301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto regulations still have a chance? on: June 09, 2020, 08:50:32 PM
The regulations will not really solve this issue, But I guess it will minimize those bad activities which are good. Scammers will always find a way there so annoying. In our status now looks like we really need the regulation to enable us to attain crypto adoption so that more people will trust and feel safe with cryptocurrency but regulation now is strict on big projects like Facebook Libra considering it has so many users, I guess it takes time but for sure we are going there.
302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What does Gambling really mean to you? on: June 09, 2020, 08:17:58 PM
For me, gambling is just a form of game with bets, and that's it. Sometimes it is fun and sometimes it can make you upset or regret. Just like physically playing cards with friends sometimes it is enjoying and also it can cause some fights between friends. I am having a losing streak in a particular gambling site I am not having fun at the moment, I prefer not to involve too much myself on gambling now to minimize some loses maybe I am having bad luck.
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coca Cola going to join Cryptocurrencies Australia and New Zeland on: June 09, 2020, 06:40:02 PM
The news got more media coverage than necessary, that he was talking about a Vending machine across Australia & New Zealand and not being adopted by Coca-Cola itself. It happened with an agreement between Coca-Cola Amatil and digital asset integrator Centrapay.
Does anyone know the obligatory reason for using  Sylo Smart Wallet.?
Yes, it got more attention since Coca-cola is very popular but it is not the Main headquarters that is located at United States is doing this partnership. But still, Coca-Cola Amatil making it happen is a great achievement for the crypto community. It seems you are correct upon reading the blog I also search some in google looks like they can only use the Sylo Smart Wallet to interact with those vending machines, I have encountered this project before but it seems they have poor reviews on playstore. I have a chat on their admin in telegram they said KYC is not required to use the wallet.
304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is ...... ? What does your auto fill suggest ? on: June 09, 2020, 05:27:49 PM
LOL I am getting different suggestions from the two most popular search engines. I guess every search engines have unique suggestions.

From yahoo first suggestion is "Bitcoin is a scam" Maybe on yahoo many users search for that particular word/sentence in my country,
since many investments scheme/ HYIP is popping out again ruining bitcoin image.

This one is from google "Bitcoin is legit and legal" which is better than yahoo.  Cheesy
I am curious where is this suggestion come from so I search it on google it says "Suggestions Based On Real Searches
The suggestions that Google offers all come from how people actually search. "
305  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: See What DEX Really Means on: June 09, 2020, 04:41:47 PM
While we are talking about DEXs, I have a question here:
What IF:

- A DEX literally gets hacked somehow with all our privkeys too getting leaked to hackers and they move all the funds (that's what the least they can do)

Theoretically speaking. DEX shouldn't be hackable as per the general of it but in previous years DEX really got hack just like what happened to Ether delta that the hacker retrieve the data of customers by accessing the site DNS records and some trick on the domain. I believe that the ideal DEX will not gonna exist in reality. All DEX should be forced to be regulated or else will be force closed because we have SEC.

Source for DEX hacking: https://news.bitcoin.com/one-week-etherdelta-hack-funds-still-stolen/

I was using this DEX before when that hacked happened, good thing my funds are safe. Yes, DEX shouldn't be hacked but I guess no matter how tight the security is, hackers will still find a way it is a matter of time. There is no truly safe here on the internet. Yes, Government regulation is always in our way, somehow it is one of the reasons that hinder crypto adaption but I guess it is for the best. Implementing KYC eliminates some bad actors, fraud, etc.
306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I wrong or right? on: June 09, 2020, 03:50:24 PM
Altcoins has it's own path but bitcoin really influences the market, because these altcoins are trading with BTC pairs if BTC goes up the value of altcoins goes up too. But sometimes when BTC is going up it sucks some liquidity from altcoins. For me, Bitcoin will be the first forever because it is the creation of Satoshi it has trust from the majority of people. Some altcoins already surpassed bitcoin in terms of technology but they will never beat bitcoin.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget bounties and Airdrops on: June 09, 2020, 01:56:21 PM
I got your point it is indeed better than airdrop and bounties but not everyone has those knowledge and skills to do those kinds of stuff, Also, I cannot imagine if most of the crypto enthusiasts are all developers.  Cheesy We have enough altcoins is the market already. Finding bugs is much better to help the existing projects or altcoins grow and improve more let's just support the existing good with potential projects. Doing bounties and airdrop now is not really worth it but I guess some people have really no choice that is the only way they know to earn some crypto.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your stategy how to grow bitcoin on: June 09, 2020, 12:46:35 PM
How about designating and saving a certain fiat amount each month from your salary? For example if you have a decent job, At least $100  or lower per month but it depends on your capability and buy some bitcoin. I guess in 1 year you can have a decent amount of bitcoin. I am not doing it regularly but sometimes I bought like $10-$50 when I have extra money and that is my strategy in accumulating bitcoin.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KEEP HODLING ETH - XRP - NEO ??? on: June 08, 2020, 10:30:07 PM
Bitcoin dominance now is 64.8% as of this moment, converting into BTC is not a bad decision, it is a wise decision. Bitcoin is the safest and most trusted cryptocurrency asset. But the other coins you have mentioned are decent too. But bitcoin is always leading the way. If I were you I will convert it to BTC if you are planning for long term HODL it is much better.  If you still want those altcoins I guess as long as the BTC has more percentage in your asset it's fine.
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: June 08, 2020, 09:34:54 PM
For me, ESH is a pump and dump project and was hype by McAfee. Did you invest in it to receive their token called  "GHOST" I guess it is already distributed and also have a price I guess that token price went up $1+ I saw some people on telegram talking about it. I hope you got it and sell to minimize your loss. Be careful about jumping to a new coins better stick on reputable coins like ETH.
311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Patience above all will be rewarded here on: June 08, 2020, 08:54:09 PM
When  I entered crypto I thought I will be rich quickly but it is not the reality. It is a long journey, Imagine how many years bitcoin needs to reach new heights after its creation. Yes, it needs patience and trust. You need to trust and believe on bitcoin. As of now, bitcoin is the most trusted cryptocurrency asset and no altcoin can surpass in terms of trust, in terms of technology there are many altcoins that are better, fast, and cheaper but bitcoin is always the king no matter what happens bear or bull.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects willing choosing bad exchanges? on: June 08, 2020, 07:50:34 PM
It is simply because they cannot afford to launch an IEO on top exchanges and those sh*t exchange maybe only charges a little that is why, Maybe they think it is better than nothing but they didn't know it will damage and bring down their project. Most of those exchanges you have mention have fake volume generated by bots. That is why most projects that are listed there are dump to the bottom.

P2pb2b has so many scam accusations here on bitcointalk this is one of the threads.

313  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best crypto exchange for affiliate marketing? on: June 08, 2020, 07:04:49 PM
I haven't tried to be an affiliate with Kraken but it looks like they have an affiliate program they are offering 20% Revenue Share! Try to read more info on the link below. Also, inquire at the top exchanges and compare which one has a better offer. I have a suggestion if you really want to have a career with it why not try it all? and stick with the one or few exchanges that you benefit a lot.

314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can crypto Project gets 10,000 KYC on: June 08, 2020, 06:01:18 PM
If that is your target, focus on improving what product do you have so that many users will get interested in your project and for sure many users will find their way to your platform. I am just curious why is that you are concern with 10,000 KYC? Is it okay to state your point why do you need that instead of doing good and working product or platform and marketing first? It is a bit suspicious but I will wait for your statement for more understanding.
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao Might Fight Golovkin on: June 07, 2020, 05:44:56 PM
If he is not Manny Pacquiao I guess I will vote for Golovkin but It's Pacquiao this man has done amazing things in the past and the only one boxer in the world who has the 8th Division Championship. Absolutely, My bet is for Pacquiao. The opponent is younger and Pacquiao is the one who adjusted in these weights divisions. Yeah, I have some uncertainty but it does not matter All in for Pacquiao.  Cheesy
316  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: THINGS THAT CAN'T BE TAUGHT IN TRADING on: June 07, 2020, 04:31:46 PM
I think some of the things that cannot be earned easily or taught online by watching some videos or reading blogs are "Courage and confidence". I know some people he is not very technical on trading, he is just basing on news and updates of a certain coin. He is full of courage to trade on a certain coin it's like it's now or never. Sometimes it pays off sometimes not, but I guess in the majority he is profitable. Sometimes I think trading is like a gamble.
317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum planning to take over??? on: June 07, 2020, 03:51:57 PM
Take over what? If you meant to be the top 1 cryptocurrency I guess it will never happen. Yes, Ethereum is a good platform in fact it is top 2 next to bitcoin battling with XRP in terms of Marketcap. Bitcoin dominance is more than 50% to be precise it is 64.7% at this moment and ETH could not beat it. Bitcoin has a capped of 21M Total supply and Ethereum supply is growing every year if you look on coinmarketcap you won't see a total supply of ETH because it is growing and they didn't set a total coin supply and from that, you can tell which coin is better.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is KCS or kucoin share is better investment on: June 06, 2020, 06:07:29 PM
Those two coins are really good but BNB is far greater than KCS. BNB has its own blockchain, and KCS does not have it. Also, In terms of price KCS is pretty stable not exceeding $1 like a stablecoin it's been like that for a long time now, no improvement in price but if they will surpass its All time high which is $21 it is pretty nice to ride now but the question is if they can. Maybe if they have some developments and updates like BNB do they can surpass it.
319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best device for online gambling. on: June 06, 2020, 04:09:54 PM
Some gambling websites have a different interface on Desktop and they also made a suitable interface for mobile devices for easier navigation, Actually, I like both. But for me, mobile is more convenient. You can play even you are on a road trip or something because mobile devices are pretty handy. Also, there is a site that has no mobile version and it is pretty hard to interact with it that is the disadvantage for mobile.
320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is third party Bitcoin services really into Bitcoin for the technology? on: June 06, 2020, 02:43:56 PM
Speaking of overcharge I see some platforms really charge a lot they are offering new services like buy bitcoin with credit/debit card. Some of them waive fees but the hidden charge is on the rate of bitcoin. Here is a sample. Some services provide credits card to their customer it is really like a bank but obviously better than a bank. Instead of beating VISA TPS versus cryptocurrency, they partnered with it and they adapt the VISA technology into their platform. Overall, I guess those platforms still help bitcoin technology adaption.
