Во-вторых, всем трейдерам нужно предложить нормальные договора, в которых будут предусмотрены все форс-мажоры. Но ведь наверняка есть те магазины, которые согласны выставлять свою продукцию на вашей площадке на любых условиях, потому что и просто больше негде, так что можно было бы и отложить все юридические моменты, Ладно, допустим такие люди есть, но преимущественное большинство вдумчиво ознакомиться с положениями договора. Тем более, команда Hamster хочет, чтобы все продавцы входили на равных условиях. |
