2961  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the best program for cloud mining? on: September 10, 2021, 06:15:06 PM
Guys just stay away from these users. It's been noticed this user spreading various scam sites on the forum. Once you visit his profile you might get it. I have reported a few for sharing a suspicious link on the post, not sure if moderators remove them since the scam isn't moderated by the forum. Doesn't matter he post about what, he just trying to spread scamming sites. And we know another name of cloud mining is a scam. So just put in ignore this user.
2962  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading got to do with profit and lose,is it true? on: September 10, 2021, 05:56:08 PM
You need more study on how actually Bitcoin works. Just Google it "What is Bitcoin trading" and "What is Bitcoin investment". So you will get more idea of how trading and investment work as well. Any investment or trading isn't out of the risk. You might gain or lose we don't know. Because no one can give you perfect predictions about Bitcoin price.

By the way, I think this thread will more fit into the trading section rather than the Bitcoin discussion board. You can move it yourself from the lower left. Other moderators would move since I report it.
2963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My hardware store now accepts Bitcoin! on: September 10, 2021, 05:36:21 PM
Well done man! It's quite surprising to me the same day you ask the question of how to accept Bitcoin as a payment and you have done it in the same days. I can recall my reply was the first reply on your thread. By the way, congratulations on your achievement. I am saying it's an achievement because it wasn't easy to decide to accept Bitcoin so quickly. It's a kind of organic Bitcoin adaption, more merchants would inspire from you that would help more adaption. Also, it will be easy for buyers at least they can use Bitcoin directly for needs. Keep it up, mate.
2964  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which Is The Best Cryptocurrency To Buy Presently? on: September 09, 2021, 07:24:29 PM
It's very easy to select one either ETH or BTC. But just make sure you will not regret it later in case of the dump. So before making any financial decisions you have to learn about the business where you are going to put your money. There are many technical things that you should know before buying Bitcoin or ETH, otherwise maybe after a few days, you will say Bitcoin is a scam.

However, I will prefer to buy Bitcoin. So first of all you need to know how Bitcoin works, how Bitcoin price works. It's quite important to choose the right wallet and secure it the right way before buying Bitcoin where you will store your assets. I will prefer a noncustodial wallet like Ledger Hardware wallet or Electrum. So please take time to learn more about Bitcoin, so you will not regret it later.
2965  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I want to implement Bitcoin payments in my hardware store. on: September 09, 2021, 06:57:49 PM
Welcome to the forum. Good to see that you want to accept Bitcoin for your business. That's what we want to see always.
First, I heard that Bitcoin transactions are not the fastest, can I find a way to solve this problem?
Ask your customer to increase transaction fees. Transaction speed depends on the fee. If your customer uses lower fees then it will take time, if use higher fees then it will reduce confirmation time. Using SegWit address would help reduce higher fees and make transactions faster. Better if you can use Lighting Networks, but doubts your customer is aware of it.

Is there any way for customers to abuse Bitcoin payments or perform some kind of attack?
Yes, there is. It's called double-spending. If you don't know about double spend then just Google it. But you can skip this risk by requiring one confirmation for the payments.

Quote
Do I need some kind of machine to accept Bitcoin payments?
No, you don't need any machine to accept Bitcoin payments. You just need a Bitcoin wallet and payments gateway to accept Bitcoin.

Tell me if there is anything important I need to know before accepting Bitcoin in my store.
Here a list-Bitcoin Payment Processors. Hope it will help you to choose the right payments processor.
2966  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Top Trading SCAM on: September 09, 2021, 06:47:18 PM
Does it even necessary to look further for fake teams since they are offering 35% ROI within 48 hours? Is there any reason to believe them? When a site offers you such as unrealistic return then don't do further investigation. It's just a waste of time. Just blindly write they are a scammer. We don't really need any more deep evidence to prove them, scammer. Just stay away from greedy offers always, just not for the Ponzi scheme. Often you will see this kind of offer over the internet. If so then ignore it.
2967  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Things I should know before implementing Bitcoin payments into my business? on: September 09, 2021, 05:12:25 PM
If you do not require at least one confirmation to processing the order then there is the chance of double-spending. If you don't know what is double spend then just Google it. In an easy word, spend an unconfirmed transaction again with a higher fee than previous transaction fees called double spend. There are a few wallet or script support double spend. So if you accept payment with at least one confirmation then there is no chance to spend it again. You have to implement your system this way.

Here is a list of a few payment getaways from where you can compare and choose which would be best for you. list-Bitcoin Payment Processors.
2968  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is there any way to get back from negative trust on: September 09, 2021, 07:17:47 AM
Your account is supposed to be banned since you copy-pasted it. You admit that, and copy-paste is against the forum rules. However, your favorite forum or admin can't remove your feedback from your profile. So you have to convince the person who left it. But I don't think it's going to help to remove your feedback. The reference I have seen for your tag is pretty strong. I won't agree with it that someone will forget to edit the payment address for the campaign he applied for. We are familiar with this kind of excuse and often abusers defend it this way.
2969  Economy / Reputation / Re: My ban; concerns and gratitude on: September 07, 2021, 03:24:23 AM
Although I wasn't familiar with your plagiarism case and just now read it. I will say we aren't all above mistakes. Since you weren't copy-pasted intentionally and forgot to put links, and there was a footprint you don't want to prove authorship of the post. I will consider it a mistake. However good to see you already un-banned, so welcome back.

Since plagiarism is a sensitive case in the forum, so I will suggest everyone use quotation marks for copy-pasted parts. So even you forgot the writing link the subject will not to immediate ban. Don't do it intentionally always, forum users are intelligent enough to identify plagiarism. Repeating the same thing many times would ban anyone. Anyway, hope you have already taken a lesson from your mistakes. So take care in the future and keep contributing to the forum.
2970  Economy / Services / Re: BTC Binance Spot & Futures Signals Based on my tradingview alerts BTC on: September 07, 2021, 03:00:11 AM
The forum gives us freedom of speech so we can post whatever we want. I am not familiar with any kind of trading bots and how it has been working. But I have a little question, it this bot just working fine as you said average win rate is 75%, so hope you made a lot of money. If so, then not necessary to sell it for a penny. Rather than you can trade with a big amount by using your own bot since you have full confidence that you will win. On the other hand, you have a good signal, either provider is you or buying from others. If you don't have enough capital to trade with your bot & signal, so you may borrow money or sell your property. Then just multiply your assets continuously. Isn't it a good idea so far?

Guys, those are wanting to buy this bot and trading signals, just notice the OP profile. A newbies account has been trying to sell a trading bot & signals. Often scammers try to do that. So make sure you aren't wasting your funds by buying this bot & signals.
2971  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit SCAM! Scamming people and steal your money on: September 06, 2021, 06:41:36 PM
Often I have seen people search for reviews after being scammed. It seems you just create an account to make a post again 1xbit which is a well-known scammer around the forum. If you know how to use the search button on the forum then you may discover hundreds of posts against 1xbit. If you did it before deposit your fund there then most likely you won't send your fund in scam 1xbit. Just a little struggle would save you from being a scam. Now we can't help anymore since they don't care about reputation and scamming is their business. So, just we can say sorry for your loss. And for the future when you intend to gamble on any site then research before sending funds, not after getting scam.
2972  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Fake Elon Musk Giveaway Scheme on: September 06, 2021, 06:22:40 PM
If I am not wrong then you found that screenshot on the Telegram where all scammers gathering together. Often I have been seeing this type of message on Telegram in almost all cryptocurrency-related groups although moderators of the group handling such as scammers. Hope crypto users are already aware of this kind of scam attempt since it has been running for a long time. So thanks for sharing with us, hope this post will help to take a lesson.
2973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Second largest German investment company invests in Bitcoin from Q4 2021 on: September 06, 2021, 02:20:36 PM
It was really hard to understand what is Bitcoin certificate, but with a little research found a clue what is Bitcoin certificate. So here is it, Bitcoin certificate issuing by a bank and they will give a certificate like deposit slip which would sell at any time. Means you aren't holding anything against your investment except a piece of paper. You aren't the owner of that fund you have invested until it's released by the bank. Sound something like Bitcoin ETF. Not holding any real Bitcoin on your wallet.

You may read this article for more information about Bitcoin certificates, Are Bitcoin Certificates A Sensible Investment? I don't know why this investor chooses this way to invest in Bitcoin rather than buying direct Bitcoin into their own wallet.
2974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would bitcoin still go far if it was private on: September 06, 2021, 01:33:50 PM
Sound like centralization. Private means the public wouldn't contribute to the network. If only selected and verified people or a group of people could only contribute to the network then it will consider as a centralized network. So no, then Bitcoin wouldn't be much popular like now. Some other decentralized cryptocurrency would gain the market then. There will be fear if Bitcoin is only controlled by a group of people. No one will dare to invest in it due to centralization.
2975  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is www.iexwls.com scam?? on: September 05, 2021, 06:53:40 PM
Reply from my withdraw:

respected user:
According to the regulations of the exchange and the blockchain.
You need to pay %10 tax on your total account balance.
This is collected by the blockchain. Is not collected by the exchange,
IEX has approved your withdrawal request, but because you have not paid taxes. Still waiting

What can be done?
So what do they exactly need from you? Do they require documentation about tax payments or are they asking you to send the tax amount to them to release your withdrawal? That mail isn't or wouldn't be a clear explanation. I am pretty sure it's a scam. They gave you a small withdrawal to attract you and forced you to believe them and make a big amount of deposit.

Just let me ask a question, any professional exchange or platform will use free Gmail for contact? (Email:iexicpro01@gmail.com). I won't believe them with a penny who can't use an email with the domain name. Unprofessional scammers. Think twice before sending them funds. Most probably you will just lose everything that you send to them.
2976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the stupidest thing you have bought for BTC in the past ? on: September 05, 2021, 06:38:23 PM
I won't regret if bought any goods with Bitcoin. But have done a stupid thing as well. I had bought a few shitcoin which is regrettable forever. I purchased a few shitcoin for 1.5 BTC when Bitcoin was approx $10K. But I was failed to recover even in USDT value that I spent to bought shitcoin. These were the worst and memorable stupid things. I think most of us made the same mistakes that are related to crypto-currency.

I sold a few Bitcoin at a lower price, but I don't regret that since I sold them for my needs. Because I believe Bitcoin is for life, not for lifetime hold. We should take advantage of volatility, but always it won't happen due to daily needs.
2977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 59% of Bangladeshi are interested to see Bitcoin legal here on: September 05, 2021, 06:26:48 PM
If you run a Bitcoin poll in this forum either Bangladesh citizens like Bitcoin legalization or not then what will happen? Isn't most of the votes will go on behalf of Bitcoin? The same happens in Reddit, for those who have been using Reddit most of them somehow related to Bitcoin. So definitely most votes will go on behalf of Bitcoin. So this percentage is just limited in Reddit. This vote isn't for overall netizens. I think you would find 5% of the total population in Bangladesh knows about Bitcoin. So no hope for Bangladeshi citizens about Bitcoin legalization near future. Most probably when 75% of countries accept Bitcoin then Bangladesh would move forward. Otherwise, it would remain the same as now.
2978  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can bitcoin exist without fiat on: September 05, 2021, 01:41:27 PM
OP needs little research about Bitcoin technology IMO. Then you will realize quickly if that kind of question comes to your mind. In the current situation, Bitcoin existence on the Blockchain. As we know Bitcoin Blockchain is decentralized which has stored into a computer network called a node. Since each node has a copy of the whole Bitcoin Blockchain so Bitcoin will exist forever till the existence of the internet. So we can say technically Bitcoin will exist forever if the internet exists in the world. It doesn't matter either fiat exists or not.

Now come to the point, fiat has been using to exchange Bitcoin or to determine the value of Bitcoin. If fiat does not exist anymore then something else would be used to evaluate the value of Bitcoin. There is a possibility if fiat no exist then Bitcoin will use more widely although it's quite impossible to disable fiat worldwide. Even there will not be paper money, but definitely there will be a few alternative centralized digital currencies.
2979  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What the forum expect from me and my expectation from the forum on: September 05, 2021, 01:03:43 PM
I appreciate newbies who are encouraged to learn from the forum. So that's what you can or should expect from the forum in my opinion since I love to see this kind of use here. On the other hand, most probably forum expects spam-free contributions from you. I don't know the forum administration thoughts, but this is what I like to see from newbies. You can help the forum in more ways like reporting spam posts, but before that, you have to educate yourself about the forum culture. So I will suggest learn and read more than posting.
2980  Other / Meta / Re: Giving merit to people when you don't agree with them on: September 04, 2021, 05:34:45 PM
As a merit source, I am neutral with my smerits. If the post or topic is constructive and helpful to the forum then doesn't matter either I agree or not. If the post deserves merit in my opinion then I just send it. Since we are enjoying the freedom of speech here, so arguments are a common part of forum life. It would call misunderstanding as well, sometimes we just involve useless arguments. But it hasn't been affecting sending merit for me. For example, I had arguments & misunderstandings with Royse777, but when I discover he has made constructive and useful posts then I sent merit to his post. Because I believe merit deserves the post, not the person. I am not sure about how others thought, I just express my opinion and I have been doing that.
