The news is so distorted. Venezuela receives so much aid, that it tried to give some of it to part of Columbia, and the US blocked it. If the US really cared about helping people, then they would route that aid to the parts of Columbia that really needs it. But maybe that would mess up their drug dealing, and they need that to fund all their stupid wars that everybody knows are just attempts to seize the assets of countries to give to the super-national elite.

The idea is good, but I think that Bitcoin Talk has moved into the crypto market, although Bitcoin is still important of course. Anyway - I want 5 golden cats just like the aristocratic Egyptian ones.

It looks like a good idea. Newbies should still read the rules when they join, but it seems most don't.
I guess it's a trait of human nature. Sometimes when I buy a product, I try to get it working, and if I fail, then I resort to reading the instructions. It reminds me of some 3.5" floppy disks that I used to sell. They came in a nice storage box, but the problem was that the instructions about opening the box were locked inside the box.

It's been in development for several years now but we're still hoping it will come out, one day...
Not all of us - I like the current forum and its traditional layout. The trend to swishes and swashes, and tiered threads make it difficult to follow topics. Don't even start me on the destructive concept of upranking.

It isn't the world that is against Venezuela, but the greedy puppets that control the US. A lot of countries are supportive, and they believe that Venezuela should be allowed to take part in international trade, and to solve its problems by interacting with its own people.

Oh dear - I seem to have been stabbing Suchmoon, Foxpup, and TMAN. All great members, but I seem to spend more time trying to merit the newcomers. Where is TMAN btw, I haven't noticed him around for a while.

Isn't this similar to mining pools?

Well I've got a difficult decision today, but it's a nice decision to have to make. I noticed a bull cross a couple of days ago, and I opened a buy order and went to bed. In the morning, I discovered that the order had filled on a red wick, and I had bought about £2 above the low for the day. That makes a change, I usually set the price too low, so I only end up buying when the market turns bearish. So now the whole of my trading account is held in Bitcoin, and it's showing a nice profit. So now I have to decide if I'm really a HODLer, or a trader. There has been a bit of profit taking, but nothing that looks to me like a significant correction is on the way. I've got a few choices. Move my trading coins into a HODL wallet, and refund my trading account with fiat. Open a sale position to try to catch a green wick, and rebuy later. Sell and take the profit, Do nothing and just watch the market. I've opened a sale position at a madly high price, but I might cancel that. If it does get triggered, it will mean that the price is in a bull stampede, and who knows where that will stop. I'm still a long term believer in Bitcoin, so probably the most sensible thing for me to do is to move the coins into a HODL wallet, reload my trading wallet with fiat, and get out of McDonalds and sell some of the rubbish in my garages to rebuild my fiat savings. That is a bit like admitting that I'm rubbish as a trader though. [10:45 English time] Edited later to save face - I was completely wrong about the price, and I missed the bear cross. Now I know why they are called crosses.

Already one user with username "Account Seller" already joined the community.
Well that has put me off ever joining the community. I'll see if I can find an open source software package that I can host on my own server.

The incorrect and misleading propaganda is pro-vaccination. The anti-vaccination reports are simply pointing out the way vaccines destroy the immune system, and are used to reduce fertility, and as part of the global eugenics project. Useless and destructive vaccines are also being used to siphon money out of the nations' economies, and to feed the profits of the Pharma companies.

I did set up a teamspeak server a while ago, and I tested that out in a hosting forum. It was great to chat with a few people using headphones, and at the same time I could work on some sites. I was going to move this over to Fit to Talk, and use it to discuss moderation and posting incentives, and one could have threads to discuss on the screen, and change them during the discussion. Unfortunately Teamspeak changed their licensing plans, and the project was not longer viable commercially.
I'd love to go back to travelling the world. Years ago, I had a girl friend in San Francisco, and I helped her to move to Tallahassee by driving a 30 foot U-Haul truck across America. She was reading for a psychology PhD at FSU. Unfortunately I've got a lot of problems to sort out as a result of my adventurous past life ( read - I've been a bad boy for too long ), and I've got a load of asset recovery and disposal problems to sort out.

Low key secretive lifestyle, no set sleep or away schedule, lifting weights, self defense training, security alarm, motion sensors, security cameras, guard dog, wild coyotes, weapons, police neighbors, police station within eyesight, dummy safe, safe deposit box, encrypted keys, no fear of death, dead man's switch.
I considered these options, but I'm a traditionalist, so I keep my Bitcoin under the mattress.

I don't agree with a couple of your comments. Whilst your comment about the stakeholders may have been true in the beginning, I think the people you have mentioned are being squeezed out, and they are being replaced by bankers and investment trusts. Bitcoin is a unique product, and there can never be another equal creation. In its early days, it was vulnerable to a 51% attack, but this wasn't realised, and there wasn't sufficient value to warrant such an action. Now that the technology is understood, any product that attempts to emulate Bitcoin will become the victim of such an attack.
The usage case is another interesting point. Bitcoin was created with restrictions that appear to be designed to prevent it ever becoming a volume global payment system - the 10 minute block generation time, and the 21 million cap are two examples of this. However, it is a tremendous system to use as a store of wealth, and a means of wealth exchange, and in this instance, it is very similar to gold. In the same way that gold was used to gain initial credibility for the fiat monetary system, Bitcoin can be used to build a fast micro-payment system based on an underlying asset value. However, you can bet that once it gains acceptance, the bankers will be there with fractional reserve banking. We can already see this happening with some exchanges. It is for this reason that I will only leave trading funds in an exchange wallet. I'm about to move my Bitcoin out of my CoinBase wallet, and into one of my HODL wallets. This is not a reflection on CoinBase, as I think they are one of the more reputable exchanges, but a reflection of my opinion of the whole banking ethos. An exchange is basically a Bitcoin bank.

I've managed to get the headset that I use with my mobile to work with Audacity on the notebook. This probably means that I can get it working with some of the chat clients. Is anyone interested in trying to work out how we can have voice chat between members here?

Bots, wash traders and order book manipulators are dominating the markets at the moment. You have to be able to recognise their activities, as they are designed to liquidate margin traders, and create fake break outs as far as I can see.

The van is still driveable, but I didn't want to go too far in it. I'm about 5 minutes away from a retail park, and next door to a McDonalds, so it's not too much of a hardship. I miss going to be beach at Hayling, and a few other things though. Still, I can always stay here and chat to you guys. I'm trying to learn a bit more about technical analysis as well. I'm showing a small profit on my trading - enough to buy a couple of burgers if I wanted them. But I'm only opening £50 positions without gearing, so it isn't going to be life changing.

Thanks for the offer. Maybe I should make a few more social posts, they seem to be best for me. It's a bit misty at the moment, but if it brightens up, I'll see if i can take some pics of my friends one-eyed dog, and post a bit about the story behind the accident. They seem to like that sort of thing there. It may be worth reviving the Steem rewards site as well. a few links are always useful. I could even post some cooking tips.

Do they sell testers for testers? That'd be a good idea It's got a test button, and has been said, it is a bit disturbing if you push it accidentally. It's also got a low battery indicator. CO doesn't seem to be a problem with the wood burner, but it kicks off fairly quickly if I use one of those small butane heaters. I'm thinking of fitting a smoke alarm as well, but maybe I'm too fond of frying food. Note on frying pizza - I fry the pizza on a medium heat, and put a lid over the pan. Fry it until the base is really crispy, and the topping has melted ( if it is cheese). I bought a couple of Hairy Biker ceramic frying pans, and I love them. They really are non-stick, and you just have to wipe them out after using them. The only disadvantage is that you shouldn't use them on maximum heat, and I suspect they would crack if you put cold water in them when they were really hot. [UPDATE ON THE VAN] What a nightmare this prop shaft bearing replacement has turned out to be. I had several garages turn the job down because the van is too high, and another because I had sourced the replacement bearing from a distributor in Lancashire. One garage turned the job down because I had too much stuff in the back ( I'm still messing with the computer stuff ). I'm not sure why that was relevant, as the prop shaft is under the van of course. I was getting to the stage when I thought I would have to do the job myself, but I've got a mobile mechanic arriving in an hour or so, and he is happy to work in the lot next to McDonalds, so that is ideal for me. It's a fairly simple job. you just need to split the prop shaft, and fit the new bearing. The only problem for me would be removing the old bearing, as I don't have a hub puller with me.
