You mean escrow? I mean if people had a business and wanted people to spend coins on behalf of the business? I have no idea.
2982  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do if you're crazy about a girl that has a boyfriend? on: December 12, 2012, 10:34:49 PM
I copped a date with the "nice" girl. On the second date I took her back to her house... at the door she said to me "Am I finally going to get F***ed or what?". There was not a 3rd date I was off like a shot.(RULE 2, no sloppy seconds)

You fucked her on the second date? Or you're gay?

I have to agree if they beg for it, give the girl what they want LMAO

[...]
you have to do a lot of scrapping, but I think if someone was to make a tipping bot they would have to clear it with theymos first. Since this bot would use a lot of bandwidth and could be confused for a DDOS attack.

cough. for the bitcointalk top16 topics (http://blockchained.com) I am already scraping all messages on this forum.

But it says on your site of the last 24hrs so are scraping in realtime or just every 24hours?

And if your already scrapping the site that is half the battle, then you can probably use something to login and post (probably request if it is in python cause that can save cookies) Your probably in the best position to write this.
2986  Economy / Service Discussion / Mt Gox multiple bot trading from the same account on: December 12, 2012, 07:04:26 PM
Ok so right now I been using one MT Gox account to have my bot to trade out of, but I want to implement another bot, so is there anyway to track trades so bot #1 can only trade only transactions it has made or do I have to make another account and is that against TOS?

What is the best way to solve this issue?
2987  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BOUNTY 300 BTC] Make a bitcointalk forum plugin to allow tipping via BTC on: December 12, 2012, 06:23:19 AM
The only time the wallet would have to be hot would be for a withdrawal and that could be done every hour only on the backend so it isn't that hot. If you set up a minium amount for withdrawal or move the fee to the withdrawal that would make so people keep there coins in the site longer as well. You could also set a maximum so people can't use it as an e-wallet, but I understand it would just be one more stressful things for you to handle.

Someone would probably want it to be python (best web scrapping libraries) since there is no api, and you have to do a lot of scrapping, but I think if someone was to make a tipping bot they would have to clear it with theymos first. Since this bot would use a lot of bandwidth and could be confused for a DDOS attack.

Wouldn't necessarily have to be too bad, use a little logo/emote as part of the tip command and it could zero in on just the pages it needs to check.  Would have to think through the details but with a well-crafted javascript bookmarklet you may even be able to sign an image url and have the tipping bot work almost completely passively from the image hits.  (And if you figure out how the recipient gets specified/detected it could potentially work on any page anywhere)

Kinda building off your idea, I mean this would be a lot of work for the user, but you could in theory make a chrome extension that uses JSON RPC and everyone that installs the extension would be forced to supply a bitcoin address that would be saved to a website/database. Then when your on a thread page, it would gather all the usernames and check to see if they are in the database, and if they are display a button that you can click to quickly donate, it would be a lot of work but could be a solution.

I left my paperwork online and I will keep it up , it is REAL and I wont back down from keeping my name clean.

Paperwork is legit, business is legit, EIN is legit.

Prove it, show me online where an independent site shows, not some fraud upload I can photoshop the same thing.

Do you want bitcoins to survive, cause 100 satoshi dice clones and 20 casinos isn't how currencies survive.
Of course I want, but will it survive if you scare away all "non-visionary" people?
Maybe he is just motivated to create a non-profit/low-profit site which will eventually help some people.

Accusing newbies as greedy and too stupid to create something new could hit the wrong ones and isn't a good attitude, imho.

But he is obviously greedy if he is trying to find something that other people are recommending without coming up with something him self. I am not scaring anyone away, he just needed to know the state we are in as a community and hopefully he will get that you know this isn't the right time for the leechers. Maybe think of something that no one has thought of and help the community.
2993  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm in the middle of setting up a site on: December 11, 2012, 09:24:52 PM
I'm still carrying on regardless of what you say gweedo. I am doing something and that is that. I know for a fact that I ain't greedy. And if you say I am you better give me one good explanation for it, considering that you don't even know me.

Cause your asking people for ideas, and that is not what we need in the bitcoin community right now. Obviously you don't understand the state of the community in the sense of development. People like you want to make a quick coin, and that in turn is hurting the community. When we have VC's looking at the community as an investment, things like just hundreds of copies of sites, are what turns them off. They want to see that the community is creative and just doesn't relie on 2 people to bring that creativeness.
2994  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm in the middle of setting up a site on: December 11, 2012, 09:11:47 PM
The reason why is that the users on here may want to see something new. I'm not exactly sure, in fact I am very stuck.

Then don't put up anything, you greedy person, if you just want to copy a site, go use the dollar, cause right now we need creative people not leechers. We need visionaries not people that can copy a site.

Oh please. There is no we. Bitcoin is a concept and not a closed community.

Do you want bitcoins to survive, cause 100 satoshi dice clones and 20 casinos isn't how currencies survive.

Please do not address me as being greedy gweedo. I do have one or two ideas but I would like to just have a small idea of what people would like to see.

You admitted to being greedy, you can't think of an idea, then please don't do anything. I think people don't realize capital is right over the hill yet, no creative solutions are being developed so you all can kiss it goodbye. The almighty coin is turning people into the greedy people they are, just they trying to hide it unlike the dollar.
2995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: [PHP] Generate a sendmany with multiple outputs to the same address on: December 11, 2012, 09:05:55 PM
You might want to wrap the amounts in floatval(); Also you need to json_encode the array that is the issue you can't just pass the array.
floatval() wrapping is valuable advice, as I found.  Smiley

But the issue is that the array is organized in such a way as to use each address for the identifier of the element in the array.  You cannot use the same ID in the same array twice, thus eliminating the possibility of conducting a sendmany with multiple outputs to the same address with this particular PHP code.

Exactly.
Is there any other way to do this?

Yes after you build your array, do a search and combine the address into one.

2998  Other / Off-topic / Re: what about a bitcoin style cyberlocker ? on: December 11, 2012, 07:57:09 PM
safe harbor will be guaranteed, privacy for customers and a finger to RIAA

I would not rely on any sort of "safe harbor" to protect your cyberlocker.  Look what happened to Mega.

Mega didn't use "safe harbor" cause in the safe harbor law, you have to remove the copyrighted material when confronted, mega didn't do that part, so they forfeited there safe harbor.
2999  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: [PHP] Generate a sendmany with multiple outputs to the same address on: December 11, 2012, 07:51:03 PM
Bitcoin classes doesn't have a sendtomany function, but if you want to do sendtomany with a jsonRPCClient then you just need an array that is setup like $array("address"=>amount); or $array['address']=amount;

Cause you it will have to be ran thru json_encode to get it to the correct format.
