2981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Height of Greed- Deny Satoshi's Bitcoin on: June 05, 2014, 05:50:03 PM
Saothsi worked too hard on Bitcoin to 'deny' his coins.
Holy shit, isn't this the thing we're trying to achieve, to raise beyond Fiat?

Hell yeah it is... This post is just nonsense if not a bad troll atempt.
India got himself ignored by me, I hope you all will consider doing the same.

Zero tolerance for trolls, Bitcoin is too important.
2982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Height of Greed- Deny Satoshi's Bitcoin on: June 05, 2014, 05:27:16 PM
If coins held by Satoshi is destroyed/denied my democracy called Bitcoin. I'm sure, everybody gains. And every rational human being tries to maximize profits. So why aren't they denying his fortune which in fact is no use( Of if it is used in future, it would only cause instability to Bitcoin economy)
Why not people are working on it?
Is Bitcoin truly democratic? Tongue

Genius like him are never into money. What good is money for him?. Wink

Out of curiosity what is your native language?

Hindi! Any comments?
Same as the slumlord who owns my building, he's a selfish greedy piece of shit too. That is probably a coincidence, though, to be fair.
2983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay CEO: "We will have to integrate digital currencies..." on: June 05, 2014, 05:26:05 PM
GG fiat, you just lost the game.
2984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is In The Middle Of A Melt-Up on: June 05, 2014, 05:25:20 PM
Bitcoin has been melting up logarithmically since its inception. This will continue for at least as long as BTC is still being mined (100+ years).
2985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin still Decentralized Currency? on: June 05, 2014, 05:20:27 PM
Of course it is. No one controls it and it can't be destroyed. The concentration of hash rate in one country is something that might need to be addressed in the future but the currency functions just fine.

I cannot agree. This time "People in that room represented over 50% of the world’s bitcoin miner production". How about next time? 75%?

If "People in that room" make a decision to do short for bitcoin, and they may hold short on exchanges, what can we do?
2986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Height of Greed- Deny Satoshi's Bitcoin on: June 05, 2014, 05:17:50 PM
Please, fork and destroy Satoshi's coins.

Since I will then have coins on both protocols, I will immediately sell all of my theftcoins and use the proceeds of that sale to purchase more bitcoins.
Love it, didn't even think of that! Not that anyone would be stupid enough to buy your theftcoins at even 1/10th the value of true BTC.

If these clowns think the value of Gox coins tanked fast, that's nothing compared to how fast the value of anti-satoshi coins would tank.
2987  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Are The Best Opportunities For Investors To Get In On Bitcoin Action? on: June 05, 2014, 02:58:40 PM
Pump about 1 mil into BTC.  Wait an hour.  Sell.  Happens every day in fractions of that amount because that is how easy it is to influence the price.  There's a reason US exchanges have a 50K limit.
Believe it or not, even these pump and dumps are good for Bitcoin. Moreover, you'd be far better off holding that mil in BTC for 1 year than selling a day later.
2988  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Communist Conspiracy Against Bitcoin on: June 05, 2014, 02:56:44 PM
It's becoming ever more clear to to me that the communists are actively trying to centralise and control Bitcoin.

Assholes want to micromanage peoples daily lives, thoughts and have the ability fuck with your money at will.

Keep bitcoin decentralized at all cost!
2989  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Height of Greed- Deny Satoshi's Bitcoin on: June 05, 2014, 02:54:42 PM
Genius like him are never into money. What good is money for him?.
You're right about geniuses not being into money, but you don't need to destroy Satoshi's coins. It should be clear by now that Satoshi never intended to spend any of it. Bitcoin is her/his/their gift to the world.

Think about that. Really let it sink in.
2990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interacting with fiat institutions [such as the SEC], a guide on: June 05, 2014, 02:45:04 PM
It's funny that every member of Bitinstant ended up being a criminal.
"Your Honor, years ago I recognized my kinship with all living beings, and I made up my mind that I was not one bit better than the meanest on earth. I said then, and I say now, that while there is a lower class, I am in it, and while there is a criminal element, I am of it, and while there is a soul in prison, I am not free."
-Eugene V. Debs

Debs was sentenced on November 18, 1918, to ten years in prison. He was also disenfranchised for life. Debs presented what has been called his best-remembered statement at his sentencing hearing.

What do the selfish capitalist cowards of the world have to say in response to that, I wonder?
2991  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is anyone else concerned that 43% of the hashrate is from an unknown source? on: June 05, 2014, 02:39:35 PM
As long as the unknown 43% is not from the same source, it is ok for me.
This.
2992  Economy / Goods / Re: How do I get coins of this quality/beauty for Bitcoin? on: June 05, 2014, 08:51:27 AM
What are some coins (empty, don't even need to be usable I just want them because I like shiny stuff) that are like this or even better for bitcoin ?

2993  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Bitcoin Mining Difficultly Increases - 5 years from now on: June 05, 2014, 08:22:36 AM
Miners will be persuaded to stop mining or to leave to an altcoin.
You could not be more wrong if your life depended on it. BTC will be so valuable in 5 years the difficult will be irrelevant.

This is like a Gold Rush where only a fraction of the prospectors realize the "gold" is actually diamond-laden Technetium.
2994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stops a Federal Reserve crypto scheme of their own? on: June 05, 2014, 07:51:46 AM
they are subject to oversight by U.S. congress.
Aren't we all.... subjects, in this neo-feudal capitalist caste system?
2995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why when bitcoins rises the altcoins falls? on: June 05, 2014, 01:55:32 AM
I have noticed that in terms of US Dollars both BTC and alt coins have a positive correlation.

It is however important to note that alt coins offer very little additional value from Bitcoin.
All wisdom needed found here.
2996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looks like my Huntington branch bank closed all my accounts possibly"due to BTC on: June 05, 2014, 01:27:16 AM

2997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest fraud in history (this will nearly destroy Bitcoin)(DRK & BC affected) on: June 04, 2014, 05:06:11 PM
So shitty alt-coins are a tool to separate fools from their money? Yes, we know that.  Nothing to do with bitcoin then.

Don't just question authority, SMASH IT!

Also, Mircea Popescu is a living sage and you should shut your grubby little obedient mouths and pay attention.
2999  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Re: Bitcoin-QT client question on: June 04, 2014, 03:44:26 AM
Destroying bitcoins (losing keys / forgetting passwords) = giving away your coins to every other bitcoin holder in the exact proportion of their holdings.

So for all you morons out there in the world, let me take this moment to preemptively thank you.
3000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [WANTED] Bitcoin Hypothetical Questions for the You, Me, and BTC Podcast on: June 04, 2014, 01:18:04 AM
What stage of bitcoin adoption is required before the following takes place:

1. USD is dethroned as the world reserve currency
2. US economy tanks and bankrupts the country
No stage of bitcoin adoption is required for these things to happen. These eventualities were set into motion long before Bitcoin was invented. It's self-destruction at its finest.
