... thanks for backing up my point, the vaccines were never primarily about preventing the spread of the virus since it is already endemic and the vaccines are in the most part non-sterilising
That's not what I said. The vaccine is 100% about preventing the spread of the virus. ... the vaccines were primarily about preventing overwhelming hospitalisations,
which are due to... which they have now done aided no doubt by natural immunity
Covid rates are plummeting in highly-vaccinated regions of the world, not so much in others. Having said that, I do believe the entire thing will fizzle out for the most part within a year's time... if anything the vaccine only hastened the end by a few months. i.e. preventing overwhelming hospitalisations does not require population-wide vaccination and virus eradication, that would be an expansion of the vaccination mandate
This part is correct.

Not even active anymore and there are still users including his ridiculous delusional lie filled trust ratings into DT. His partner has even joined the fray posting a provably false lie as a negative trust rating on my feedback.
ibminer's feedback has nothing to do with Vod. It sounds like he is disappointed in the way you worded certain claims. I don't think it's enough just to remove Vod from your trust network by adding ~Vod to your trust settings either, those still using his mental decline to attack others via the trust network are indeed guilty of the same abuse, only to a more cowardly level that shouldn't be accepted here. I guess this cowardly behavior needs to start having a brighter light shined on it.
Are you talking about ibminer? If so, why not just say so?

... see above, the vaccines are non-sterilising so the virus is still replicating, and mutating, among the vaccinated so your logic is based on a fallacy
This was known about the covid vaccine from the very beginning. It still doesn't render it ineffective against controlling spread of the virus. If it did, why are cases falling in places with substantial rates of vaccination? https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/vaccines-need-not-completely-stop-covid-transmission-to-curb-the-pandemic1/#In a paper in the October 2020 issue of the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, researchers modeled what a COVID-19 vaccine with varying types of protection could mean. They found that if a vaccine protects 80 percent of those immunized and 75 percent of the population is vaccinated, it could largely end an epidemic without other measures such as social distancing...
...if the vaccine only prevents disease or reduces viral shedding rather than eliminating it, additional public health measures may still be necessary. Even so, Lee stressed that a widespread nonsterilizing vaccine could still reduce burden on the health care system and save lives.
This was written all the way back in January, and guess what? It did save lives.

Meanwhile the Livecoin wallet hasn't made a transaction in over 2 days. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ibb.co%2Fk9nVXTR%2Flivecoin-scam.png&t=664&c=KbwrPDo3qwn5NA) This is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.

Amazing there is zero support for bcash on this forum.
Don't they know Lauda retired?
Gone are the days when one could get tagged simply for professing allegiance to a shitcoin.
C'mon back guys, bring us the latest talking points cuz we ain't getting em here.

In a month or 2, you will know who is a new MS and who is no more MS. Patience. I'm not in Theymos head, but I understand this latest change as " You want sMerits ? Here are some sMerits!! Now stop bothering me with it for at least 2 years" ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Hah... I never thought about it like that but it makes a lot of sense. I was like WTF am I supposed to do with this. But then I answered my own question and opened back up my Merit Scholarship thread. I gotta tell you though, our founder, Mr. Lebowski, is considerably hard to please these days. In any case, thanks theymos And I noticed a quirk, keep getting this message: An Error Has Occurred! You can only send 50 merit to a given user per 30 days. You have already sent 50 merit to that user. even though its been more than 30 days for some users... hmm.

Hello achievers and would-be achievers, I was trying to make good on the delivery of some outstanding merits and keep running into this message: You can only send 50 merit to a given user per 30 days. You have already sent 50 merit to that user.
Its been more than 30 days for some of you so I don't know what's up. Thanks to an unexpected and generous donation by Sir Theymos, the Bitcointalk Urban Merit Achievers Scholarship Program is happy to announce they are now accepting new applications. Please read the first post for application details. No re-application is necessary. We have your information already. We'll call you if something opens.Seriously.

I think I figured out whats going on: - Livecoin makes deposits to these addresses. - Days later they hire sockpuppets to claim these transactions are going to them. The flood of posts by 1-post newbies come in batches... Meanwhile the transactions they are claiming happened days earlier... Its like they all suddenly woke up at the same time and realized they'd already been paid. Average sockpuppet post: Hello! I have received my 887 USDT, which is the first half of my 0.35 BTC I had on Livecoin. Here's an address but don't think about it too hard: 0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206894597c13d831ec7?a=0x41b4129e219ea4c34b13d7a10047c5027a14f545
Yeah I know, I got my payment 8 days ago but I just remembered it now, along with these other guys.
Yay Livecoin!

I looked at the first four pages of it and was looking for a flat-out denial from PrimeNumber7 that he isn't an alt of Quickseller and didn't see anything of the sort. Quickseller even posted in it and also didn't deny it. That says a lot, and that's in addition to the evidence you presented in the OP of that thread. So fuck me, I got snookered.
Is that how you judge if something someone says about someone is true? They didn't deny it, therefore it must be true. That is an interesting way of judging people. Normally, it is up to the accuser to prove their point, not the accused to prove their innocence. Anyway, I am happy to see PN7 reach the rank of legendary. I would drop some merit on the OP, but I don't want to have drama involving allegedly giving merit to myself, so I will find other people with good posts to give my merit away to. You know, you could just quietly have an alt that you were trying to start clean with but you insist on flaunting your "accomplishments" in a rather dishonest manner. Right from post #1 you were sucking up to theymos, which is a signature move for you: theymos accepting Grin is symbolic more than anything.
Grin doesn't appear to be accepted for ad auction payments, which leaves payments for Copper memberships and proxy bans (I am unsure if the later accepts payment via Grin).
There are less than 680 copper members wearing their copper membership title. The payments for these memberships could fit into one Bitcoin block, and the copper membership has been available for years.
How can anybody believe the person who posted this is a newbie, this being their first post? Not only that, but this: (I am unsure if the later accepts payment via Grin).
That's weird, PN7 seems to have misspelled "the latter." Who else in the forum regularly makes that mistake: ...There have also been other situations in which someone received a questionable tag from Vod, handled the situation poorly, and subsequently received additional tags after trolling and/or deciding to rage quit. The later is especially bad for the community because it effectively removes people from the community really for no reason.
...IMO the later should be viewed much more harshly, and should not be tolerated.
Well surely a lot of people make that mistake and QS probably never did that before PN7, anyway, right? ... The incentive to attack an implementation that is used by 10%-20% of the Bitcoin network is much smaller than the incentive to attack an implementation that affects 90% of the network. The further would be a minor hiccup, while the later has the potential to actually steal large amounts of money, and cause serious disruptions.
OK so he did. So they both misspell the same word. Big deal. Also, this was pretty cold of hilarious, but it should seal the deal for any critical thinking individual: BTW, I always had an inkling you two were one and the same as you just start to see these things when you spend so much time on the board, but it was all but confirmed for me when I noticed both you and QS reporting posts with the exact same phrasing. The odds of that happening between two random people is very rare and obviously not something someone else can mimic. QS also does a certain thing on all of his accounts as do you which I'm not going to give away because it's an easy habit to change but it's always the first thing I look for when I see one account that has all the hallmarks of QS. I honestly don't know whether you just see this board as too lucrative to leave it alone and do your best to try rank up an account to maximise earning potential here from whatever avenues you can, or there's something more sinister going on and you've always been trying to build up to a long con or something.
I don't even think what hilarious did is wrong: people should have the right to know when they're dealing with QS.

What the f*** is going on here, so many newbies shilling for the scam Livecoin? What's the main purpose of this shilling? Is livecoin going to be relaunched in the future so they need to show people that they are paying what they owe to their users by those newbies? All posts looks similar ( maybe a template), high possibility they are all managed by 1 single person who is working for Livecoin.
Even if they were all legit (which they most certainly are not), there's no good reason to demand everybody's KYC info so they can distribute them peanuts compared to what they are owed. Everybody who ever submitted their personal info to Livecoin now has to spend the rest of their lives wondering when criminals are going to use it against them.
You know, with Livecoin, nothing was ever their fault. It was always somebody else's fault why coins when missing, a wallet stopped functioning, etc. And I believed them for a good long while after several years successful experience with them. But now the reality is just too clear: they were scammers the entire time.
Edit: there's a Livecoin.net address on Etherscan. This address is controlled by the scammer, has $1.6 million in tokens in it: https://etherscan.io/address/0x6ee06cd090937e6b768461fc81825762815e223aThey've recently moved almost 850,000 DAI to this address, just last month: https://etherscan.io/address/0x57255afa702ea4cd5d089d21ad3ed52cac987fd3#tokentxns

Quickseller created this account so he could enroll in signature campaigns by a manager he had previously accused of embezzling campaign funds.
This is one of Quickseller's alt accounts? If that's true, I was definitely not aware of the fact. Do you have a link or something as evidence? I also don't see any feedback from Vod on PrimeNumber7's account, though I do see some from nullius in which he states that he doesn't think the account is QS's. Somehow, it doesn't seem like QS would create a thread like this if it were indeed one of his alts (but I could be wrong). Also, the escrow scam perpetrated by QS has been owned up to and apologized for, to the best of my recollection, and QS has also made peace with Vod. I get that people carry long-term grudges against scammers, but QS hasn't repeated his shenanigans and at the very least hasn't been a negative presence on the forum since he got busted for the escrow stuff. I would definitely consider accusing a campaign manager of embezzling campaign funds and then sneaking into one of his other campaigns using an alt to be "shenanigans." He's also made a load of other crazy accusations since the Panthers52 fiasco.. It's all out there. There's multiple threads dedicated to it. I'd still be very interested to know how these two accounts were linked.
I'll refresh your memory of your take on the subject: At this point I'm wondering why Quickseller would even start up a new account. It's very hard to rank up from scratch, and I don't even think QS feels the need for an account with clean feedback. I'm not saying Primenumber7 isn't his alt, but it does make me wonder what his motivation would be if it is his account.
I'll admit I don't have blockchain evidence, but I'm certain they are one in the same. Its painfully obvious. Please revisit the thread from which the above quote stems, I suggest reading the whole thing and then forming your own conclusion. Other than the celebration of fraud, the only real problem I have with this thread is statements like these: It is an honor to finally be able to call myself a Legendary Member.

Newbies are unconsciously stereotyped and put in a box by the forum.
You're not a newbie though, and I already explained that to your other account. You're the same shitposter that created a bunch of accounts that have been flooding Meta and Beginners and Help with nonsense, trying way too hard to pick up some pity merits. There's so many things wrong with this being your second post to the forum ever, I don't know where to start: Congratulations OP, I'm new to the forum and haven't made much of a contribution yet. I have mostly been reading what high ranking members like yourself have been posting and trying to learn how all this works. So far I have learnt how to sign a message thanks to @OgNasty. I spent more time reading scam accusations and reports and now I can say for a fact that I am invisible to scammers and their tricks thanks to @Coolcryptovator, @Ratimov, @lovesmayfamilis, @igehh and other scam busters in the forum. There are things I still want to learn like understanding blockchain technology, Nfts, how to spot good coins to buy ( the information in trading section is so diverse and often contradicting which leaves me confused) and so on. I hope you all can assist me in my journey ahead. Thank you. Once again congratulations to you OP
A lot of people might look at this and think, "What's the problem? This person obviously invested some time learning about the forum before writing a post." To me that is the problem: that's exactly the intended opinion that is being crafted with this message, and its nothing beyond that. Everything about this account screams Sockpuppet. Have a terrific afternoon everybody.

OK, in all seriousness, PrimeNumber7 is not a good example for newbies to follow. Quickseller created this account so he could enroll in signature campaigns by a manager he had previously accused of embezzling campaign funds. If this were anybody else, his alt account would have been red tagged by now, and indeed he's been tagged by Vod. I created my account on March 12, 2019, to talk about bitcoin, crypto, and conservative ideology in a drama-free manner (yes, I know that bitcointalk is famous for its drama, and some even say that bitcointalk's drama causes the price of bitcoin to go up).
For years, Quickseller was one of the biggest sources of drama on the forum, throwing up accusations against several prominent forum members that he had problems with. None of these accusations had any substance. The fact that 1. he can't admit PN7 is his alt account, and 2. he keeps making dishonest threads like this just goes to show that he hasn't actually changed at all, and as far as I'm concerned his "second chance" has officially been squandered.

I just didn't want to be the first to rain on the parade. Now that its already wet, what's the difference. Wait... What I mean to say is I would never do such a thing. Verdict's still out about that thread, it's been rebuffed by some pretty reputable sources. i dunno, the evidence seems really flimsy to me.
