2981  Economy / Economics / Re: I think Bitcoin is the biggest bubble and ponzi in the universe or it isn't? on: April 16, 2021, 03:42:21 PM
Call bitcoin bubble, it doesn't matter, investment has a risk and people who invest in bitcoin believe that bitcoin is not a bubble.
It's increase maybe unbeliaveable, but it is what it is, ride on it now, make some money or just don't touch it and go to traditional stocks investment.

Bitcoin won't be considered a ponzi because its still growing at the present  but it's definitely a bubble because of its current price that is already very expensive for newly investors. But if you have high hopes in bitcoin, its price won't be a struggle because you can start investing today even a fraction of it and still succeeded in the future. If you really believe in bitcoin, never underestimate it but work for it so you will also feel what those old investors are currently feeling at the moment.
2982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the most commonly USED crypto currency in the future? on: April 16, 2021, 02:56:37 PM
It's hard to say now. At the moment, the entire crypto market is still speculative and there are too many things on it that depend on external factors. There are too many cryptocurrencies on the market that are worthless and mean nothing, I mean in real life. Therefore, before talking about what the most useful currency will be in the future, you need to understand that this can only happen in the future in which the cryptocurrency will be decoupled from its financially speculative element. Otherwise, Bitcoin will be the most useful currency.
Looking at the present condition of crypto towards government adoption, it's really hard to tell right now. But i agree that despite of its uncertainty, bitcoin still held the most useful currency and probably the most popular one not just as a currency but more of as a good store of value.
2983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Have you given up on airdrop? on: April 15, 2021, 11:37:04 PM
I've felt it when I was newbie, if I'm not mistaken I had joined a ton of airdrop at that time until I give my personal identity to join an airdrop. Yeah, I was fool at that time, I didn't consider that it is a bad idea and now I feel regret.
Yeah, you do KYC for not reputable sites? That actually you are risking your identity to them.
I did the airdrops participation before and if someone ask for me that, I simply skip.

Quote
And you know what, I joined a ton of airdrop and I just get three shitcoin that still there in my ether wallet. That is my horrible experience when I was newbie and now I just realize that airdrop event is almost wasting our time, you have to stop it before you late.
They are stuck in my wallet, I'd sometimes check them this time as the thinking that it pumps also but they are still dead, very hopeless.
Anyway, I don't put some effort into doing it (just like you and OP), so there is no problem with that.
2984  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A little sad story on: April 15, 2021, 11:14:02 PM
Becareful mate, seem like you don't know much about trading strategy especially technical analyst (that I think it is the main factor to get profit espcially in future market) since I see in your statement you just confused about your entry between long and or your position is already short.

Indeed, you just used the bonus feature from the exchange but when you already curious and interested to be a day trader you should learn the strategy first. This first time your trading activity will make you more curious and spend your own capital in the end.

At that situation, that is a dangerous momment. I have felt it, using bonus for trading and getting money and then spending money because I think trading is a good source for income but I didn't pay attention to important factors when starting to trade. I lost money than I got so I learned more and read everything about trading strategy.
That is likely how a trader ends badly when we don't have control of our emotions. I believe that OP has the knowledge about trading but because it was just bonus money, he never cares that much but rather to overspend like no worries if he loses or not. I also experience that also, it wasn't our hard-earned money and we can't desperately feel the losses if ever it happens. But it was normal to feel disappointed and think why I do that? Why I'm too careless? It is all a regretting ends.
2985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 15, 2021, 10:40:27 AM
It's not the end though for Crawford, there are a lot of good welterweights out there that he can fight barring boxing politics and manager's feud.

Pacquiao is really different that's why most boxers would like to fight him, Crawford as a boxer than in order for him to make good money, he need to fight a popular boxer and that is none other than Manny Pacquioa. If he will not fight Manny then he should fight Spence, that if both parties will agree.
2986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Javier Fortuna WBC interim lightweight Title on: April 15, 2021, 09:52:06 AM
This is good for him instead of fighting an opponent that is not in his era. The fight will be a few months after today but this will not change the fact that Ryan Garcia will be the one who is popular here. Lightweight is something you cannot blink your eyes when you watch their fight because this is usually where those fighters in the Welterweight have shown how good they've been. Just like the Fight of Manny Pacquiao and Diaz

Ryan Garcia wanted to follow the steps of Manny Pacquiao, he idolizes him and even want to fight him in the ring. I believe Ryan Garcia has to improve more, especially on his defense because he already has a tremendous power but one punch KO is possible, something Pacquiao have learn in his life as a boxer in his fight against Marquez.
2987  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: my trading is a fail help me, thanks on: April 14, 2021, 10:22:24 PM

Do you have any Facebook page or in any kind of social media that has someone who gives you a warning when you trade or not? I have been in many Facebook groups but its not what I am looking for.

They are not traders and we can't expect to give you some advice but rather to see them sending pictures and keep posting about their life. Facebook groups can't give you that, I could suggest you is to just make your own TAs, chart analysis rather than asking and relying upon others as they are also just like you who still not sure of what they are doing. Because if you wanted to develop yourselves and learn more, better to do it by yourself.
2988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Javier Fortuna WBC interim lightweight Title on: April 14, 2021, 10:01:40 AM
I'm wondering what would be the betting odds for this specific fight.

I think it's still too early so there's no betting odds yet, but for sure again Ryan Garcia will be a heavy favorite here.
Hopefully we will see Ryan Garcia fight one more after this fight this year, and hopefully against a fighter that has a name so it will be an exciting fight.

Manny vs Ryan Garcia...no gonna happen anymore since both have scheduled fight.
2989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still buying XRP? on: April 14, 2021, 09:14:35 AM
the potential for xrp is still there today that's why many people keep buying xrp, i think xrp is not a lowly token that has no potential. xrp has good potential but maybe xrp potential is not as big as ethereum or BNB which is certain that xrp can provide profit to anyone who has xrp

XRP has a potential, however  some investors are doubtful because XRP had a case against the SEC, other than that, I think XRP is delivering and fulling the expectation of the investors, hopefully, they'll win the case or if not it will not result to a dump of XRP.
2990  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there such thing as a “safe strategy”? on: April 13, 2021, 11:00:52 PM
We can't guarantee safety in trading but we can do something to minimize the risk and that by choosing a coin to trade and managing emotions. These are the big factor that could affect our trades and even we have a good and effective strategy but if we are driven by worries that are likely will go nowhere.
Make your trades wise, keep learning, and never get affected by your emotions and in this way, you can make good decisions that could help you to achieve your goal.
2991  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You Think Bitcoin Save Your Economy on: April 12, 2021, 10:27:04 PM
in my opinion bitcoin does not affect the economy of one country, because bitcoin is not said to exist for the government, so that is what makes bitcoin not able to be said to be a supporter of the economy of a country, but bitcoin can improve the individual economy, for example, I personally collect bitcoins from 2018 to months.  yesterday I sold it and for me one big advantage

That is right. Even if bitcoin is not directly influencing the economy of a certain government, but somehow, it helped a lot of users here during this time of pandemic. Have read in this forum alone, that joining bounty programs here saved them from this pandemic and earn bit of income owed to this forum. So even if we are not looking at a larger picture here, in a way, crypto gave something to hold onto to a lot of users particularly small timers in crypto.
Indeed, it helps a lot for those who trusted it but not enough to give a huge impact on the country's economy (maybe if everyone is adopting and investing in Bitcoin). But if we are pointing out to individual life, can't imagine a lot of people come in here having a huge profit in returns and that really big enough to uplift their life status. Yet, not to be considered as the main source of income but sometimes we can tell ourselves that it gives us a lot more than what we can get from our job.
2992  Economy / Exchanges / Re: STEX Deleting Account inactivity (more than 360 consecutive days) on: April 11, 2021, 11:12:22 PM
For security reasons, they'll be doing that and that probably a common practice to some exchanges. That sometimes they even ask your KYC once you tried to reopen your account for the verification process.
If we don't want this thing to happen, it is definitely a need for us to sometimes visit our account. And that you need to practice it otherwise, you'll no longer claim that account anymore. That won't be a problem if there is nothing inside.
2993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange tokens all the way on: April 10, 2021, 02:07:00 PM
It's a good time to take some risk with exchange tokens, remember that exchanges tokens are more capable too when bull is alive, last month WazirX, a crypto exchange project that no one is talking about was at 0.08$ and now it's 4$, some are already underestimating ToKOcrypto, another exchange token from binance again, though this isn't a financial advice but how can we change our lives for good if we don't take some risks?
We could just say, some, but not all exchange tokens have that potentials, the same thing it happens to ICO, IEO, and Defi projects.

You are lucky with your choice and better to enjoy.
Maybe, you could run for another set of investments choosing exchange tokens to further know if that they are all be doing well just like in your first investment. If that still be working great and still profitable, might it happens that people will believe in you? But for now, it still matters how the projects play an important role in the market and how their support team helps the project to grow.
2994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: List Of Benefits and Opportunities With Bitcoin on: April 10, 2021, 01:41:04 PM
It helps individuals in regards to financial stability as this create jobs opportunity, investment, and trading. Maybe we could see different results depending on our choice and we know that some were still not confident about Bitcoin. And most likely, we are engaged more in online transactions which helps us to become more productive.
I can imagine that if we are all using online mode of payment, or more transactions happening online, we can never saw a lot of people going to banks, that it actually saves a lot of time
2995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Cotto vs Marquez - Exhibition match on: April 10, 2021, 12:09:01 PM
It took a while before I saw those boxers trying to back into the boxing world, base on my perspective and analysis I think Marquez has the potential to win this game because on the match of Pacquiao and Marquez on a long time they are the best rivalry and also just a two-match with Cotto only against Pacquiao rather than Pacquiao and Marquez it's just speculation that Marquez will dominate this game. Of course, this is a sports game, and mind games anything can happen in a one-punch or mistake this can turn over the game easily and chance to win the title.

I did not even expect them to come back because they have already retired in boxing a long time ago, their names are just fresh in our memory because their opponent which is Manny Pacquioa is still active in boxing despite already 42 years old. Your speculation that Marquez will dominate is not as what majority is thinking of the oucome of this fight, the pool reveals that Cotto has more votes to win.
If you do try to look back on Pacquiao vs Cotto then he had been defeated via TKO 55 seconds in the 12th round which happened in 2009 which did result on dethroning Cotto as a WBO
welterweight champion and that made pacquiao the first ever seven-weight world champ and there were no rematches happen between the two after that.

On where on marquez vs pacquiao
1st fight -split draw
2nd -Pacquiao (split decision)
3rd- Pacquiao (majority decision)

Based up on performance I can say that Marquez will beat up Cotto.

Sometimes we cannot use that as a basis though.

Pacquioa fougth bradley 3 times, first fight was a loss, 2nd and 3rd fight are all won by Manny via unanimous decision.

Then Bradley fought Marquez, Bradley won by SD.
Marquez vs Cotto is a fair fight, they have their own style and they will not use the same style when they fought Manny Pacquiao.
2996  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: April 10, 2021, 11:33:15 AM
I think Waves is popular, but I don't konw if the fee is high because if its high then it's not good for gambling.
In terms of liquidity, all of them have a good trading volume but probably there system have monitored that there are few users of these coins.

Those crypto being removed are hardly very popular anyway so it will affect just a tiny minority and they are giving players lots of time to withdraw their balance so there can be no complaints.

I just saw the announcement from Bitsler's chat that they will be delisting the following cryptocurrencies:

Quote
Komodo (KMD)
Waves (WAVES)
Stratis (STRAX)
Lisk (LSK)

You can withdraw or exchange those coins until 12th of May.

If you still have balance in those cryptocurrencies, it will be automatically exchanged into Ethereum (ETH) on your balance.
2997  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it really a benefit that nobody controls the price? on: April 09, 2021, 11:23:55 PM
Some people think that the whales are controlling the market price and maybe they are is they can manipulate the market so easily but wondering why people are so happy when the hypes started? Yeah, the hypes made by these whales make holders and crypto investors double, triple, (or even more) their profit. And that is why we are so thankful for having them but this doesn't mean that these people are totally in control of the market, they are just also market players who keep the market becomes more volatile.
2998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tenants to pay rent with bitcoin on: April 09, 2021, 10:36:53 PM
Well, perhaps the best way to consider cryptocurrency as adapted and widely accepted is when convenient stores and main grocery shops accept it as well.
This has been done since day 1. Tenants were able to make their monthly payments using their bitcoins as early as 2017. But it still can’t prove that people will be adopting bitcoin soon. Perhaps, bitcoin will be widely accepted the time that banks provide wallets to their users for bitcoin. It’s like a bank becoming the escrow between bitcoin and the user. Cause people trust banks without them realizing the cryptocurrency is way better.
We'll probably be going that way and even taxes will accept Bitcoin for payment. The world adopting to online mode of payment, the closer it gets to the point that Bitcoin adoptions will take place.
Well, that it takes time as we know that but as the users keep increasing, the higher chance it goes that way and that serves as an option. Only we need to work on how the payment confirmation makes fast, we know this could affect the adoption flow and people thinking about delays will never use that instead of having fiat.
2999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run is over? on: April 09, 2021, 01:14:26 PM
I dont know, this Bull is different from 2013 and 2017, Wall Street whales were coming now, they were  pushed the price of BTC so expensive now, this is the most crazy moment ever happen in the crypto market.  But we all know that this bull run would over someday.
Hopefully it's not the same, but I'm still expect a big bearish period after this, I'm not diverting on the price trend but I always welcome the possibility of bitcoin reaching a higher ups in this bullish season. This bull run is quite longer, maybe until the first half of the year and in the 2nd half comes the correction, who knows.
3000  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to $ 10,000? on: April 09, 2021, 01:01:56 PM
I think this is impossible. Bitcoin never returns back to dip price it tested in former rallies. I would expect bitcoin to drop somewhere around 25000 maybe but not anything below that level. Bitcoin is very popular all around the world now so noone would allow it drop that levels anymore.

No, it's never impossible, just look what happen before, if we are in the same situation last 2017 where its bull run and bitcoin reach close to $20k and we are ask if it could dump below $4k, of course the answer is impossible, but it did happen, bitcoin dump that low, therefore the possibility is always present.

Just a sample.
$20k to $4k./.. 20% of its ATH
$60k to $10k 16.67% of its ATH.

The figure is not far.
