По сути разработчикам проекта данные баунтистов и не нужны. Общался с одним из девов - сначала он юлил мол это юридический обязательный нюанс, потом что так они знают, что участие не принимают США и Китай и пр. А причем тут баунтисты? Если токены через месяц выйдут на биржу и купить их сможет каждый без КУС! Короче после двух часовой переписки был дан ответ - просто чтобы собрать халявную базу паспортов и данных, чтобы потом можно было списывать что-то на кого-то. Не сейчас, но возможно через пару-тройку лет когда плотно возьмутся за регулирование.
