2981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Active Telegram Groups on: May 09, 2020, 06:16:23 PM
Hello everybody. Do you know active Telegram groups where they have conversations about altcoins, especially ICO investments for new projects? It can be in any language.
To be honest, you don't need any telegram groups for you to know about altcoins and new projects because you can now all about it here in this forum. The only thing that you should remember before participating in a project is that you should be observant that you can easily tell whether it is a scam or not.
2982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto casinos pros and cons on: May 09, 2020, 05:45:36 PM
In my own opinion, the cons in crypto casinos is that there are some crypto casino that you can't skip KYCs, and there are some delays when it comes to withdrawing your funds. The pros are in playing in a crypto casino is that it is more convenient than playing in a real casino because you don't need to drive yourself at the casino for you to gamble, and you have your own privacy when you play that you can concentrate on your game.
2983  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn and withdraw on: May 09, 2020, 05:21:54 PM
As a newbie it's bad news for you, there is no way to earn Bitcoin on here unless you are a top ranking member, for Christ sake you are just a newbie, focus on exploring this forum more and creating good topics, that's the key to more secrets on here, do not rush

I'd you aren't worry about earning few sats you can use faucets like freebitco.in to earn BTC every hour
Well, there is still a chance for newbies to earn, even a little amount of crypto here in this forum because they can still rank up by making a great contribution and making a good quality post here, and if they reach in Jr.Member rank they can participate in a bounty campaigns.
2984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Play? on: May 08, 2020, 07:26:32 PM
If some of our winnings will really go to charity, i would still definitely play because it could change people perspectives about gambling that they could not consider gambling a bad habit because some of our winnings will go to charity, even we mostly used our money in gambling. But the only problem that we could face here is that corruption can be involved because even only 1% of it will be donated to their handpicked charity, we are still not sure if that 1% will really go to charity. So the best solution for this is casinos should be sending players some proof if they have donated the money for no trace of corruption.
2985  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: EVOLUTION OF SIGNATURE AD CAMPAIGNS (BEGINNING DAYS TO THE PRESENT) on: May 08, 2020, 06:53:40 PM
I really wish i could go back in time and know about bitcoin because if i know about bitcoin and bitcointalk forum in the year of 2013, i could be really rich today if i would hold it until now because the rewards is low that time, but today it is really big and enough to support our daily needs. But i am still thankful that i met bitcoin because i have been able to earn cryptocurrencies and support my necessities, even i don't earn big amounts of bitcoin.
2986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving Clock on: May 08, 2020, 06:30:43 PM
Bumping !

Update on Binance Bitcoin Halving Clock almost 3 days left before the event.

https://www.binance.vision/halving

The number of blocks is now almost to 630,000, so this only means that bitcoin halving is almost there, and the expected date of halving can be accurate or it is possible to happen in the same countdown time. The only thing that people's asked in their minds is what will happen next after halving is bitcoin's price go to bearish? or Bullish?
2987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vaccine against Covid-19 should be made before sports events will take place? on: May 08, 2020, 05:04:35 PM
I'll go with B too. Slowly resuming games/events with a limited number of individuals that can go. It would turn out tix or whatever pass needed to enter become a first come, first serve basis having a certain amount amount of people to accomodate while still following guidelines of the authorities, but before getting in, one must show no symptoms, temperature must be ain't nowhere near at risk of having a fever, and lastly ain't sick. It can be handle, in some many ways, events need to have strict rule to abide that would control viewers on maintaining distance to one another, and some conditions to at least avoid getting infected. This kind of conditions should only be allowed to a places with the least number of infected, best if it doesn't have any or a virus free due to number of recoveries, of course. The other problem here that should be look at and reassess, is those people who can't be measure by those materials if it is sick, or what and doesn't even show symptoms but carries the virus, in other words asymptomatic. It is still terrifying, since one slight of mistake on maintaining distance, or forgetting to cover faces when sneezing or coughing, touching someone or random thing, can lead to bringing someone's life near death, and that is the biggest dilemma whether to risk it or not. But anyway, if it were to insist on continuing the event, those thing I mentioned must be met. Otherwise, they would be in letter A.
In my own opinion, B is a good choice that we slowly resume games and other events with a limited number of individuals and no audiences for entertainment and shows will continue. But there will still be some chances that the virus will continue to spread if we let other people to go outside or public places. So A is the best choice that we should really wait for the vaccine or the cure, even it would take for years because it the safest thing to do for the virus not to spread any longer and it would be good for doctors and nurses not to take care more patients.
2988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO SCAM on: May 08, 2020, 04:44:10 PM
It is really tough to see a good ico these days as the existing ico projects which launched during 2018  are finding it tough to get through the ever lasting crypto winter but there are some genuine projects if you research carefully.
Never ever try to participate in ICO projects again because it is not worth it anymore even you participate in a long period projects. So if you are still interested to participate in bounty campaigns you should only try IEO, even there are some scam projects there, but some of it are legitimate and you can still accept good rewards from them.
2989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: May 07, 2020, 01:51:09 PM
If you say a good number of none performing coins going to zero I did say yes. Not whole crypto check what is happening in the world you will know we need to digitalise a lot of things so data management can be easy.
Coins who don't have any development and good used will definitely go to zero because a lot of people will be selling out their coins who don't have any good value. Only top coins have a chance not to get a bad value because they all have a good performance and well developed.
2990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hate long term promotions on: May 07, 2020, 11:17:07 AM
I'm here to talk about bounties with long duration, I know we all have our experience with short term bounties and long term bounties but I have come to understand that it doesn't matter, here is my own experience
Last year I promoted E3T bounty project for 4weeks duration and I earned 30$
In 2018 I promoted Airwallet for more than 14 weeks and I earned over a thousand dollar

Durations doesn't matter, small duration bounties can pay high rewards and long duration bounties can pay worse rewards, it's all vice versa, what matters is the quality of the project you promote
It really doesn't matter if a bounty is runs in a short or long periods because there are really long period bounties that gives you good rewards in the end of the campaign. The only reason why there are bounty hunters who hates long term promotions in bounty campaigns is that they participated in a long period and only end up unsuccessful or scam. So they rather choose short period bounty campaigns for them not to waste a lot of time even it is unsuccessful or scam.
2991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best platform to practice poker on: May 07, 2020, 10:00:21 AM
I have been playing poker for the last couple of days, have lost a few mBTC within these days. I'm not an expert pokee player, I would like to practice it more. Is there any free way to do that? Any free platform you share would be a great benefit to me.
You can basically download Texas Holdem Poker in Google Play Store and App Store, which you can play and learn more about poker without having huge losses and risk in playing because it is an online casino game without using real money. You can simply learn playing strategies in playing poker by watching tutorial videos in YouTube, there a lot of resources nowadays in the internet, so make yourself resourceful.
2992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: May 07, 2020, 09:39:34 AM
In my own opinion, everybody has their own vices and bad behaviors, even they always go to church. So if you are thinking about your reputation infront of other people, it is much better just to hide your hobby as a gambler and making it a huge secret because you can still gamble through online and play at the casino by renting private room or table, so that no one can see you.
2993  Economy / Economics / Re: Crisis after the epidemic on: May 07, 2020, 09:19:26 AM
How long do you think the crisis can last after the epidemic?
What are the most likely events to occur?
After this pandemic, there will be a lot of changes that will be happening that it will take for us to get back to normal. We might be living our daily lives in the new normal which we mostly be doing safety precautions for us to know if the virus is totally cleared. It is also difficult for third world countries to build up their economy that it will take a long time for them to rise up.
2994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 05, 2020, 04:10:18 PM
If no vaccine discovered we will never get back to normal since there's always threat around the corner,
That's the very sad reality, I guess it's this year we will have more time staying in our home that going out because this virus could affect our entire family if we get infected, so prevention is always better than cure, I am also thinking that I will not gonna accept some visitors in my house just to ensure that no one will get close within our family as we never know if a person is a virus carrier.

That is what most heartbreaking to do, isn't? Not allowing your relatives, friend, and many more that have value in your life just because of this terrifying virus.

No PBA and many more, huh. Great Smiley
Indeed. This pandemic have a huge effect in our daily lives  that makes it so upsetting that every important events of our lives have postponed, and now it will take a very long time for us to get back to our normal lives and were now living the new normal life such as social distancing, always bringing sanitation, curfews, and having trust issues to strangers.

I also think that 2020 PBA season might not happen and other sports events due to the pandemic of corona virus, even the age over 21-years old are now allowed to go outside because there are still chances that the cases of corona virus will continuously increase.
2995  Economy / Speculation / Re: New ATH after halving? on: May 05, 2020, 09:09:29 AM
Before 2016 halving, the price went up a total of 50% and this time, when btc is getting closed to the halving, we saw this sudden price pump. During 2016, there was a little uncertainty from China, while we have now the pandemic. What do you think? Will we see 10000 above within this week and new ATH soon?
A lot of people are really expecting for bitcoin halving will happen this year of 2020, and i saw some article about it that they are expecting bitcoin halving will occur in May 18, 2020.

Quote
The next bitcoin halving is expected to occur in the week commencing 18 May 2020, when the number of blocks hits 630,000. It will see the block reward fall from 12.5 to 6.25 bitcoins. The exact date of the halving is not yet known as the time taken to generate new blocks varies, with the network averaging one block every ten minutes.

As the article says, the exact date is not yet known but they truly believe that halving will occur in May. I also think the new ATH will come after halving because a lot of people will be waiting for bitcoin to reach $20,000 again because they really wanted to experience it again, even it takes a while.

2996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day dreamer! on: May 05, 2020, 08:48:53 AM
Bounty campaigns from 2017 were far different from today's campaigns. If others made a good sum of profit way back 2017, things were different now. There is still hope for some bounty hunters from before that they will still gonna find deserving bounty projects that will give such benefits like before.  But yeah, i don't think there will be still existing good projects today.
It's really genuine that bounty campaigns from 2017 were far different from today, since a lot of scam projects have appeared in 2018, that is why a lot of investors have lost their trust in new projects today. But i think time will still come for us to earn good profit in joining and participating bounty campaigns in the future.
2997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency & Mobile Gaming on: May 05, 2020, 08:26:59 AM
After searching and reading about Ludena Protocol, it is really sounds too good to be true that you can simply earn cryptocurrency by just playing games. Since gaming industry is continuously expanding because a lot of people love playing games in their mobile phones, it could help this platform to become successful.
2998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this period killed your desire or exited it on: May 04, 2020, 03:22:25 PM
As for me, I miss betting more than watching as I don't really watch the full game when I put my bet. I have a lot of stuff to do online, so spending 2 to 3 hours watching the games I bet on is kinda waste of time for me, and I don't feel comfortable watching games when I bet.

Hah! I feel the same way too sometimes, its scary to watch a game whenever you bet a huge amount and you felt you choose the wrong one and its already too late to change. I do it to some games too because yup I needed to do something else, I just look for updates time to time during the game.

hey, good to know I got the same kind of attitude here when betting in sport, maybe we are just weak emotionally, lol.. hopefully not.
But that's just me, or just us, it's our style and we will keep doing it as we feel comfortable doing it, the bigger the bet I put, the more I don't want to watch the game.
In my own opinion, there are really some people who don't like to watch the full game when they are betting in sports because nowadays it is very easy for us to rewatch the game and search the final results in the internet to know if we win. I also think watching the full game is a waste of time, but i sometime watch the full game with my friends who also bets in sports because watching the game is really intense that you will have random thoughts if you will actually win or lose.
2999  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam raubit.com on: May 04, 2020, 02:08:53 PM
I also received this kind of messages in Discord and Telegram, even i never joined any raffles and giveaways in the things that they mentioned. I think most crypto users experienced this kind of  messaging scam scheme in some of their messaging app that they used in crypto purposes.
3000  Economy / Speculation / Re: What inspired you to buy BTC? on: May 04, 2020, 01:41:52 PM
The things that inspired me to buy bitcoin is my friends who invite me to buy bitcoin in the year of 2017, so we could gained diamonds in the game of mobile legends, but we didn't know about it is that we could used it as our source of income by investing some of our funds. That is why we started to explore in the surface on how could we earn more in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, until i find this bitcoin forum to earn cryptos and learn more.
