Where would you guys recommend buying cryptocurrency for the lowest transaction fees? I've been researching but there's so many sites and a lot of them keep changing their fee structure. It's pretty confusing.

Coinbase seems to be the most popular but their 1.5% transaction fee seems pretty high.

I heard Gemini is good but it seems they recently raised their fees? Any advice is much appreciated.

The best way you can get them to understand bitcoin is by first answering their questions and clearify them on why bitcoin is not a scam. You're so focused on convincing them to get into bitcoin without realizing they have worries. Why do they call bitcoin a scam, have they been affected in one way or the other from the countless ponzi scheme out there or bitcoin doublers that have ended up scamming them.
