Let me see. If admin sees need to have new local moderators, there are some possible inclusive criteria for potential new local moderators: - Actively using the forum - Highly trusted by community (by so many things: reports, scam fightings, contribute to discover, test and find bugs then help to improve the forum, etc.), locally is important. - Can speak English so theymos can directly talk with them. Maybe more, you can dig in past announcements of theymos when he looked for new moderators and see what he required as prerequisites for candidates of new moderators. Need several moderatorsI need several moderators for this section. Apply here. Users with high "days online" are likely to be considered.
Stefan Thomas (justmoon) is now a forum administrator. < ... > Stefan Thomas is a long-time Bitcoin user who is highly trusted by the community.
ModeratorWho should be the Greek moderator? He must be able to speak decent English so I can communicate with him.

I don't know the median fees (USD) is per coin, per USD transacted or per $1000, something like that but at least from this site https://messari.io/screener, I can see DASH is ranked in the top of cheapest transaction fees. I've still not found details on that indicator but at least by now it looks very good for DASH (in median fees and its rank). That site uses data from coinmetrics.io, from which I saw this detail. https://coinmetrics.io/community-data-dictionary/

I allocate 80 percent of my capital into bitcoin. For the rest 20 percent of my capital to invest in altcoins and this part divided into two parts: - One part for traditional, old altcoins (top ones): 10 to 15 percent of my capital - One part for new-born altcoins: only 5 percent of my capital. This part is for very risky investment. Even after I due my diligent investigation before investing, it is a risky investment, obviously. Look at the image, you can see that top altcoins at their temp prices have still lost significant values from their All-time-highs. Investors have lost more in altcoins than in bitcoin investment. The post I quoted can be deleted for low quality. That is fine. But, why the post that I made was deleted? Is that of low quality? Or posts quoting low quality posts also get deleted?
I have some tips for you: When you find a trash topic, it is better for you to stay away from it and avoid commenting on that one. It is better for some following reasons: - A trash topic is vulnerable to be deleted by forum moderators and when it happens, your posts inside that topic will be automatically deleted too. In this case (topic deleted) you will not received delete message from the forum but your post count will fall down. - Quoting a trash post and reply it probably result in delete by moderators (but honestly I just know it recently from what Welsh commented above). In this case (post deleted) you will receive forum message with (or without) comment from moderators on reasons why your posts deleted. To sum up, avoid replying in trash posts or topics.

Can you give me a screenshot of that console. I did not find it. I still think the Roobet.com should have an official ANN topic here, and if there is one official topic, it should be considered to have link in Roobet.com's signature campaign OP. Your given information has not yet confirmed but it seems you are legit.

Hi! I'm not the single owner of the site, but I do work on the site.
Can you explain how you work on the Roobet.com site, please. It is very risky for Roobet.com if there is unofficial ann topic that manage by a stranger who does not have any relation to Roobet.com. Yes, I'm a part-owner of Roobet I'll make sure we make some sort of direct link back to this thread to show it's official. It is good to know and I will patiently wait for confirmation from Roobet.com team about you and this topic. Thanks.

I worked with you in many campaigns, smooth. Additionally, I checked and found that there is a unofficial announcement topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5199911.0By now, the link in that OP to casino site is exactly Roobet.com but who knows when OP will change that link to a phishing site and steal money of people as well as result in damages in reputation of Roobet.com. That user claimed he is a part owner of Roobet but I am not sure. Yes, I'm a part-owner of Roobet I'll make sure we make some sort of direct link back to this thread to show it's official. Therefore, I think that the OP of the campaign might be updated with that information to warn about the unofficial ANN topic.

I think it already looks very cheap under 30 satoshi, I once bought it at 50 satoshi and I don't want to sell it cheap when it is destroying me of course, I moved it to binance thinking the high trading volume will increase the price of the doge in binance and it turns out it takes time , sad but hope many new trading sites for dogecoin
Dogecoin usually rises with listing news and with altcoin season. Without listing news (like Binance and BBX, recent months) or altcoin season, Dogecoin is rarelly rising. The fact is with Dogecoin, you can not expect for any growth of price comes from developers' upgrades. This coin is not a dead one but it is not actively developed. Fortunately, with Dogecoin you can keep your belief that it will survive over bear market and recover later. To avoid losses if you invest in Dogecoin, don't sell at bottoms because losing your patience or losing your faith on its usability. With its widely usability, Dogecoin is a good choice for long term investors.

There is no hard-coded limits how much TPS Obyte network can handle, just SSD and CPU are the limits.
It means when Obyte becomes more common in crypto, and more people use the coin for their transactions beside trading, I think there are minor risks of network congestion. Technically, the quality of hardware partially determine speed of confirmation. I consider it as minor risks because I think nowadays most of people and crypto enthusiasts in particular use devices that are good enough to process required things, on Obyte network, in particular. Yeah, OP probably needs to be updated, but the most up-to-date exchanges are on English language page, some other languages are not even rebranded to Obyte. https://obyte.org/#exchangesVolume is kind of catch-22, without volume, there is little interest and can't get more volume because there is not enough interest. Adding a coin to random exchange won't magically make more volume, unless you pay for wash trading service, which many un-regulated exchanges offer. The more people use available coin swapping services, the more volume there will be on Bittrex because most of them are connected to Bittrex anyways. Exchanges themselves can not help price and volume increasing but there is a mutual correlation between volume, price and interests from community. Without interest, people will not buy, invest or trade that do affect volume; without volume people will hesitate to buy, trade and invest that in turn will affect back to volume. Volume and interests together will affect price of Obyte.

Recently i got a message that one of my post was deleted by moderator for which i am feeling sad. Since those people whom post are deleted frequently are considered bad posters i want to know does this count only apply to post deleted by mods only ?
You should read forum rules (unofficial ones) to know possible reasons why your posts deleted (by moderators or OPs, I don't mention posts deleted by yourself here). I quoted some of the most common reasons. 1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]
2. No off-topic posts.
3. No trolling.
6. No linking to phishing or malware, without a warning and a valid reason. [e]
12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).
13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours.[2]
21. Old bumps should be deleted. [2]
26. Local thread rules, if stated properly when the thread was started, specific enough and don't conflict with the forum rules, have to be followed.[e]
You can make a informative post but if it is off-topic or goes beyond local rules of OP, your post will be deleted by moderators or OP.
If we delete the post ourself or it is deleted by Self-moderated OP or the whole thread is trashed by the mods, then in these cases how do we look at them when considering good or bad posting ?
No. Deleted posts don't completely reflect average post quality of a user so it does not make sense if someone look at deleted posts as a indicator for good or bad poster. In fact, there are some components to consider: - Percentage of deleted posts (by moderators) per total posts. I believe that people will have skills and readily to spend time (if they have skills) to dig deeply like this. - Posts deleted by OPs have very little effects on the judgement because OPs sometimes delete posts that they don't like. Bad OPs don't care about post quality, they simply delete posts that are opposite of their main thoughts. I don't say all OPs of self-moderated topics do this but it is truly a bias factor. In contrast, to have an overview on post quality of one user, it is very easy to skim and scan post history in one to five pages. There is no need to look at deleted posts.

It is a very detailed, succint and interesting presentation, I like it. Congratulations, tonych!
I am interested in the confirmation time that presented in Obyte's Whitepaper (at the page #19) as below We estimate the best confirmation times to be around 30 seconds; this is only reachable if the flow of new units is large enough so that the witnesses earn more from witnessing commissions than they spend for posting their own units.
So in real time, and in average speed, how long does it takes to get confirmation for one transaction with Obyte? I wonder that the DAG-based blockchain still has risks of network congestions, right? Temporarily, network congestion maybe not a big problem with Obyte network but in the future the team should have plans to prevent it happens. Suggestion: The list of exchanges in OP should be updated. Volume of Obyte is too low and concentrated on the Bittrex exchange. I hope that Obyte team can spread the coin to other exchanges with good volume. Volume is source of growth for any coin, and it is extremely ridiculous to see the very low daily volume of a good coin like Obyte

Can i get a chance from @theymos to change my username with my game nickname, I don't have 50 BTC to change the name xD.
This username is my name at the internet but still contains my real name. Went i register to the forum i don't know the username will be my nickname forum, I thought we can set up a name forum at the profile.
You can if you have very convincing reasons. Without 50 BTC, you still can ask for change on your username. You know what? I knew that there is one user who get acceptance from admin to change his/ her username. More shockingly, that is a woke up user. Nevertheless, he/she has convincing reasons, because of the original username is highly correlated with his/her real names that used on other platforms. After years of inactive, he/she came back and ask for username change and privacy protection. Less than 24 hours or 2 days in maximum, that account username changed to a random one with randomly chosen letters and figures. I only remembered about that user but I don't know which is that one because I did not bookmark it.

Good to see the price getting towards 30sat again - hope you all stocked up on the lower price =D
Once again, news on exchange listing boosted the price of Dogecoin. Months ago, in April or May listing news from Binance boosted price of Dogecoin to about 40 satoshis, so how far it will go with the latest listing news. The fact is this time, the new exchange is not big as Binance, so will it be reflected on the growth of Dogecoin in this wave of growth? I hope not and yeah I don't hide my price target, somewhere around 40 satoshis.

You are not a true newbie because your account created in August of 2017, but you stopped posting around one month before the birthday of the merit system, and you woke up today.
Anyway, as you can read from above replies, you have to receive only a single merit from your good post to rank up. It is not too difficult, in my opinion and from my time since the birthday of the merit system.

There is a good guide from @GreatArkansas on how to use Stop loss orders. It's sure that the topic does not really relate to apps/ softwares to observe price charts that what you asked for. However from the chart, the final purpose of you is to earn as many profits as possible while minimise losses as less as possible. In that aspect, the topic makes sense: One of the Best Weapons in Trading

With all the account hacking that seems to be going on, I won’t spend a minute checking any add-on that is required to “access/bypass” the credentials on my account, whatever the disclaimers say. Until the Forums comes up with an official app (if it does) I certainly will not risk my account.
I agreed!
People tend to forget the most inconvenience of mobile devices (not mobile apps) is very difficult to type contents with good speed and it costs more time to copy & paste / cut exactly contents (compared to experience we have with computers or laptops). If the forum (with Epochtalk software) launches its official mobile app, I still think I won't spend my time to use that mobile app. Not only because of bad experience on mobile devices but also because of my core intention is to stay out of the Internet if I don't have connect to my computers or laptops. We do need more time for our families, especially our children. Playing with them is more interesting and funny than typing replies on phones.
