Without this fork, it has still been right time to hold ETH. So it's time to hold ETH!  I am curious about this fork's purposes, too. Anyway, I am not sure what is the real motivation of this fork? Talking about decentralization, scalability, and security? I guess we already seen some project solving it (i.e: Tezos). I am sure there are ETH devs are around and they will leave their inputs.

That's it! It is why manipulators can successfullly manipulate the market. Fears will wipe out all the most painful, stressful investors, then take-offs will follow a bit later. so as soon as everyone will believe that and become utterly bearish, the market may suddenly revert out of the blue, not because there is a sense in that, but because at that point it would be the most painful direction for the market.
Personally, ALQO will have to follow general trend of the market. Let's see. ALQO's price will rise when volumes will be back in the market IMO.
