I will advice that you invest in bitcoin first as prices are low now and you can easily get more of bitcoin on every dollar. Ethereum is equally important altcoim in cryptocurrency. You should get ether as well because if it's potential and big room for price rise!

Though ripple is centralized cryptocurrency, that do not mean ripple will die. I think ripple have done really well for itself and for the cryptocurrency. Development and growth of ripple speak for itself and the potential of ripple in centralized application and industry is huge!
