2981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptomarket all in red! on: July 10, 2018, 05:28:04 PM
It sad to know the news and the happenings now im cryptoworld that the market experience the low trend. This is unexpected because of the high demands and popularity of cryptocurrency all over the world.

Unexpected? When bitcoin surged to close to 20k lasy december, experienced traders expected a great correction. And it's also taking quite it's sweet time. A lot of things also happened that placed bitcoin's popularity in a negative light so demand isn't as high as you're all yoo excitedly think it is.
2982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach BTC value ? on: July 10, 2018, 05:24:52 PM
The thing that makes ETH very popular is supported by hundreds of tokens, if the token performance keeps improving like EOS then automatically usage of ETH also keep increasing and this makes ETH marketcap will continue to strengthen and can become number # 1 and beat bitcoin.

Possible yes. And bitcoin started out just like ethereum a couple of years back so we wouldn't know years from now if btc popularity will cease or slow down and eth will be able to catch up but one thing is that it's not impossible.
2983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think this year will be Red? on: July 10, 2018, 04:59:00 PM

Do you have any good reason to believe that the crypto market is going to grow this year? Do you think we may end up in all red? I do not see the growth and happy investing of last years.

this time the market situation is red but not necessarily also the state of the market will be destroyed. in my opinion will not be easily broken just like that. because it has long been standing up to now

Well it already mid 2018 and the bears still rule the market. I don't think there'll be any bull runs as well until the last quarter of this year but it can't all be down trend
2984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do not invest now , wait on: July 10, 2018, 04:57:28 PM
The risk still continues. But if we have a low probability, we can not have entered the bear market. Every investor is responsible for their own decisions.
it is true and the investors must also already know the risks that he will get from the investment, but most who invest it on success. because in this world of crypto is the best place to invest that can generate big profits

Lol. It's funny how people like you make it seem too simple. It isn't like that. Crypto isn't all about rainbows and unicorns. People lose real money and a lot as well. People need to develop certain skill sets over time to even have a chance of making big money that you're talking about
2985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin correction today is healthy! on: July 10, 2018, 04:53:43 PM
I know it is probably depressing for you

But

This dip is necessary to align the technicals

And

Clean out the bears

Bull run in the making

My Opinion!
In fact, bull run brings many benefits to the community and it is hard to separate in the crypto market when it is not controlled. But it seems that recent volatility is not a correction that comes from another reason. The problem of hackers has created the process of dumping down at the current price.

I am aware of the Bancor hack!

That may hve played a part as to why bitcoin dropped significantly. Though i don't think it's healthy that exchanges get hacked every now and then. But this has happened before and bitcoin, even though struggling, was able to bounce back
2986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO or buy BTC? on: July 10, 2018, 04:46:13 PM
if I own better investment that is certainly like investing in bitcoin. because if investing in ICO is a big risk because a lot of ICO cheats and coins are also scam, so I choose investing in bitcoin
Ico investments are more like gambling since even  icos that seem to have good projects and white paper can turn out to be a bust. If investing in btc is a big gamble already, then ico investment more than doubles the risk
2987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 09, 2018, 04:53:20 AM
Tony Parker's departure from the Spurs is not a big deal anymore so even he left, it's not much of a loss right now. He is closed to retirement and he already gave what he can do for the Spurs. Just feel regret for other fans because it's way better to see him retire as a Spurs.
Is this has something to do with the Kawhi Leonard trade?

Quote
Time to move on though. As for me, I can't imagined him wearing another NBA team's jersey.
Me too, he is one of the face of the Spurs and i would be happy to see him retire as a Spur.

I just got to think of that.
Is this release of Parker got something to do with Kawhi?
Will they keep Kawhi now?
Why Parker?

A lot of rumors now. It could that it is Parker and Kawhi that are having problems within the team. If I am mistaken then they might let Kawhi go also and look for a fresh team.

But I doubt Pops want Kawhi out. They still want a stronger team with younger ones.

Parker's departure is pretty much on the same level as paul pierce leaving boston. They've done everything already and their jersey's will be retired by their long time teams anyway. Not sure about the kawhi drama though. It's taken a long time now and is likely far from a conclusion.
2988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 226: Miocic vs Cormier Info and Prediction Thread on: July 09, 2018, 04:50:50 AM
I reckon you 2 do not have experience in Dana's UFC storyboards yet? hehehe

Cormier's call out was scripted. A money fight versus Brock Lesnar is Daniel's reward after winning the heavyweight championship, and to Dana's relief because he can now make a new storyboard after Daniel versus Brock.

Daniel Cormier versus Jon Jones in heavyweight should be the possible next in line for the UFC.

I agree. With joe rogan's laughing face in the back, that post fight was better than most wwe promos and vince mcmahon would be very proud of brock lol. Stipe i think deserves a rematch period. Brock's been getting everything the easy way wherever he goes because he attracts more money but i don't think it's good for the sport.
2989  Economy / Economics / Re: Diversify Investments on: July 09, 2018, 04:46:52 AM
Diversification is really a very good strategy when investing in cryptocurrency. Having 1500$  I would invest them in Ethereum, Bitcoin and Dash. Investment in a little bit of the same investment instrument is not diversification.

Yeah. In a market that's very volatile where you're constantly risking all your money getting lost, diversifying your portfolio is one of the few ways to reduce risk. You have backup plans if in case one or two investments don't go to well that way.
2990  Economy / Economics / Re: China banning bitcoin exchages, good or bad? on: July 09, 2018, 04:44:56 AM
If you are talking in the perspective of China they are only doing it to save their economy from being devalued and a master at cloning products, therefore, they may ban bitcoin but they will introduce their own cryptocurrency to be regulated in China.

Lol. They've consistently done things to try and take bitcoin down in their country dragging the market down with it as well but in time, the market recovers amidst all the hoola from china. I don't think we need china here Smiley
2991  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the most unique advice to attain financial freedom you have witnessed? on: July 09, 2018, 04:38:33 AM
The best way to achieve financial freedom is when you are making money while you sleep. this is a quote make my warren buffet, he's trying to say that until the moment that you do not invest your money in other things, you will it have financial freedom for me it was crypto.

Funny how warren buffet is so against cryto when it perfectly fits his description of being financially free. Though of course volatility and instability will always be an issue for crypto critics. A passive investment would be nice to be financially free. Real estate, rentals, stock market, things you can actually work with without much time and effort
2992  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Economy Grow Forever? on: July 09, 2018, 04:34:34 AM
Economy will continue to grow it depends how government will run this economy and crypto is one of the asset can help the economy. And also it depends to people if they want their economy to grow we need a hard work to do this and being helping each other.

Well it's mainly on the government side for me. It depends on how good a country's leaders can capitalize on their nation'a assets. Like tourism for example or mining gold or oil.
2993  Economy / Economics / Re: Factors that affects the value of bitcoin... on: July 09, 2018, 04:32:47 AM
As I know. The price of Bitcoin and altcoin is often affected by the bad news of FUD. or good news. Bad news will make people panic sell. causing the price to go down. The good news is the opposite. More people will buy in and prices will rise

That's because this market is largely based on speculation so any news about bitcoin or crypto will have a big effect on it. Heavier news like fud could further move the market since it will involve the traders' emotions. Same effect when a good news comes out and people fomo in as well
2994  Economy / Economics / Re: Investment in Bitcoin vs Investment in Education? on: July 09, 2018, 04:29:16 AM
I think both are very important, you can not just invest bitcoin without education.
education is an attempt to gain knowledge through learning, everything will run balanced if there is knowledge including economic life especially bitcoin investment.

No. Education is more important. You can actually have both to take advantage of more opportunities  but when it comes to a choice of both, education always comes first.
2995  Economy / Economics / Re: Choosing the one | What I think! - Real Job or Full Time Crypto! on: July 09, 2018, 04:27:35 AM
Crypto currency is an unbeatably good finance model, but it does not behave as confidently as the dollar in times of its emergence as a currency. After all, it is also not backed by anything, but they created the conditions in such a way that the demand for it was constant, due to the decisions of its owners.

_______________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________

Demand is constant which is based mainly on speculation. It's not a secure means of making money and if you have a family that needs support, i doubt many people will risk not having jobs for going full crypto.
2996  Economy / Economics / Re: How much important bitcoin for entrepreneurs? on: July 09, 2018, 04:21:10 AM
I think bitcoin investment is quite important for entrepreneurs, because when they experience a failure in their business they still have a great opportunity in bitcoin investment. In addition, this currency is expected to become a global currency, then the progress of entrepreneurs in bitcoin applications will greatly support the company

Nah. Entrepreneurs became what they are because of real assets. I doubt that many of them will be open to digital assets like btc though of course, if you know how to make money, you're open to any possibilities. It's just not at the level of being important :p
2997  Economy / Economics / Re: Offline stores that accept payments using bitcoins on: July 09, 2018, 04:18:25 AM
Are there any of you who have offline business but accept payment using bitcoin?
In my country, there are no offline business that accepts bitcoins as payments because this currency are still not recognized by the government. And for some people, it is still dangerous and a risky kind of business since most of the price of cryptocurrency are highly volatile.

Well i'm actually seeing more and more businesses having signages of accepting not just bitcoin but ether and litecoin as well. And there are other physical stores i've seen in the internet that advertises their btc acceptance.
2998  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and credit cards on: July 09, 2018, 04:16:22 AM
Hello, I open this post to ask if there is any prohibition or regulation regarding cryptocurrencies and credit cards.

They told me that there is a prohibition on credit cards with cryptocurrencies.

That you could not buy cryptocurrencies with credit.

I use Bank of America. Will I have problems if I use this card to join my Wallets as CoinBase and Poloniex?
Well not all banks have a hard stand against bitcoin and going so far as prohibiting debit card transactions. Well not yet that is. Bitcoin will take customers away from banks so there's a high chance that any bank transaction will be prohibited if it's linked to crypto.
2999  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook now joining btc? on: July 09, 2018, 04:14:35 AM
Well it's not impossible and seeing how the winklevoss twins made fortunes investing in bitcoin, zuckerberg may just get an idea to try it. If he hasn't even gotten into btc in the first place. The guy knows how to make money, and with that much money he has, it'll be really tempting to try crypto investments.
3000  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's High Volatility on: July 09, 2018, 04:05:04 AM
As far as i know bitcoin has a high volatility given the fact that it is in demand in the market but i did not expect hat it is so high that it can really go from 1-100 and 100-0.
I want your insights about this volatility of bitcoin.
Facing risks are important for you to become successful investor, volatility of the bitcoin is one of the risk that you should face if you will make investment. You should know when is the right time to enter and to exit in bitcoin trading for you to avoid losses.

Well volatility can get you eitherway. If you learn how to ride the ups and downs of the market then you're likely to make a lot of money. Without btc's high volatility, trading won't be that much exciting.
