Cleveland to Ban Trump Supporters Outside RNC

The City of Cleveland is attempting to suppress pro-Trump rallies during the Republican National Committee, a move even the liberal ACLU calls unconstitutional.

Democratic city officials are giving pro-Trump groups only 24 hours to complete applications for 'Free Speech permits' which severely restrict the First Amendment rights of applicants.

"There is only 18 hours of permit time under these regulations, parade time, over the three or four days of the convention," ACLU General Counsel Susan Becker said.  "We just found out about that recently."

"So we are hoping we can really negotiate these points but it is really up to the city to come back with more reasonable time, place and manner of regulations that we can live with."

Insiders have described both the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga Co. as Democratic machines in Hillary Clinton's pocket, and if they're able to suppress Trump supporters, anti-Trump protestors will dominate the city – and international media coverage.

There can never be a stateless society. The smallest state might be the family. But if there was no state, there would be no society.
For 99.8% of human history people lived exclusively in autonomous bands and villages. What were they?

They were states, societies, families, friends, and religious activists.

Cool

I guess we have to define state and society. I believe there could be a society without a state, I may even believe that I believe in one. I hate the state in the sense that I hate bureaucracy, being told what to do and how to do it, or the fact that if I pick a phone, my conservation may be listened to by the CIA. But society is OK because it's informal. I have friends, we're going out for dinner, and that's it. I talked to the cashier at the grocery store earlier today, the state wasn't there.

I have escaped all kind of government control, and there are thousands others like me. I hope our number will keep on growing.

What you don't seem to realize is that it's precisely the things you hate that make the things you love about modern society possible. All of the perks of the modern world are only possible with the current configuration. You can't separate the things you love from the things you hate, they go hand in hand. If you're being honest and really feel strongly about how the world is evolving then the impeccable thing for you to do would be to detach from it and make your own way, for better or worse. It's just pure hypocrisy if you take all of the things you enjoy but shun the burden that go hand in hand with them and blame it all on "the man" or "them". You are "the man", everyone is "the man" for as long as you accept the benefits of the modern world.

I find it amazing that someone I've never met is able to tell what I like and what I dislike. You have a lot of imagination ObscureBean. I'll tell you something I like. I like starvation. I say people dying from hunger is good. There should be more of them, especially in Europe. If you've never experienced starvation, I wish you'll experience it soon.

The example of people dying from hunger is good for others, and suffering from starvation is helpful to make good life's decisions. to many people, I guess it's also needed. All over Europe, I see people making mistakes because the state, the country, governments and all that, prevent them from starving. The world would be better with the risk of starvation above anyone's head.

I thought you mentioned that you hated the State  Tongue In any case I don't need to know the specifics of what you like or dislike, my comment is somewhat more fundamental than that with hate/like/dislike itself being the simplest common denominator. It doesn't matter what you actually like or dislike.
What I've been trying to say is that a counterpart is automatically created when you like something. Whether you want to or are aware of it or not it automatically causes you to dislike something else.
You start with neutrality (or perfect balance). From there any use of force or will automatically causes neutrality to break up into positive negative, love hate, etc.
Humans are conceited, they deny the counterpart created by their use/abuse of power/force/will. Their much lauded "human love" has got a nasty side to it that everyone is happy to brush under the rug. And when it gets too big to be contained, the only recourse is to find a scapegoat imbue it with the malignance and then it stone to death to purge the tension  Cheesy
The more you love the more you hate. The more you chase happiness the harder it is to avoid unhappiness.

Hey, we're not talking about electricity! I like ice-cream, what do I dislike?
I didn't like the state, I didn't like my country, so there was only thing to do, and I did it: I broke up.
I don't fill monthly tax forms anymore (yes, for business). No more grumbling about it, more free time and more money.
I'm happy now. It was when I was a good participating sheep citizen that I was not.

That's what I wish to everyone here, but to many people, the state has become some kind of a religion, and they praise it for enslaving them, even with many not happy about the situation, but they're too afraid to change it.

IN THE WAKE OF SAN JOSE, PATRIOTS MUST STEP UP
TO PROTECT ALL AMERICANS AGAINST ASSAULT...

San Jose Undercover Cops:
“Trump Supporters were running for their lives –
We were unable to help”…

In light of several key factors arising from the article at Conservative Treehouse, Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes wishes to issue a statement, which I will post below.  However, let us first set the tone by viewing a video clip from YouTube:

ABC On San Jose Violence:
'Pure Attacks' By Anti-Trump Protesters,
'Even The Elderly' Were In Danger

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CI1t8dtcXWE

In addition to posting the above video in their article, the “Conservative Treehouse” also has furnished some police reports from City of San Jose, California, which include —

Under Cover San Jose Officer #1: […] Throughout the afternoon and evening I watched several individuals wearing “Trump” articles of clothing getting punched, kicked and pushed.

Under Cover #2: […] I was assigned to the Covert Response Unit and dressed in a plainclothes capacity. … As time came closer to 18:00 more protesters arrived; mostly younger males and females between the ages of 14 to 25.  … some began burning the United States flag in the middle of the street. It became inherently dangerous for anyone wearing a hat or T-Shirt in support of Trump.  I observed Trump supporters being spit on, objects being thrown at them, punched, kicked and even robbed of their personal belongings.  In these instances I observed victims running for their lives because protesters began adopting the mob mentality and attacking people.  I was unable to make contact with any of these victims due to my undercover capacity and fear for my own safety as well.

I strongly recommend going to the original article and following their embedded links, where readers will learn about the Mayor’s complicity in the police stand-down and the official policy for police to allow this to take place outside a Trump for President rally on June 02.  Example:

San Jose Police Chief Garcia admitted his officers were instructed not to stop violent protesters from beating the Trump rally attendees. In addition the San Jose Mayor has openly admitted to approving the San Jose police departments plans, and blamed Donald Trump for having the audacity to have a rally in “his city“.

Do go to the original site and check the other embedded links to get yet more insight into what transpired, and did not transpire but should have. And if you want to go up a level or two in your perception of today’s America, check out Michael Shaw’s outstanding work on the Globalization of California.

The New 'Countering Information Warfare Act of 2016' (S. 2692) or 'Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act' of 2016 has many characteristics of the CIA's Operation Mockingbird and has been referred to as 'The US Ministry Of Truth'. The Bill is currently being reviewed by congress The US Government Is at it again.. Same Dirty tactics from the cold war era taken from their bag of tricks, dusted off repackaged and presented to the public as a necessary means for 'National Security' Once again the free press is not only under attack it is being used as a front for a propaganda war! You all have it wrong. The stars are electric plasma, at least in the brilliant covering. The thing the sun is doing is, it is building up a humongous capacitance for the near future when it becomes 7 times hotter and brighter.

We really need to invent electric force fields that can turn the sun's electricity unto resistance. The stronger the plasma, the stronger the resistance. If we did this, we could go and visit the surface land of the sun - essentially all the radiance shines outward - the surface of the material is probably quite cool.

In fact, it just might be safer to live on the surface of the sun's land than it is on earth, with all the wars and such that we have here.

I can see where this might interest flat earthers more than just about anybody.

Most States have banned smoking in restaurants. But the waitresses could smoke with the customers on the patio, if the restaurant has one. And if the restaurant were in Phoenix, simply turn the patio misters off, and you will have hot customers right along with the hot waitresses.

I don't declare them debunked.  The math that I present may well do that, though.

For example let's take your gem of a rebuttal.

Oh really? Too bad that 2000% over engineered metric was for JUST THE OUTER COLUMNS. The outer columns only supported about 40% of the total load.

Are you fucking kidding?  The 120x load still applies, for the perimeter to 40% of the total load, and for the central columns, for 60% of the total load.  Your argument is still defeated.  Get real please.  Evasions don't work, the entire record of the argument is in these posts.  Over and over you have simply denied a refutation of an argument.  Your own logic REQUIRES THE BUILDING TO FAIL WITHOUT EXPLOSIVES.
....

No your bullshit about loads does not still apply, because the figure of 2000% redundancy is for ONLY THE OUTER COLUMNS which support only 40% of the load. ....

So?  Let's step through it.  We have a 120x load against which the outer columns are claimed to support a 20x load.  But that's only for 40% of the total load.

Fine.  40% of 120x is 48x.

So columns are claimed to support a 20x load but are subjected to a 48x load, and they do exactly what they must do.  They fail.  As I previously stated, your own logic requires the building to FAIL WITHOUT EXPLOSIVES.

Assuming all this structural load BS happens to be correct,
it all just decided to distribute itself appropriately to each of the remaining girders,
irrespective of their connecting beams,
so that each girder decided to collapse evenly,
at the same time as every other girder,
so that there was no topple...
the whole thing by itself,
without demolition, right?

Mwahahahahahahaha.  (<<<  I really like that laugh structure.)

Do you mean Jesus could not save Himself from death on the cross? His Father saved Him. He arose on the third day after. He is alive right now, and in control of everything, because His Father gave Him control.

People commit sins because they want to, or because they are weak. All sins have been forgiven except one... the sin against the Holy spirit.

Your Christian mythology has some serious holes....

Muslims bring this up all the time:  "Allah is more powerful, he would never let people crucify him.  Christian god is not powerful, he let humans kill him and could not save himself."

Jesus didn't "let" people crucify Him. He invited it, at the correct time, of course. Why did Jesus do this? Here's why.

In the Garden, at the Beginning, there were only two people and the snake (Satan, the Devil, was in the snake.). The people had control at that time, but didn't realize how powerful their control was. Satan tempted them to eat the fruit, and when they did, they gave their control over to Satan by listening to his temptations. Satan took control, but death followed for people... we all give in to the temptation from Satan.

Jesus never gave in to the temptation from Satan. He died the death without giving in to the temptation, thereby taking back the control. (When a person is dead, he can no longer be tempted to do anything. His position is locked in.)

Now, because of Jesus death, people have control, again. Why? Because Satan can never tempt Him to sin again. Jesus arose from the dead to prove it. His Father gave Him all authority in Heaven and on Earth for what He did.

Jesus has promised salvation from death for all who believe in Him. But you can't know this if you only read Islamic texts, because Islamic texts have serious gaps and holes in them. You know which book to read to understand this.

Mwahahahahaha! You and Ricky try to mock God. You can't do it. You will die. And when He raises you in the judgment, He will show you how you have only mocked yourself.

But this isn't what He really wants. Come now, and believe Him, so that you can be saved. He'll forgive you for all that attempted mockery of Him.

None of this is significant either way. Why not? Because it is a little thing for God to remember every little thing about the life of a person, and to keep the person's soul alive without the body if necessary. And God can instantly materialize a new body for any soul He wants at any time.

If you really want a definition of "state," go here http://www.dictionary.com/browse/state?s=t.

If you want to consider that a "state" is a government, think about this. Every person in a particular government understands the things of that government at least a little differently. That's why they write the stuff down... so they can maintain a little bit of order in the face of different thinking... and forgetting.

There always is government. If people exist, they each have their own government/state = state of mind. And, there is natural government... like a pecking order among chickens.

Society is simply an informal grouping of multitudes of governments/states. However, there may be formal states that society "bows" to... often many, right inside the same society.

Here's a legit question: If the sun is under the dome and rotates above the flat earth, what is the closest and furthest away points of the sun from the dome's wall?

Generally, globe earth people say that the earth is almost 25,000 in its circumference. Thus would mean 25,000 miles across for flat earthers, ice wall to ice wall.

Somewhere along the line notbatman (I think it was he) said that the dome touches ice about 6,000 miles from the shore.

This might give the dome an approximate 37 thousand mile diameter if it is spherical, and a distance of about half that from the North Pole to the dome. Of course, this would only be true if the flat earth surface was at about the same plane as the center plane of the dome... so that the North Pole was actually near the where the center of the dome sphere would be if it were completely spherical rather than simply a dome.

Doesn't seem like a lot of space for a sun to float around inside of.

So why would we think that we know anything about atheism or other religion except that somebody who DOES know tells us?

There have been so many false prophets, claims of divinity, and books written throughout the centuries... how do you know that yours is the correct one?

What if the ancient Sumerians had the correct god(s)?

How do you know the Hindus are wrong?

I hear-tell the Muslims also have a holy book, and a divine messenger... how do you know they are wrong?

As I have mentioned before, when you dig into the circumstances surrounding how the Bible came about, the info that it has, the nation of Israel, the prophesies that have been fulfilled, you will find that there isn't any way for the Bible to exist as it does without Divine intervention. No other writing can claim this truthfully.

Actually, if you had really studied religion as much as you say you have, you would know this.
