This is because 1) is wrong.
Whats stored in the wallet are pairs of adresses and private keys. The Blockchain is where Bitcoin or better put transactions are stored. Your account balance is calcuzlated from all transactions where adresses you own were involved. This is why after syncing the blockhain your Bitcoin would disapear.

1) Bitcoins are stored in wallet files 2) Just copy the wallet file to get more coins! 3) ?? 4) PROFIT!     I have tried this in 2010 (Silly me), what i did is, I made an image on vm and spent bitcoins and then restored image. It will show bitcoin in wallet but you can't do anything with them, and after you sync client they will disappear. Look blockchains have data of every incoming and outgoing transactions so if you copy wallet and then send bitcoin to someone your other bitcoin wallet will become empty automatically because your wallet doesn't stores bitcoin it's blockchain that stores bitcoin transactions. |

are you serious?Again, none of them use TLD with "citi" and "bank" in its name. Otherwise they wouldn't have to try all the tricks to spoof or mask the actual link. Trademarking "bitcoin" would make phishing harder and less effective. Wrong,They don't do because stealing money from banks isn't easy. Plus there are several TLD's available for registration.
