Good morning! How does the agencies services work?
Right now, agencies from Russia could enter the service, search for bloggers, set an agency commission, press only one button and in ten seconds download a powerpoint business proposal for an advertiser. Proposal will consist of slides with agency identity and agency contact details. One slide per each blogger. Slides will give bloggers’ public and nonpublic analytics, for example, number of views per last ten videos, age and gender structure of the audience, overall price, cost per 1 view and so on. Agency should just add a slide about its client and in a couple of minutes send a Letter of Proposal. And It really works right now. For what is Decentralized Production project?
Blogger is an ordinary human, who likes to share interesting information with the audience. What competencies should a blogger have to become a professional? Blogger has to be a cameraman, sound director, video editor, screenwriter, graphic designer and so on at the same time. We know 8 main and 40 secondary competencies of the professional blogger. We gather media market specialists to professional associations and make the blogger go through this associations. First stage is bloggers assessment.
