Six hours once for contempt of court.

Thirteen hours in a case of mistaken identity.

Three days in a Third World Shithole jail until US Embassy personell arrived.

lawdy! Hopefully you sued. Shit with the today's laws, anything's possible, lol.

Oh, none for me.

ENOUGH!!!!

I'm tired of this thread being at the top of my unread list! Both of you are knuckleheads if you ask me.

Vod - evershawn said a few posts down he's willing to erase everything (finally)... now you have to be willing to the same.

Kiss and make the fuck up guys!

Are both of you guys now ready to come to a compromise?
303  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin ? on: July 27, 2014, 07:32:05 PM
I think in this modern time, when girls are equal to the man in all fields of life, including top positions in politics, government, army, business such question is really odd.
Even if girls doesn't use Internet for virtual games and fights as much as boys, this doesn't prove anything, maybe just that man have more time to do stupid things, just for fun, than boys.
But, Bitcoin is much more serious thing and I'm sure girls can recognize this in the same way as boys.

Me being female... this shoudn't be coming out of my mouth but I'll lay it out anyways.

Most girls want it <it can be anything> to be handed to them instead of doing it for themselves. Holding onto a helpless dame facade can get you plenty. As long as the boys keep giving it away simply because the beggar is female... they'll continue to do. It's much easier to get coins from the guys than to learn how to do it yourself.

OK, this is another approach, from psychological perspective based on gender.
I can't say that I'm expert in this field so if this is your honest opinion, I will accept it but I think that we can't generalize and put all girls in one basket.

Not at all - which is why I said <most> girls. But take it from a female - it's easy to get what we want from guys.
304  Other / Off-topic / Re: Vod is calling people Pedophiles and Extorting them for money. on: July 27, 2014, 07:21:24 PM
I looked at Vod's thread over at the scam accusations and he said that he removed the trust because he couldn't get proof yet you still tried going after him and then he decided to update that trust and presented evidence against you. So what are you trying to argue there?

evershawn's problem is that he refuses to take responsibility for his own actions.

@evershawn -

You're telling me to speak up about what Vod did to you. Here's I how I see it...

Vod gave you negative trust (he learned later it was unfounded, so was going to remove)
Before Vod could even remove, you have him negative trust and started your campaign against him
That said - who caused what?

He was willing to let this go from the beginning but you egged it on. But now as I understand... the original negative trust is gone, isn't it? So the negative trust you have now is because of this campaign. Like I said - you don't learn.
305  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beastlymac - scammed me for 3.1 btc - gridseeds group buy on: July 27, 2014, 06:56:22 PM
interesting is that maybe beastly is not scammer maybe he is honest.

but why curiousminer has to pay 3.1 for beastly errors?

for me such private lists without shipping address and customer status are not acceptable.

An an error might very well be the case here, but we don't know. If there was an error, you're right - OP shouldn't have to pay for it. But let's not let the facts get convoluted in all the ranting.
306  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beastlymac - scammed me for 3.1 btc - gridseeds group buy on: July 27, 2014, 06:49:18 PM
REPOST:

@ Beastlymac -

You stated that "Curiousminer could have offered the miners for sale in the thread and i would have happily offered as a middle man for the transactions and re assigned the units to a different buyer but he did not choose to do that."

Did he know that was an option? Or was he under the pretense he was getting a refund? I don't know the whole story here, but I'm asking because if I requested a refund and my name wasn't listed on the public reserve list after my refund request... I'd think my refund was in the works.

Beastlymac, OP requested a refund days after reservation and his name wasn't on the public ledger. Given that you requested confirmation that the sending address belonged him, coupled with the fact that you never stated he wasn't entitled to a refund... how could he have reasonably believed that his order wouldn't be refunded, or was already placed with the manufacturer for that matter? I guess I'm confused because I don't know why you'd be asking for him to confirm his identity <for a refund, correct> if the order was already placed ie, no refund anyways.

Can you please elaborate?
307  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beastlymac - scammed me for 3.1 btc - gridseeds group buy on: July 27, 2014, 06:37:06 PM
"He was not put on the group buy (public) list because his postage details had not yet been received but he was listed in my private documents for both of his orders." -Beastlymac

why you were asking about what he has ordered if he was on your list?

another lie.

that is pathetic.

Chill out with the name calling... it's quite possible a few things were overlooked, but it doesn't help this case. If you want people to look at this objectively, allow them to do it - facts only - without bias. Let us form our own opinion. The less bias you add, the more readers can focus on the facts, makes sense?
308  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beastlymac - scammed me for 3.1 btc - gridseeds group buy on: July 27, 2014, 06:32:53 PM

Posting comment: "If you are not on the list it means your order didn't make it into this batch. Please sign a message with the sending address of that tx and I will refund you." -Beastlymac

So it seems like it's safe to assume OP may have been under the impression his order wasn't going to be placed. Interesting.
309  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beastlymac - scammed me for 3.1 btc - gridseeds group buy on: July 27, 2014, 06:14:32 PM
I am also curious why you weren't on the posted list, rather via PM and why is it you didn't give a shipping address as is claimed?

So it looks like he wasn't on the posted list because he never sent his shipping address? "He was not put on the group buy (public) list because his postage details had not yet been received but he was listed in my private documents for both of his orders." -Beastlymac

I've never participated in group buys so I don't know the process/how it's done. But could it be the shipping address wasn't sent because OP was under the impression that he'd be getting a refund (requested days after the order was placed)? IDK... I'm confused on how this went down.

story of beastlymac scam is easy.
he forgot/(maybe intentionally)
to put him at the list, he kept his money

he said also that anyone was not at the list will be refunded.

finally he decided to scam him thinking that he is nobody.
pathetic.

Where's the link?
310  Other / Off-topic / Re: Vod is calling people Pedophiles and Extorting them for money. on: July 27, 2014, 06:13:09 PM
Very true. I'll always keep a tab up on my PC with this account logged in and Vod's latest up, to always remind everyone what he's done and what kind of person he is.

He's got the red trust he leaves everyone. I've got my persistance and sense of justice. I can do just as much harm to him as he tries to do to me and I most certainly will.

I won't ever stop pursuing him until he's reversed everything (which he wont). Even if I get him put in prison for the extortion, I'll still be here telling stories about what he did.

So, you're right!

I know you've been told this before... but the only members who leave Vod negative trust are the ones that he busted. And I'm not saying you were busted - all I'm saying is that's what people will think. In other words, they won't take your recommendation seriously. He already has a shit load of red text in his trust profile, get in line. But how many are actually from members who have positive trust?

yes early march

but goods to other pariticipants were shipped very late

he just kept curiousminer money and is trying to scam him due to his newbie account/no experience with dealing with scammers

k, let's just stick with the facts... I understand the reason to be angry, but I'm trying to get a clearer picture of what happened. Not that your opinion would influence me either way... it's just tactful to leave it out is all.

So, when was the order sent off to the manufacturer?
314  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beastlymac - scammed me for 3.1 btc - gridseeds group buy on: July 27, 2014, 05:22:38 PM
sure
payment was made 5.02.2014
refund request was submited 10.02.201
group buy close was at early march 2014
curiousminer was not on the list of group buy participants

beastly was dragging out refund within 5 months finding excuses

now we are at 27.07.2014
and beastymac offer is to ship useless gridseeds instead of refund.

he blackmailed curiousminer to or accept 1 btc and give shipping address or nothing.
finally he left negetive trust at him and refund nothing asking of photo of him also with scan of id card with bitcointalk nick in background.

why he need this? to sell his id to scammers?

please check beastlymac  untrusted ratings
there are more people scammed same way

beastly is still organising group buy trades, he should be marked as Scammer.

So an important date is still missing.

A refund was requested 5 days after payment. We got that established. When did the group buy end?

EDIT - I see group buy ended early march?

Also, it seems  orders were sent to manufacturer in waves... when was OP's order sent to the manufacturer?

K, this is a rather confusing case... Can you clarify a few things without people having to dig through previous threads?

When was initial payment made?
When was refund requested?
When did groupbuy close?
318  Other / Off-topic / Re: Vod is calling people Pedophiles and Extorting them for money. on: July 27, 2014, 04:32:37 PM
And now the circle is complete, the exact trolls that keep defending Vod are all here. All at the same time, like usual. Not a coincidence at all... right?

I'm done, troll yourselves, my point has been made Smiley

And what point is that exactly? If anything, we've made the point. You blew it out of portion - but we're trolling because you finally realize what the hell we've been saying since the beginning!

You need to own up to what the fuck you do.
319  Other / Off-topic / Re: Vod is calling people Pedophiles and Extorting them for money. on: July 27, 2014, 04:24:01 PM
If you cared to take my advice, and actually read my posts, you would find that the only reference to Vod I have ever made was to call him (and you) a knucklehead.

Please quote all of my troll posts and Vod supporting posts, or apologise for your accusations.

You find my advice worthless because it doesn't fuel your rage. That's the path you've chosen to take. So be it.

Excellent suggestion! I think I'll call him out to the same. I'd like to see all these Vod supporting posts I made as well. Maybe this exercise will help him see the role he played in making this what it is. Will be good for his personal development.
320  Other / Off-topic / Re: Vod is calling people Pedophiles and Extorting them for money. on: July 27, 2014, 04:06:29 PM
I guess everyone is mad once they get caught by Vod.
Complaining won't help you  Wink.

LaudaM - word of advice... if you don't take his side on this he'll lash out at you. But please, don't take my word... just look at all the other posts in the dozen or so threads.

Look how hard you're trying here. Just go away...

I'm not trying hard - did this not happen - with eid? With me? With several other members? Okay then. There's no harm in giving LaudaM a heads up... you've done it so many times... figured I'd spare other members from your raft.

Now why do you want me to go away all of a sudden? Because I showed the proof that proves everything you claim about me wasn't really the case? That you assumed I was a Vod supporter because I told you that you were going about trying to clear your name in the wrong way?

WOW.
