True mate. Crypto market is not stable. A token could pump & them dump a lot within an hours. But there are some new traders who follow market wave and faced a bad expriance.but a little profit could earned from some waves if anyone have expriance

It seems you are still a avarge trader.if so, then shouldn't trade with those small assets. Rather try to gather more knowledge about treading from website article, youtube, free online course. I believe, thus you can best use of your assests. And Investment is also quite risky now

In my case, i didn't join any treading related courses as because I didn't have money enough to join. But i tried a lot to learn from website article & youtube. Bitcointalk also helped me a lot. I'm not an expart but  a average crypto trader

fee is totally connection with btc. If btc pump, we have to pay high fee. But if consumers don't give normal fee before translation, then transaction would be pending even till a month. That's may a difficulty for your business

Well said. Some hunters can't dump any token price when team distribute very few amount of token among us. So blaming hunters for dumping token price, is illogical. Actually most of them are scammer. They like to fruad with people, no matter how much profit they make from ICOs/IEOs

Currently coinbase is the top exchange. It will be a good trading exchange also if that is available in your country. I had used hitbtc exchange but due to low security & high fee, i shift myself to binance & kucoin. You can try those three

Its good seeing coinbase on the top. I had used coinbase but trade is not available in my country. So i start treading on hitbtc. Hitbtc is good exchange but they demand high fee and low security. So now i start trading on binance & kucoin. Those are good.

All are scam except tokoin (maybe scam soon)

 citios is no. 1 of scam list. I've check it is available trade on 4 exchanges but zero value. There are no team member present on telegram chat. They are keep hiding theirs identity since ICO/IEO start.

Besides mb8coin is also scam project. They deleted telegram chat without any valid reason.

And i doubt about  pngme & XCARD, those will trun into scam soon

I wouldn't be surprise if binance beat ethereum. But i don't think, it would be happened. Both are created for different perpose & different use by function. But ethereum has their own platform where a lots of erc20 tokens being launched everyday and have high demand. So always ethereum would have increased than binance in future

Perhaps satoshi thought to start a new technology in the world and so he wanted to replace bitcoin with fiat 
But can't agree with those reasons that you have mentioned about miners. Miners can easily raise theirs minning fees even btc goes down below at 1000$
