Hello. I clicked on support and was brought here, so I guess this is the place for issues. Had to create an account.
I just lost 11BTC worth of coins due to a hacked website - I can't afford to lose anything else

I'm missing about 400 Coino.

After the site came back up after being down, I went to withdraw some coins.
I had ~397 Coino in the account. I should mention I had trouble logging in after the site came back online. Took me about half an hour and multiple attempts to stay connected. During this time I managed to get logged in momentarily and confirmed that I had the balance of approx. 397 CON/Coino in my Coinmarket.io wallet. After I was able to log in without issue and stay connected (about an hour ago) my balance is now 0.

Do you know what the issue could be? My Coino address I use for the exchange is UaGqfW2hfcowi45tYfG5Q3C5PZbvgHGSci.
