Whether dollars>euros; yen>yuan; bitcoin>rubles; or even IBM shares > dollars, there is always the spread. This isn't a rip-off or a fee. It is more or less an 'error' in the stated price. They did this after they failed on a debit card due to their dumb ass partner in Gibraltar who failed to tell them until the very last day that it wouldn't work for US customers. I have sold some bitcoins with my paypal account, and now Paypal is asking me for clarifications for the bitcoin transactions.
What should I tell them ? I guess it's not allowed to deal with bitcoins ? What will they do if I tell them I sold bitcoins ? Can they refuse to give me my money ?

I think the OP is still yet to actually show or tell us how Core is REKT
Core is REKT because Blockstream owns Maxwell and he has managed to create a kind of VETO power which prevents the masses from adopting large blocks.
