301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe we need more ways of advertising Bitcoin currency? on: November 17, 2015, 08:43:23 PM
yes i believe that.
i think the best ways to advertising bitcoin is by using social media, and dont forget to tell what have you achieved from bitcoin  Tongue

Exactly, social media is the best way to promote bitcoins, as people are much more active on social media they won't watch their tv but they would be very much involved in social media so the promotions should be made in the best possible way to promote bitcoins and if it is done by some well know personality then it would add cherry to the cake.
302  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin ? on: November 17, 2015, 08:39:49 PM
A girl? Where can I buy one? What are they used for? They sound pretty cool. Grin

Yes, of course girls use bitcoin -_- do girls use dollars, too?

Yeah girls use bitcoins for sure..Even my Gf uses bitcoins but mainly for shopping purposes and that is the thing that I really hate about my Gf, I keep on earning bitcoins and she keeps on spending, Sometimes I blame myself that what was wrong with me to introduce her to bitcoins? The only thing I can afford to do now is either I leave my Gf or I leave bitcoins. I think I should leave my Gf.  Grin
303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: November 17, 2015, 08:36:48 PM
For me, probably the transaction confirmation times.  That is one the biggest wow or attractive factors with bitcoin for myself personally.  It is getting too long.

Yup.   If you need it done fast, use dogecoin as an example.  I've sent stuff with tx fee, and it took over 6-7 hours....just the time to find a block.  etc, etc.  A lot of people dont think this is a problem, but its a huge problem.

It is a huge problem for sure, we feel that it is wasting our time and that is true, but why don't you look at the the other benefits that bitcoins is offering us, for one minus point you cannot blame bitcoin as it is helpful and have made our lives very much comfortable in many ways. The main problem for me with bitcoins is that I don't have much of bitcoins in my wallet  Grin
304  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: November 17, 2015, 08:32:09 PM
No one knows the future guys. but according to its fame and easy to use transact it looks that it will replace all the digital currencies.

Replacing digital currencies will not serve the purpose, we want the bitcoins should replace all major fiat currencies then it will glitter like gold and can become the king of the currencies, the future of bitcoins is bright but I doubt it won't get on the mainstream as people have different mindsets and would not prefer to invest their money in cryptos.
305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Dollar on: November 17, 2015, 08:28:31 PM
I think you can not compare the dollar with the bitcoin.
because the dollar has long been recognized as an international currency while bitcoin just recognize in a few countries

Yeah, I think you're right, it is difficult to compare bitcoins with dollars as dollars is treated as the king of currency whereas bitcoins have just arrived, and the major problem with bitcoins is still there are many people who are not aware of bitcoins, dollars are widely accepted whereas bitcoins are not and that is the reason that bitcoins can never replace dollars.
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is big problem in using of bitcoin on: November 17, 2015, 08:25:52 PM
I don't have much problem with bitcoins...except the waiting time,,, it takes a little time in transferring your earning to your account and when processing your cashouts into dollars...

 Smiley

Everyone is having the same problem but it is acceptable as bitcoins is giving us so many other benefits, sometimes confirmations takes time but it is not everytime sometimes the transactions are confirmed in fraction of minutes, The problem I am facing with bitcoins is no one is aware about the bitcoins where I live and no merchants accepts bitcoins as a mode of payment.
307  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2015, 08:21:31 PM
Gender has nothing to do with it. 6% of the Bitcoin community is made up of females currently.

Really?? From where you found those figures dude?? Ofcourse gender has to do lot with bitcoins as female users starts using bitcoins it will certainly contribute to the bitcoin community and it will grow much faster and more users means more success, If women starts using bitcoins that means we have growth in the users of bitcoins and it will be profitable in the future.
308  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: November 17, 2015, 08:15:53 PM
I chose both, I think maybe there will come a time when we use the bank to save our money and there are times when even we meniympan bitcoin we have in the wallet  Smiley

Yes diversifying your savings in both would be an good option. We cannot ignore the fact that banks are also useful in certain ways where you can make fixed deposits or make some investments and bitcoin wallet is too good for us at a moment to have a control on our money but banks are also a important part of our lives.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: November 17, 2015, 08:12:31 PM
Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase?

of course yess
i holding bitcoin and waiting price $500 above
are you hold all your bitcoin? or only partially ?
if me, I maybe only 30% hold to wait for prices to rise

But I do hold all my bitcoin for my target price of $10k. Only at that price levels I will sell off my bitcoins but not completely maybe some 50% or less. Again I will hold my rest of bitcoins for the price of $100k for other five or more years. This is my plan of holding for price raise.
lol are you kidding ?
its long-term investment maybe take a long time dude, if your target is $10k maybe take 2 decade
No everything is possible with the bitcoin prices. I do believe bitcoin prices may go beyond $10k levels in short-term. In long term view and expecting $1 million per one bitcoin.
Time will answer. Let's hold and wait.

I don't think that in short term it can reach to that level..If you say that in long run say like 5 to 10 years it will reach that price then it is acceptable that it might reach to $10k in coming 5 to 10 years but that also will depend on the price stability and the adoption of the people as we cannot guarantee the future of bitcoins.
310  Other / Off-topic / Re: DO YOU HAVE 1 BITCOIN? on: November 17, 2015, 08:08:45 PM
Well yes atleast I have one Bitcoin.
I have more than one Bitcoin, but I want more.

Having one Bitcoin is nice to have, because you can do alot with it:
-Buy something illegal Tongue better buy legals things -.-
-You can wait that Bitcoin increase so that you earn more.
-And is nice to get some experience of Bitcoin.

Yes having good amount of bitcoins in wallet is the dream come true, everyday when you wake up and check that whether your bitcoins are safe or not and you keep on thinking how to increase your bitcoins and use it wherever you can I have more than 1 BTC at a moment and I am very much satisfied with it and I am making continuous efforts to grow my bitcoins.
311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: November 17, 2015, 07:58:46 PM
Bitcoin might be better than western union or other forms of money transfer but is yet to be accepted worldwide. It might have a lot of strengths but not everyone will see this. Not all my business partners or friends and people I send money to will accept Bitcoin, this forces me to remain and struggle with this ancient and expensive channel. My prayer is that Bitcoin overpowers its challenges and prove to the world that it is here to stay.

Why are you assuming that they will not? They naturally will, because it only has advantages. WU is a scam with scammy fees. Anyone dealing with remittances will use Bitcoin, the problem is people are ignorant and more in sheep patterns, they will wait for someone else to start accepting it and once some do it will all follow.

Exactly, the day I have started using bitcoins I never entered the doorsteps of WU as I feel that bitcoins is best when it comes to online remittances and it is easy, fast and very cheap as compared to WU as WU charges very heavily on each remittances and it takes 24 to 48 hours for transfers whereas transfer with bitcoins takes hardly 5 to 10 minutes.
312  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2015, 07:55:17 PM
I hope so that 2016 is the year of BTC. So that I can buy a awesome PC with my BTC.
Do it!
But, you have to earn much Bitcoin now while the price not too high.
I think, 1 BTC is enough for an "awesome" PC.

Yeah looking at the present value of bitcoins it is clear that it would go much higher in the year 2016 and that's what we all are waiting for but it would also totally dependent on the adoption level of the people and we want that the price of bitcoins should be more stable then only more and more people would start using bicoins.
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the new wealthy elite, gentlemen. on: November 17, 2015, 07:44:57 PM
BTC could go up alot but not in the next 3-4 years.

Project back in time 3-4 years. Make that same statement at that time. Was just as logical then as it is now. But you would have missed that express elevator. Just like your attitude will have your future self kicking you for missing the next.

Hold on a second, I hold btc and will earn a lot in the future. So if btc will go up alot i`ll become rich.

I wont miss the next train. I just said to him to not waste time. Waiting 10 years for something is foolish, better work on it to get more btc.

That's the right thing to do holding and keeping it safe for the future can proved to an very profitable as we know that the price of BTC would go higher in the coming years so the best thing to do right now is to keep on earning bitcoins in the best possible way and this is the right time to invest in bitcoins so that we can become rich in the coming years.
314  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: November 17, 2015, 07:40:13 PM
I want to buy groceries from online stores like Dmart or Electronics and other household items from Flipkart/Amazon/Snapdeal. We get cashback also from online shopping portals and hence it would be great to shop with BTC where the transactions would be completed easily and we could get a discount as well.

Yeah and I have a feeling that day will come soon in our lives as people gets more knowledgeable and once people are aware about what bitcoins is all about it will make a difference, I wish I could buy each and everything with bitcoins and the best thing would I would be able to get rid of my credit cards for shopping online, bitcoins will take care of everything.
315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why in some countries Bitcoin is banned on: November 17, 2015, 07:37:22 PM
Because those countries are trying to disable a currency that has the potential to drive the wealth produced in the country to overseas. Besides this, governments want to have capital control over people's money

Yeah, the main issue bitcoin is facing is that it is not getting support from the Governments of the respective countries, As Governments knows that bitcoins can demolish the existence of fiat and banking systems and bitcoin is decentralised and Government don't have any control over the functioning of bitcoins So they don't wish to stand in support of bitcoins.
316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2015, 07:31:39 PM
Best method would be to trade or join signature campaigns to earn bitcoins, though some users prefer gambling.

Signature campaigns are good but they don't pay you that higher. You need to spend all day and at the end of the day you have few bitcoins in your wallet, though it is the safest way to grow your bitcoins but it is not quick, if I have to grow my bitcoins in a quick time then I would prefer gambling or trading as it can multiply my bitcoins in a fastest way and yes Risk factor cannot be excluded  Grin
317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best investment? on: November 17, 2015, 07:28:24 PM
Unless you already own something, be it special knowledge, funds, real estate, a rich girlfriend or bitcoin it is very difficult to invest. This is the actual problem here.

Most people who need to invest urgently have very little to throw in. This is why everyone and their mother are excited about Bitcoin. Imo, this is a chicken and egg problem. There are no safe investments and a lot of investments are zero sum games or outright gambling. Even real estate. I believe it's a terrible advise to buy real estate right now. It's overbought. You will pay a hefty premium and the future is not a one-way street to ever increasing profits. Why? Unless people are able to sustain paying for increasing rents, the value of your investment could go down. If you were lucky to get an apartment or house in an auction, good for you, but someone else got burned. All risky investments are extra unsafe if you cannot afford to lose anything.

"Don't invest more than you can afford." What if you cannot afford to lose anything because you are out of luck (see line one). The majority of people should fall into that category.

If you are poor, you need some way to accumulate money and you hardly have a choice but to get an education and a job. A signature campaign won't cut it. Bitcoin won't cut it. Even if you can afford to buy one or two Bitcoins, this will hardly be a life-changing event. It doesn't create stable income.

If you have enough money to make a living and own way more than is enough, you could either go short-term trading (still gambling imo) or put your money to good use. Help a company to grow, or produce something useful. Maybe invest in a bitcoin business. Oh, I forgot, most bitcoin businesses are about gambling as well. Isn't there anything a little sustainable to put your money into apart from real estate?

Yeah, if sig campaigns payed higher, maybe I would consider it a full time job, but it's not worth it, it's an actual job, you are advertising someone's else business and getting a really tiny rate for it. An actual job is better, but it's very time consuming tho, it's hard to think about investments when you have a stressing schedule. Who knows, maybe a guy spending all day here trying to hustle a little Bitcoin here and there and saving all of it, may make more in 10 years than someone working a normal job for said 10 years.

Yeah and all the signature campaigns have reduced their rated due to price increase in bitcoins recently and spending whole day here doesn't make any sense.. it's better that we concentrate on our jobs as job is permanent and we are not sure what is the future of bitcoins. But at present earning few bitcoins from signature campaigns will take care of basic expenses.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much Bitcoin have you donated? on: November 12, 2015, 07:09:16 PM
I haven't donated to any such institutions yet but I will someday when I win everything I have lost so far.

Which obviously would almost never happen. Maybe you should donate some in advance as you will anyways be donating them to the gambling websites either way .

Yeah to be honest I haven't donated for the good cause yet, but yes I have donated my bitcoins to gambling sites very often, As I am addicted  to gambling I keep on donating my bitcoins as I dont win so it is one kind of donation I am making but I am not aware about the institutions who accepts bitcoins so can't help.
319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best investment? on: November 12, 2015, 06:55:15 PM
Silver is extremely undervalued right now, and by that I mean it has more potential than gold at the moment.

So definitely precious metals in the long run, especially with silver in mind.

so it bitcoin, more undervalued than anything else, hence its potential are even bigger, so why i should not invest in bitcoin instead?

You can't invest all into Bitcoin. I mean you can but it's extremely risky. I agree that Bitcoin this the highest potential but it also has the biggest risk associated with. So precious metals should definitely be included in one's portfolio.

Exactly investing all money in the single product would be too risky so it is better to invest in different products which can assure us some returns on our investments so I would prefer to invest my some money in gold too as I have more faith in gold as compared to bitcoins as bitcoin is a new born baby if we compare it to the gold.
320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin v. Bitcoin on: November 12, 2015, 06:45:44 PM
I think bitcoin win with litecoin because bitcoin is made first of litecoin
This is different if LTC is made first

Litecoins can never beat bitcoins as bitcoins are more popular and user friendly as compared to litecoins and people have more faith in bitcoins and litecoins are too volatile and risky to handle So when it comes to an investment I think people would choose bitcoins over the litecoins as we don't know what would be the future of litecoins.
