Well this is really true that bitcoin is most likely a roller coaster because of its rate that keeps on changing from time to time. Yes I agree that bitcoin relations very impacting or associated on the economy if not now, maybe later in the future. with the increase of the number of users or every country will be able to make a bitcoin and mempegaruhi into a higher price and worth the factored in the global world of the internet or even with the soaring price of bitcoin then everyone will feel happy and feel benefited. The undoubted impact bitcoin and altcoin will bring to the economy is the emergence of new wealthy people in the globe. This impact is already started to be felt, people investing just little fraction of bitcoin in altcoin and making 500 percent of the invested fraction just in couple of weeks, this is huge. On the other hand, I see a negative impact too which is that, it will most likely lead to inflation because when few fractions of bitcoin is converted to fiat, you would have too much fiat chasing few goods and in economics theories, this will lead to inflation in the economy. Better to invest it but allocate some of your money to save it in banks. divide your money so that you can have for investments and for emergency purposes. It is not reccomended to just save your money. Its value will deflate because of the inflation but on the other hand, dont put all your money just to grow it. It has risk and instead of growing it, you may lose your investment if not put into a right place. Diversify your investment so that, in worst case scenario, if one collapse others will not be affected. Not just invest in cryptocurrency, there are stocks, bonds, mutual funds, gold and real states to name a few. Just enjoy your life and save for your future.
For my own opinion, if im earning big from bitcoin, i would rather invest it than save because there is this big tendency for it to get bigger and bigger. You have to be more strategic and wise when earning big from bitcoin. When you do exchanging cryptocurrency well then its for sure you will have a lot of investment. |

I have been making an analysis about how people is getting real rich thanks to the increse of BTC and it is amazing to think that people are getting real rich, lets hope and this will continue so the people that holds very little BTC also gets rich.
This is the analisis I made:
On February 1st 2015 you will need 4,219 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 10,125,600 usd
On Febraury 1st 2016 you will need 2,681 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 6,434,400 usd
On February 1st 2017 you will need 992 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 2,380,800 usd
Today you need 404 BTC to have 1 million USD ( the person who has now 404 BTC it is millionaire, and in Feb 2015 just had with the same 404 BTC 95,757 USD

So in the most countries, bitcoin is neither declared legal or illegal. In some it is declared illegal and some are actually allowing it and also promoting their own alts.
So what would a government needs to do to regulate bitcoin in the country? And how can a government actually benefit from legalizing bitcoin in the country? How can it actually support the economic system of the country.
The same situation is in my country, If they declare Bitcoin as Legal then they can get good income through Tax and trading commission. Apart from that their is service tax in my country for trading so they can gain that also. Realistically though, it is extremely difficult for any country to reliably trace Bitcoin enough to be able to tax everyone that uses it. I do agree with you. There would be a lot of process before bitcoin will become legal in ones country, so therefore it has to be analyze carefully and it does need the participation of the users before imposing some rules and regulations, it will be also hard for the users much likely when the taxes will be implemented. On my own point of view, legalizing bitcoin is not so good idea since it will soon be controlled by the government. There will be a lot of requirements then. There will be limits and a lot of donts.
