,000,000 limited pieces. (satoshis)

A newbie ranting about bitcoin. It is a digital money. You know what I mean, right? We can now pay goods using bitcoin. It isn't money for you even if we used it as an online payment methods? It is not a physical money but we can purchase anything now by the use of bitcoin.  Anyway, it's your point of view. Whatever your point is, it will still depends on how we consider it. An art, a money, an investment or an asset.
2979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Question for more experience traders! on: May 20, 2019, 11:39:18 AM
I've been into crypto trading for almost two years now. And I must say, I can predict it most of the times. Not easy but I can still ride and predict the market. I am planning to enter stocks trading since my friend already started it. He showed me how it works and it is surprising that he uses the same indicators as crypto trading. The  only thing I can say is that, according to him, stocks is more unpredictable. There is more unexpected sideways. Well, that is just according to him since I wasn't really experienced it, yet.
2980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If a whale is buying Bitcoin then I too will buy Bitcoin. on: May 20, 2019, 09:01:43 AM
If the whales are secretly buying up Bitcoin than I will buy Bitcoin at the current market rate. Even if it goes to 2500$. Gives me sum hope in the crypto space. Only if I find out they are buying through forums etc.

This is actually a complicated thing to do. I laughed when I've read your post but when I think deeper, it does makes sense. Since they have controlled in the market, you can actually follow them. But the big question is how'd you know if whales are buying btc?

Here's what a member said:

Actually we cant pinpoint the exact time really on when is these whales are selling. We can just feel it by the huge sudden pricedrop in market. So if you feel its the lowest price already then follow your instinct buying it back.

Indeed true. The sudden huge price drop of btc indicates how whales react. They tend to sell their bitcoins. If that happens, you can buy bitcoin then. Kindly study market volume and charts, it will also be a big help for a newbie  when to buy btc.
