2981  Economy / Speculation / Re: I Sold.... BITCOIN Bull Run Is Over.... on: April 20, 2021, 07:33:53 AM
is anyone seeing it to be true and i mean price is now $53k?
if this will be the bear market beginning, the people who used their stimulus funds to buy BTC lose more of their money instead. i would try selling a fraction of mine to see if it's going to drop to 49K and see if i can buy back staking sats. there must be many BTC holders who heard of some fud news that we didn't hear yet. 53k is too low already from 64k ATH and then this dip.
2982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 20, 2021, 07:17:01 AM
Anyway, it’s a chalky card.

I'm interested in Masvidal vs Usman fight. Masvidal talks a lot. Hope he could prove that he only need a good a full training camp to be able to beat Usman. Strange that Usman is having another fight so quickly, as his previous was in mid February against Burns.
Gonna skip other champ fights as I dont like women fighting, except mud or oil fights Cheesy

Masvidal has such a nice picture on ufc.com event description. His hair will perfectly match for Head & shoulders commercial Cheesy

another loss for Masvidal?  the result may still be the same. Masvidal is capable of defeating Usman if there will be a space between them that will give an advantage for him but then Usman knew this as well so taking him down away from the fence will be good for Usman. it can be difficult for both to find opportunities.

i will bet for the Zhang vs Nama fight. Namajunas said she'd rather die than red or something like that. i wanna see if she gets her wish.
2983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Who Earn The Money? on: April 20, 2021, 06:12:47 AM

yes exchanges are getting satoshis for every transaction made by traders. not the satoshi in person.
the trading fees go to the exchange who else would they want to earn but themselves. they are running a business, they need to earn as they have employees to feed too. there are exchanges however that ask too much of a fee per transaction and also the withdrawal fees.
2984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: April 20, 2021, 05:01:57 AM
the problem is not in gambling but you shouldnt involved yourself in a verry huge loan because that will cause to have a problem and you will think of risky stuffs just to have a money to pay the loan and you said your not gambling anymore but why join a gambling campaign ? i heard that campaign pays directly in thier gambling site ( or in your gambling account ) goodluck with that , i hope you can avoid the temptation this time . atleast this campaign help you earn and save the funds to settle your loans slowly

campaigns that pay you directly to the casino are luring us. it's hard to resist when you are already addicted and then you still have been surrounded by casinos. the reason for his loan is to gamble to chase the loss which means it's a combination of both. i don't know if the friend who gave loan knows he's lost a lot already. surprisingly a friend trusted him that much.  i myself am tempted to play casino games, it's a good thing i can resist since i only bet on their sports events.
2985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if Bitcoin hits $1m in the future? on: April 20, 2021, 04:33:36 AM
It has been more long years before that happen to reach $1m or price, But if the price of bitcoin reach on that price maybe for now I will buy more bitcoin and holding for that coming big price. But the question is when and no one knows if when that happen and the only thing we can do is to read some news from bitcoin and predicting on when will be. As of now bitcoin will in $63k of price so it has been long way to go before that come up to $1m.

i would even be selling my coins before it could even touch $100K. yes it would take a long time really before we could get there.

i'd like to buy a piece of land to farm. i have started think of going to a semi colder place worth planting veges where it could easily grow and i have been to this place actually. i love the culture and people there drink brandy and rhum early in the afternoon because it's a colder place. i like the habit, its a plan.
2986  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOLDING VS TAKING PROFITS DURING BULL RUN on: April 19, 2021, 08:00:54 AM

its true that holders for long term are making more money.  it is however taking time.
taking profits is essential to some traders because they are taking precautions and also they need cash to spend. as for me i do it all the time and this helps me have some cash as well. there are different reasons for taking a profit. some are just trying to buy back when the price dips too. you get disappointed though when things turned out wrong like what happened to doge and vet, these two are just mooning continuously.

2987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An obvious rigging of Sports. on: April 19, 2021, 06:22:20 AM
so many mistakes in the game from turnovers to shot not hitting the rim. doesn't look pro. i watch these teams all the time but i never really think that they could rigg matches since Filipinos are proud when they see themselves on tv contributing to the team's success.

i don't know if it's really rigged but if it is then the players are not at fault really, they are probably forced to participate because of the people behind the gamble.
2988  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin almost made me rich on: April 19, 2021, 05:07:42 AM
you could have bought a classical guitar for less than $1000. there are good brands out there thats good as you have sold just so you can continue your music training. nothing prepares you from going into ponzi unless you really research well and asks the users and googling them to learn whether worth investing into. one rule that always works is that if it's too good to be true then it's not a good investment.

That's a really sad story, @Desmong. Regardless of how bad it might feel, I'll implore you to dust yourself up and get back to the drawing board and resume working to achieve your goal of being a "Big boy" in your country/community because it's never too late to get back what you lost. There's still plenty of opportunities that would've gotten you back what you lost already, you just haven't taken them. Nonetheless, there would be even more opportunities in the near future. I have similar regrets as you but I'm determined to get back to winning ways. As far as there's life, then you can get back what you lost. Just work towards it.

and no more regrets for what you should have done. this will make your head hurts looking back and see your shortcomings. what you need to do is look forward and plan things for your future. because what's in the past is already in the past and you can't do anything anymore with your past. but you can still change your future by what you are doing today.
now, that youve experienced carelessness in terms of handling your coins, you already know what to do next time around. even if we say, right now, it is not that worth much. but who knows, someday some of your coins will be valuable?

OP isnt the only one who had really these kind of regrets on where they do miss out on becoming wealthy because of some unexpected circumstances in life. There are really
situations which cant really be avoided and if we do let our emotions and mindset to be affected with other factors that would really be the reason on missing out those golden opportunities.

When we do look that bitcoin does have potential then better stick to it and hodl no matter what. You wouldnt know on what comes next.

Me too does have lots of missed opportunities specially on altcoin where i can say that i might already be financially free if i do have the chance on cashouting those funds.

we all have that opportunity last 2017 and i hope this time we wouldn't be repeating this mistake again as we have learned a lot with it. one lesson that i have learned pretty well that is better than investing lesson is that trusting someone with my money is not good.
2989  Economy / Speculation / Re: If we enter a bear market how long it will last? on: April 19, 2021, 04:18:07 AM
probably until the next halving. you'd be lucky to have sold earlier before the bear starts because 2024 is far away and if you don't have a job to sustain, the crisis will hit you hard. 2017 was hard for those who bought near the ATH, I'm sure they have sold in panick before the price dip to $10k. it could happen again as this is one of the worse markets despite the adoption that is going on these days.
2990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin Price Prediction on: April 19, 2021, 02:36:50 AM
Right now I can't speculate on this coin anymore. Too many surprises in this coin, sometimes i felt people talking about $1 price like bullshit. But, right now it feels real and i think doge can reach it.

yeh but now i can think of its possibility actually. $1 is not too far if it continues to shoot to mars. it could take a little time still just like when it stick its price to $0.05 for a very long time. if it attracts investors or being pumped, it doesn't matter anymore it made a lot of users profit already. i'm hoping it will go down but it didn't.  i might just buy back the ones I've sold at 0.15.
2991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Eth Berlin Upgrade and Gambling on: April 17, 2021, 08:22:49 AM

EIP1559 did not include reducing ETH max supply and miners still have the control for fees, not sure which degree of control. but then anyway, reducing to $4 per transaction fee is enough at least it's not more than $25. i guess it's worth it for the defi projects to be hyped again.

gamblers actually move to some other tokens to save from fees like XRP and TRX. this bull market had made these tokens worth using as well because the prices are also moving up.
2992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: VTHO- the next GAS coin to have parabolic gains (with analysis) on: April 17, 2021, 06:21:14 AM

VeThor is cheaper than VET. you will also be earning VTHO token by holding VET on your wallet.

i jumped right in when this youtube video had been posted just yesterday. Vechain: Why VET is SMASHING IT & What Next?!

never thought this project had plans so big that companies are planning to use it for its supply chain. and he is saying VET is the leader in the crypto field.
i don't know how to verify his story but he must have done some research before making this video.
2993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGE is living proof of Influential Power of Rich People! on: April 17, 2021, 05:14:11 AM
I became a little crazy seeing the price of Doge, I thought it stopped at 0.2 $ and it turns out that until this second doge. still surfing in its time, I am sure Doge will reach ATH at 1 $, will slowly arrive at the new ATH,

it had slow down this time. i'm still unable to get my orders filled after selling at $0.2. very unrealistic pump really. call it burned. if it ain't filled, I'll cancelll but will just be holding the doge i have and wait till they reach that $1. quite a bubble and without a real story. but it proves how much influence elon can do for a project.

he had tweeted something that ADA community refers to them. he mentioned mary fork and the token pegged to a dollar. it could just be wishful thinking for the ADA hodlers.

2994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best Sport to bet on ? on: April 17, 2021, 03:31:23 AM
Maybe we can add darts to the equation here. I mean we got Basketball, Football, Boxing, American Football, and other contact sports that are already in the betting arenas. But if you are also going to ask me, then it is also good to add esports now like DOTA and Fortnite or League of Legends as they are also good for the market and there is a potential profit in the part of the betting establishments due to the sheer number of supporters of esports.

you are often going to bet for a team or an athlete if you have been a fan already. it's easy to bet on NBA since these teams are often being discussed on TV which you can compare already who would likely win the games. but if you are not following the sport, you best not to try betting on it. for aged guys who had outgrown online games, esports will not be in the equation.

basketball is usual because friends are normally talking about it and betting on their own. boxing and mma will make your mind work because you can analyze which guys have the advantage and which fighter is a match that will likely beat the other.
2995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGE is living proof of Influential Power of Rich People! on: April 16, 2021, 10:02:05 AM
If he keeps doing 5-10 more tweets every other week then I don't know DOGE could be surfing around 1-2 dollars easily. This is crazy economy I have ever seen in my life.   Cheesy

Are you DOGE holder?

So tempted to go in but I know I can't handle the stress of always waiting and always watching Elon's Twitter feed. I'd rather just hodl my BTC and let it patiently grow. Of course, if I see doge below 100 again I will probably spend a bit just to up my DOGE bag. Waiting for new ATH;)

But the life of a speculator is definitely not for me!

how about waiting first for the action of indicators that it's going to be safe to get in. buying now will just make you regret seeing that you could have bought more if you waited a little longer.  the price might just drop actually to $0.18 and it's going to be a good entry price which you could buy 5doge for a dollar.

the influence of Elon can't be denied to what he did to doge. and of course, he is a very famous individual.

2996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Javier Fortuna WBC interim lightweight Title on: April 16, 2021, 09:33:22 AM

Well he was way too ambitious I suppose but I think he has the power and the guts to challenge Pacquiao and I think that's a good thing to fight your idol. I wouldn't be that surprised if ever Garcia will won different divisions too. I think those division Welterweight and Lightweight where Garcia would dominate.

He is too ambitious to fight Pacquiao when his promoters keep protecting him against Gervonta Davis and Haney, he should be fighting Davis or Haney first before thinking of a mega-fight with Manny Pacquiao, there's really nothing in Garcia's resume that will match Pacquiao resume, the questions is whom he beat, there's no decent name in Garcia's resume that will pop up, his just an over hype internet sensation.
He will be protected by Oscar because he is the only cash cow he got, Canelo already left him. And previously, Garcia's to the public and says that he is not satisfied on how Oscar is managing his career. They thought that they are throwing him against a tough Duno, but he knock him down so the dispute has settled down. But since Canelo left, I don't know I have the feeling that he will also left Oscar because Canelo and Ryan are so tight.

But in any case, it will be Haney first, at least Haney doesn't have the power, pillow fisted so it will be easy for Ryan to win. And forgot about Manny, Pacquiao has other biggest fish in the welterweight division to chase.

everyone wants MONEY not really Manny. of course if they are matched with Pacquiao they could get tons of money.

if Garcia could win against Haney i bet he will also be matched to Davis. this however is a more aggressive and stronger fighter, by the looks of it, its not good already for Garcia. he isn't yet as big as Canelo so it's best to develop his career without loss otherwise. he'll break and lose confidence.

2997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin recommendation for this alts season on: April 16, 2021, 08:52:49 AM

you have just seen it just yesterday doge move more than 300%. this is going to be ignored suggestion still because you might think it's just elon pumping it. there are lots of altcoins that had already soaring like VET and TRX. if you are just one of the people who look forward to another altcoins season since 2017 altcoin bull run, you would have been buying a lot of TRX while the price in 2019 dip to just $0.02 just like VET. anyway, its still not too late to join.
2998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ex-CIA Director Proved Bitcoin Use in Illicit or Crime to be disprove on: April 16, 2021, 07:27:55 AM

this could just be an excuse to force exchanges so they could seize information. they know very well how they could track everyone. yellen pretty sure had been educated as much as this ExCIA how blockchain works. i'm sure they can ask the exchanges for access to their database regarding the kyc they've gathered and where the coins are sent from our wallets.  they started with Kraken already.
2999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the biggest competitive eSports? Do you ever place eSport bets? on: April 16, 2021, 05:48:43 AM
Hi op, can you please cite a source from where you have gathered this information? Because I wonder how come Counter Strike - Global Offensive is not a part of your list. This game was a hot favorite around the world and even few years back, I used to hear about tournaments with prize money worth millions of dollars. I don't think PUBG and Fortnite can push counter strike completely off the chart! Counter strike is the true pioneer in esports gaming.
I think this is because CSGO never had a record breaking prize pool and the biggest one according to the list was from the WESG tournament($1.5m) that was 5 years ago. The next bigger tournament could've been the Rio major($2m) but that was postponed for a year or two because of the pandemic.

I agree with you even though CSGO tournaments aren't as big as the others mentioned by the OP their esports scene is like one of the biggest and oldest like Starcraft.

CSGO is just for old folks only that is why they left this esports behind. Smiley  most tournaments that are being shared by my younger cousins are just DOTA. but if i have to choose its counter-strike that is a lot of fun to play than these strategy games. League of Legends is also one in which they are often stuck in one corner just playing this on a phone.

$171B only for DOTA. there really huge money to win but you just have to one one of the nerdy kids who just think and talk DOTA all the time. i've been with them, my cousins. I'm not betting on esports though.
3000  Economy / Economics / Re: Raising the stock market after Covid-19 on: April 16, 2021, 04:50:03 AM

its really hard to go into stocks right now even when pandemic is about to be over. there is no reason for companies to recover faster while they are on the brink of collapse a few months ago. for all we know the news about pandemic almost over isn't close to being over.

those from stocks are still getting out of the market, probably registered to coinbase last April 14th to join the crypto market. some of the wealthiest are buying physical gold/silver just as they are saying gold/silver price is rising.
