301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects can still deliver on: November 11, 2020, 02:16:38 PM
I think that if that is only some but if we are watching CMC there would be a lot of legit coins this year. I can even mention some of them like stafi, unilend, and many more. This year is not so bad like 2019 when everything was getting dumped so hard and no new projects were able getting big achievement especially on the price of coins.
The new coins will always have a chance.
Yeah, the crypto movements this year is quite promising compared to 2019. especially for chainlink and polkadot, i think they get a lot of attentions from the current market trend right now
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your favourite coin and token ? on: November 11, 2020, 02:13:14 PM
what are the coins or tokens that you hold at the moment and explain why you choose that
hope this can help others in choosing what cryptocurrency is good for hold and has a bright future  ☺️ .
personally I invest in XLM and XRP , is both coin are good as a long-term investment ?

I am a bit skeptical about XLM and XRP cryptocurrencies.

At the same time, investors who bought these coins in 2016-2017 made excellent returns.  I believe XLM and XRP are not decentralized enough cryptocurrencies.

I believe the ideal investment in 2020 is Bitcoin.  A conservative investor can also pay attention to top altcoins (Ethereum, Monero, Litecoin, Tezos).

The ideal cryptocurrency is a decentralized coin.  It is important for a cryptocurrency to have a developed ecosystem, professional developers, and a large community.
Love your choices! xrp is definitely decetralized coins. ethereum will be good also monero is good for long terms. in my opinions we are close to see the ethereum bull run, when they solved the gas fees issues on ethereum 2.0, it will be very good investments
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: November 11, 2020, 02:09:53 PM
During IEO or STO in my opinion is the most appropriate time, but sometimes an opportunity comes where the project still has not put all their marketing efforts out but the community is already in a downtrend so the price of coins is very cheap, at that time it is quite a rare opportunity and in my opinion is the time where best to buy
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ether Wallet Scam on: November 11, 2020, 02:07:15 PM
This is very tricky and hard to find out if the pop up is scam or not, well scammers are improving as well so we have to take caution always. Private keys are something that you should not share online so its not advisable to save it using a third party app, better to just write it down or put it into a place that only you have the access.
Scammers have many ways they can use, including using malware and the like. in cases like "pop up message" the best thing to do is not to touch any buttons on the screen, including "cancel". You can go directly to back or home navigation, then force close the browser or related application
305  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reach $20K soon? on: November 10, 2020, 01:27:56 PM
Many experts are predicting considerable price increases, up to $100K in 2021. While not impossible, I doubt that we'll see such values in the near future. However, $20K is definitely possible by the end of the year.
It might be soon to hit $100k, but maybe not in 2021 (still to early imo). there will be cycle price and fluctuations again after bitcoin hit the new ATH, that's my predictions. but all good, and $20k at the end of the year is very likely to happens since bitcoin already have huge momentum with Paypal announcement
306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: November 10, 2020, 01:23:40 PM
Ripple is not decentralized. Plain and simple. We should not be comparing Ripple with Bitcoin because for me, Bitcoin is king. No coin can overtake Bitcoin that is why this is the only coin that I invest in. Next would be Ethereum, which for me is the only contender for the title King of cryptocurrencies.
Agree, i also not really like rippe because it's centralized coins. no one ever can beat bitcoin. bitcoin is a coin that makes the crypto and blockchain space known more than ever. And not only that, because almost all altcoins even follow the movement of bitcoin in terms of price
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: November 10, 2020, 01:20:14 PM
With the upcoming Ethereum 2.0 and the DeFi hype I think I could trust on Ethereum in terms of price increase well both are good tokens and I think both are good for long term investment, so we could trust both of them.
Both are trusted as an investment actually. yeah, definitely with all this defi hype maybe ethereum slightly more superior in term of user base than BNB, but BNB as an investment is very good as well. so both have their own advantages. if you want to chose, why not both? better to diversify the investment
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Tezos going to be next Ethereum? on: November 10, 2020, 01:10:22 PM
Indeed, Tezos has quite interesting technology at the moment, and also open sources. But why is it nearly impossible to beat ethereum? Due to the large usage base of the platform, if you look at most platforms on the blockchain you can see that they are using ethereum. besides that, in my opinion, ethereum is also one of the coins that has a big influence in the formation of this crypto community
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dangers awaits ( unofficial listings ) on: November 09, 2020, 03:04:54 PM
If you are interested in investing in a project, try to get confirmation about the information you get, at least you can ask them on their telegram group or twitter. Currently there are a lot of cloning projects, and some peeps got scammed already, especially newbies. This is what makes communication and social media become very important. always confirm everything before you spend money
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The right investment for cryptocurrency... on: November 09, 2020, 02:58:59 PM
Cryptocurrency actually is for everyone who are willing to take the risk, because if not this field of business is not fit for them(NEWBIE).
And you were right, learning is the best starting point for them to succeed in this crypto space also never stop learning, always be an empty
cup as well so that successful will be achieve in the end.
I think everyone knows that if they decide to invest in cyrpto, I'm sure they will have to (should) learn about how the basics of investing in crypto. The most important thing is always invest according to your ability, and don't be too pushy, because greed will always end up being bad
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why DeFi is high risk investment on: November 09, 2020, 02:34:21 PM
among DeFi projects there some relatively reliable, for example Aave, Chainlink or Synthetix. don't forget that they are novices at the market so the price volatility is common for them.
Yeah, Chainlink is really good, I think it's almost the best DeFi platform this month. For the point 3 of the OP, I think everyone knows that crypto prices have very high fluctuations, and also defi is an immature trend. I just hope newbies who want to invest need to learn at least the basics of investing in crypto.
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum User Spends $9,500 in Fees Sending Just $120 on: November 09, 2020, 02:28:17 PM
There is a news also who a person made mistakes of sending ethereum instead of the fees is low they set a high fees and the cost was hundred thousands dollars if Im not mistaken last few years ago happen that. And now another mistake made and that is very sad to happen because that is very big money and not easy to earn like that and I hope it will not happen to me.
If I'm not mistaken, there were also people who sold eth at a very low price, this caused the price to drop dramatically but only in short time. Maybe it's because the network is too congested, so a lot of mistakes could be made. but I'm sure ethereum 2.0 has a solution for gas fees as well as the network
313  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price to reach $17k? on: November 08, 2020, 03:35:39 PM

Thats true,Paypal news fueled the Bitcoin and helped it to reach 2017 levels. When you think about it, we are so close to new all time high, and if whales decide it that can happen in a few days. If i remember correctly it only took ten days  for bitcoin to come from these levels to $19,000  so it could happen again and we end up this year with new ATH. At that level fomo will kick in and then we can expect real hype and further increase of the price.
For me now I feel the vibes are almost the same as in 2017. But with the announcement from Paypal (where they have a large community and user base), I feel that the bullish this time will be healthier when compared to 2017. maybe after hiting the new ATH there will definitely be fluctuations again, but in my opinion the bullish will last quite a while
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i Invest more??? on: November 08, 2020, 03:30:33 PM
Keep holding your Ethereum, all those tokens you mentioned aren't that good, if it's a must that you want to buy another token you should do research on Chainlink, this project never disappoints due to its usefulness, it's the king of Oracle data today

Chainlink has broken the all time high 2x this year, this project is indeed very good for investment in the future,
especially now that Link's price has dropped again to $ 11, maybe it will retest to $ 15,
if you want to be safe, buy it under $ 10.
Only just yesterday that chainlink becomes number 5 on coinmarketcap (down again today to no.6 today). It's true that this is the best momentum for chainlink, but I will not speculate about the price here, for sure maybe chainlink will hit the new ATH again if their progress is fast
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: November 08, 2020, 03:27:00 PM
yes, I agree with your point. be a wise investor and always consider hundreds of times before investing in crypto. It is true that investing is one of the best options to earn but as you can see a lot of scam and annoying projects are around right now that you will actually be doing a good search.
Yes, and all investors who are experienced in crypto, of course, always carry out several analyzes and searches for several projects in order to find a good project, because those who already have a lot of experience will obviously not be in a rush to make decisions to invest.
Rushing is not a good thing in investing. the key is momentum, how we can control ourselves and refrain from waiting for the right time where we can get the profit we want. Doesn't have to be too fast or too long, the important thing is to be on time
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin (LTC) Huge Pump is coming with New Update on: November 08, 2020, 03:23:32 PM
When there is a news, it doesn't mean that a token will guarantee that it will go pump, for sure that there are some people who bought litecoin when they find out about this new update. LTC for me is still in sideways so it will take more time before it create momentum, but if the volume will continue to go up and then it surpassed the resistance at $70 then expect that the price will make a rally.
Litecoin already have momentum btw, but you know it's all about the bitcoin bullish. because i believe that all coins will follows bitcoin trend. and about the news, that's how they create the momentum, by releasing news about what they are currently working on and they are also bringing out new innovations, so they are currently building momentum
317  Economy / Speculation / Re: All time high is just around the corner are you selling all on: November 07, 2020, 05:45:43 PM
Yeah as what I see in the market as of this moment there is a big possibility that we can trigger the bull season next year 2021 and once the bull will be triggered then there is a big chance that we can hit a new all time high again especially to most of the popular crypto assets.

I am also thinking in withdrawing some of my savings in my bank accounts and transfer it to top 5 currencies while waiting for the peak of the bull season so I can gain some profit to my savings once we will reach the new peak of the market again. It is kinda shame to throw this kind of chances.
Maybe it's too late for bitcoin? haha but it would be great if you could find coins that currently have the same potential as bitcoin. I'm not saying that the top 5 is wrong choice, but I'm sure that in the next couple weeks or months there are some top coins that will have pretty good ATH. btw, I also don't think that taking all the savings is a wise decision, just a suggestion.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap has made it easier for scammers? on: November 07, 2020, 05:37:35 PM
Who is to be blame? Uniswap? I don't think so, let's put uniswap aside for a moment, let's talk about Monero, as a privacy coin we know what Monero is capable of, the freedom it gives to its users, isn't it the reason that many prefer using Monero to buy illegal things on deep dark web? Scammers will always use any technology to their own advantage
Maybe now there are still "disadvantages" from dexes, because there are so many pull rug that occur and they can hardly be prevented without basic knowledge of investing or coding. Some newbies also don't know how investing in dexes works. I thought Uniswap could do a better prevention than just posting a warning banner.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: btc vs ethereum on: November 07, 2020, 05:22:43 PM
Nope, ethereum isn't bigger than bitcoin. even if you look at bitcoin market cap, you can see 4x ethereum market cap. bitcoin is a digital money pioneer, which almost everyone knows, even for ordinary people. It's true that almost all platforms are using ethereum at the moment, but I still feel like nothing can ever beat Bitcoin. in fact, almost all current altcoin prices depend on the bitcoin trend (see current bitcoin trends)
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time on: November 07, 2020, 05:16:26 PM
I agree with you, bitcoin raised up 50% only in few months during COVID pandemic and it proves it people found out they don't need cash to pay everything and they can use cryptocurrencies, thanks to PayPal now more people would find out and use bitcoin and it seems like USA election has helped it too, The only thing that bothers me in cryptocurrencies is too many scams and no consequences for the scammers, in that way it would be hard to bring trust to this when we hear every day thousands of dollars have been rubbed through scams.
It is due to a general lack of knowledge about how to invest in crypto. Indeed, now many traders or new peeps are coming to crypto because they want quick profits. But again, because there have been several cases that have occurred, I'm sure there will be some people out there who will create a new platform that is safe and easy to use even for new traders.
