Think about this scenario:
Millions of 'Avalon' chips are ordered hastily.
Someone within the supply chain thinks 'wtf is so special about these chips?'
A quick google shows the chips purpose, diagrams of how to utilise them and the immense value of the end product they produce.
From this point Yifu has lost control and handed someone a golden egg to either make millions or even worse control the network.
I have dealt with Chinese suppliers and what I'm seeing on Alibaba is concerning.
Regardless of the outcome the lack of any communication seals it for me. Yifu signed into his account some time ago but didn't bother to say anything and left people hanging. People start talking litigation and he appears within hours.... Amazeballs

i refuse to pre-order ... no more! I'm done with pre-orders as well. In a couple of months, a clear ASIC mining hardware leader should emerge and difficulty should stabilize to the point that buyers actually have enough information to calculate ROI with some degree of accuracy. Right now, pre-orders are just gambling because mining manufacturers constantly miss promised delivery dates and difficulty is skyrocketing. He is a do'er. This just means he is busy making units, managing logistics, chips and units. Would you rather he cuddle you and stroke your hair, or get those units built? Dogie your snide tone is actually pretty ironic considering you are making money off of brokering Avalons. Bitcoin is supposed to be built around peer to peer trust, and a lot of people placed a lot of trust (and money) on Avalon. For you to make these kinds of pejorative remarks, insinuating that proper customer support on a $10,000 purchase would be akin to "cuddling and stroking [their] hair" is a bit outrageous. We are talking about millions of dollars here. Customer service is make or break, and people like to be informed about delays which could materially impact their expectations of profit from an otherwise useless SHA256 generator. No news from Yifu. Thank you guys for to troll the Trolls away who have only eyes with $$ and dont understand bitcoin and business. Same as Yifu, he only has $$ in his mind and nothing else. As nZhang was available, he representate avalon till this time serious and we believe him. For his work I have a great respect. But now it seems he disappear..... Since the kid Yifu play here the CEO ( Chief Event Manager ) it is going down with Avalon. All what he promised comes with a delay, nothing is coming or change rules by himself how he like it...... It need a long time to build trust, but only seconds to destroy it, forever to repair. I tried calling yifu for days 2 times a hour. I probably got him on the nerves really... he didnt answer, half the time it stopped automatically after 28-30 seconds, the remaining time he stopped the call before. Later i opened a ticket and wrote why i cant let it slip and he answered that he has bigger problems to solve and my chip-problem isnt due yet. Fine... at least an answer. And if he really solves everything correctly before shipping ok. But last time the ticket was solve half only, i hope he still puts time in to solve such errors. But i really dont understand yifu. He could hire a support person but he wants to do all himself. And that means he has not enough time to do all himself. I will never ever order anything at avalon... at least not until he changed his mind about support.

Order 200000453, Order 200000456, Order 200000465, Order 200000540 This are the order numbers for 8 avalon and all was confirmed and payed.
5 avalon was delivered 3rd week in march 2013.
Open ticket in April #499 May #883 July # 1269 for the missing 3 units
==> No answer till now.
Avalon seems mine with the missing units till now and makes good profit.
Avalon is a scammer and arrant liar

Calculating how much I lost for being late 2,5 months... I got high blood pressure, heart problems and lost nerves. Nothing can be compared to lost faith and broken dreams.
Just hope that there will be some kind of cosmic justice, someone sees everything.
Same for me thats why even if delivered now...Why I should be happy and thanks the avalon god? We funded it...we are not customers... We have to cry here to receive our units cause tickets are useless...being accusated of making so much noise in the quiet life of avalon... but as said by many here if avalon was fixing and handling with respect their customer, then we wont be here... right spoken.....we wait for batch#1 units till now ==> NO REACTION FROM avalon

I swear people don't even read, neotrix you never created a new ticket, I specifically asked you to do this in this thread if it was older than June.
I just dug through all this shit to find your ticket made in May which since then have been moved to a different system.

sigh; it's fixed.
Please see ticket # 1269 seems we have to follow neotrix, because customer service is a unknown word for Yifu.

I'm from eary batch 2 ( 2 february) and my order is stuck in Limbodue buggy website of avalon when batch 2 opened...Anyway I consider myself in your position. I opened a thread with scam accusation against Avalon. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=251130.0Whatever it is a problem of support, number of people or so... People like us who had problem when ordered, or like you who orded without shop are just missed and have noo support...It is like they hope we will forget...Or they hope God will fix problem... did you open a ticket pass june first like stated on newsleters?
I put out 2+ emails awhile ago addressing this issue, I don't understand why you are only speaking up now.
I received any email from you to the email registered with you. Only newletters. I can login but my account show no order...as quoted many time. The last ticket opened was 25th May, ticket 851 with not many infos as the only info you have from me is a username, and email... All rest you have already. You confirmed my order the 4th feb by a reply to one email of me. (same email used for ticket) Walletbit confirmed. I then waited a order number or to be added in store for few months opening tickets...I never been added in the store or referenced with an order ID as one of first to order batch 2 when the website was displaying for some billing infos of another. I do understand support isn't easy to handle anyway you know about some users being forgot cause an issue with order. And we are the unlucky early buyer. Let me know by email or reply ticket if you need more infos. Let me know if I need to open a new ticket however I will expect a quick reply. I do respect the work you done, I've been patient however...when people who ordered 15 days after me receive unit then. I'm still thinking for people of batch 1 who wait, they are not a lot but some anyway. At this point I can even accept a refund to facilitate you the work to expedite it to me.
