301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zealot/Enemy (z-enemy) NVIDIA GPU miner. on: September 15, 2018, 08:29:31 PM
Didn't have to test long since I can test 1080ti in parallel in both z-enemy with one 1080ti and t-rex with the other 1080ti. With z-enemy I have on avg. 22.620mhs with 1080ti and 17.290mhs with 1080 - these numbers are my personal calculations obviously, I get as high as 50.000mhs and as low as 13.000mhs with 1080ti depending on the sequence.

Same as with previous release, 32 bit version performs faster in some algos (x16/x17 etc) ...

Have just tested 32vs64 bit on 1080ti's - no difference noticed, niether between 1.19 and 1.20. T-rex miner on the other hand now at least 15% faster in x16r, but way slower in lyra2z.

Haven't noticed major difference on 1080 and 1080ti @ x16r in hashrate in v1.19, well, mb 1-2%. Power draw is more stable though, less spiky, so to say.

i so confuse  ver 1.16 avg antivirus not block but why ver 1.17 avg block it?

Does it matter? Just add it to exclusions.

My mix 1080\Ti rig works fine (lyra2z, lyra2rev2)

Hey Enemy.
Could you please try to implement hash-rate history in the miner so it can shows average speed for the last 5 min , 15 mins , 60 mins. I am talking for x16r :]

good idea

It's weird but 1.16 and 1.17 receive different jobs from nicehash on x16r, how is that possible? When they start job's sequence is the same and 1.17 is 10%+ faster, but next job's sequence 1.17 gets may have move difficult algos so 1.16 gets ahead in speed...

what -i factor you set? btw are u mining lyra2z?

It's -i 6 by default I didn't change it. I'm mining lyra2z on nicehash. I use -i 4 on my PC when I mine from time to time for test purposes cos with intensity >4 it's impossible even to move a mouse\browse Cheesy

My GTX1080's get 4.45Mhs @ 150Wt, thought I got one very good sample which gets 4.65 @150Wt) As for 1080Ti's I get 5.8-5.85Mhs @ 195Wt

What settings do you have for 1080TI? I have only 23-24MH(

23-24Mhs on avg. is good, 30Mhs+ is at peak on fastest algorithms. Fot GTX1080Ti's I get 22-23Mhs avg. at 190Wt(also avg) + curve coreOC and mem -502 and for GTX1080 ~17Mhs on avg. at 145Wt + coreOC and stock mem. My core overclock is like this: 6.25mV step = +12.5Mhz(1 step up for coreclock in the curve), +12.5mV step = +25Mhz (2 steps up fore coreclock in curve), on starting cclock differs depending on card.

Did you set it where your screens never power down?

Display turn off\going to sleep are set to never.

Just tried this miner today and I've encountered a problem: 1080ti's give 4.0mhs and 1080's give 3.2mhs, but as soon as I switch off monitor(connected to cpu-graphics) hashrates drop to 2.8mhs on all cards and power consumption becomes unstable(big drops start to occur constantly). Viewing rigs desktop thru TeamViewer restores normal functioning of the cards, but as soon as you exit rig's screen problem comes back  Angry Angry

ps I've also tested this miner on my homepc (gtx 1080) and there is no such problem on it. I've turned off monitor, even unplugged the cable from VGA - hashrate and power consumption remained stable. I wonder if it has something to do with OS? I've got win7 on my homepc and win10 on rigs - that's the only difference... well aside from multiple-VGA's in rigs and cpu-graphics being used as primary)
