312  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FRAUD/SCAM Company Localbitcoins.com How LBC haven stolen my 1 BTC on: August 31, 2021, 02:06:17 AM
What can I do in specific, and how do i proof, my balance of my account?
I assume you have the address of your localbitcoins account where you sent your BTC to and you also have the address where you sent that BTC from right? Assuming you proof the ownership of the original address from which the BTC came, I'm sure that it will be easy to link the BTC as yours.

We can't help much other than saying that you should try to reach them in any way possible - Social Media, Reddit, E-mail, Twitter ... - and be prepared to give them a full breakdown of what happened and why you've tried to PS the documents which you have to admit to them it wasn't the most intelligent thing to do. It's sad to know that you're locked out of your BTC, but you should try your best to regain access to it... If you do need some kind of help with English or wording when getting in touch with them just let us know and I'm sure someone will help you  Wink

No, there is no proof, because its an internal LBC Address. I met a friend in person and give him the money in cash, and he send the btc to my lbc account(Will receive instantly) there is no entry at blockchain.info.  As you see the scammer company use all kind of tricks.

i don't think localbitcoin is scam I use them since 4 years
The problem it's you who tried to scam them by forging a document. Beside don't tell me a bank statement also has no full name then it's a crazy country you live in Or a very special country
There also . Many ways to prove residence it can be getting a proof from your city office
But forging a document with photoshop is illegal in my country you might get arrested for that
Localbitcoin is not a wallet to store your funds it's a p2p exchange.
And if they allowed you to just send fake documents they might get in trouble with the government they are licensed in if I remember it was finland.
I don't think they want to do tricks to get your 1btc as they earn more from the fees of exchange as a lot of users using them.
It's an expensive lesson to learn. You are lucky police didn't knock on your door for faking documents or money laundering or something .

NEXT TIME DON'T FAKE ANY DOCUMENT.

And what lawyer or court will help you ?
Will you go to court and say I tried to fake my identity documents and I got caught by the staff of localbitcoin and they closed my account .
Man go ask the friend who gave you the advice to fake the documents or edit it for your money as it's the most stupid advice that cost you 50000$ it could cost you your freedom too.
313  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ Crypto.Games ⭐ Biggest wagering contest...600.000$ ⭐ Revamped games! ⭐ on: August 31, 2021, 12:29:06 AM
I checked your website and the wager contest is all a misleading
You say for dogecoin case the monthly prize is 900000+ dogecoin
I checked current month list first prize is 500 doge
So I think it's based on how much you wager
You should change the title of the contest as the prize is just a Cashback (rakebak)
It means if someone win first 5 spots they will be eligible for a Rakeback and it's with a cap something other casinos give to all players without a contest or a cap.

It's 2021 you won't success if you still think people stupid and you still use misleading tactics and titles.
So what contest you are preferring into? They have dice, roulette and other promotions which you can see here: https://forum.crypto.games/promotions/

Also, they wont really be the one of the long running gambling site on this market if they are really make deceptive kind of acts.

He is referring to the monthly wagering contest, it is indeed a bit different with most other wagering contests since the prize is not fixed because it is based on the wagered amount with different max reward for each winner based on their final position. It can be something misleading for those who read the title of the contest only, but it is not misleading if we read the whole information about the contest. Crypto games provides the prize with a specific number but it players should wager a specific amount as well in order to get the max reward.
Thanks bitfinity that's what I mean.  But still it's misleading. .
It's like the first place will get 0.1 % of his wager second place p 05% of his wager ...
It's like a contest to be qualified for a Rakeback a thing l casinos give without need for a contest and without a maximum amount.
Anyway Its just my opinion it could be better if it was a real wager contest
314  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM EXCHANGE] CHANGENOW.IO trying to steal my 3 BTC on: August 30, 2021, 11:08:18 PM
Hello there! ChangeNOW here.

Please allow us to explain what happened in this exact case:

One of our users created an exchange of 3 BTC to XMR on the 10th of January, 2019 — this exchange could not have been processed at the time. The user hasn't made contact with us back then.

gofry47 contacted us on July 9th, 2021 — 2+ years since the exchange took place.

For the sake of security of our users’ funds, sending 3 BTC or their XMR equivalent to a 3rd party address without being 100% sure that the person contacting us is the same one that created the exchange from over two years ago is something we are not willing to do. This serves both the interests of the user and ChangeNOW as a secure and trustworthy service.

gofry47 claims to have no access to the initial address they want the ChangeNOW to refund the 3 BTC in question to. It is yet to be proven whether the user has access to the payout address as we’ve been getting mixed signals — there are times gofry47 claims to have access to the address, but sometimes the user claims the opposite.

There are several ways to validate the address — unfortunately, none of them worked for gofry47.

To validate the payout address gofry47 initially told us they have access to, our Support Team has sent an unknown insignificant amount of crypto to the Monero wallet the initial user set as a payout address. The user in question should’ve then told us the exact amount he received — which gofry47 failed to do.

After we did that, gofry47 told us they no longer have an access to the payout Monero address.

To sum things up: the user claims to have no access to both the initial and the receiving address, and cannot identify themselves.

The only backup plan we could suggest was contacting the police — law enforcement will conduct an investigation and then contact us with a request for a refund if gofry47 is to be confirmed as the party initiating the exchange in 2019.

Our Support Team is in constant touch with gofry47 and we’re willing to do anything that can help solve this case in shortest delays possible. As soon as we have any sort of tangible proof that the funds in question do belong to gofry47, we’ll gladly send them over to an address gofry47 gives us.

We suggest gofry47 to verify their identity using any of the ways we've suggested — we'll be more than glad to proceed with the case as soon as it happens.

NB: It is worth mentioning that this case led us to create a precise, clear, and concise guide for users that end up in a situation similar to gofry47’s, and that we’ll gladly share this guide with the bitcointalk.org community as soon as possible.
Why you didn't contact the user when. The 3btc exchange didn't finish ?
Instead you just kept it . Did you guys think it's ok to just keep it ?

316  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC on: August 30, 2021, 07:31:58 PM
I've checked your post history and this is the second complaint on 1XBIT the first one was the failure of 1XBIT to close your account, so you continue playing even if you knew that the site is not trustworthy, still rattle me why continue playing and depositing when you have a complaint already and you know the reputation of 1XBIT, is there no other gambling site that meets your preferences.

The allegation is incredulous this is something new and also like to see how 1XBIT can defend this kind of allegation.
How about instead of victim shaming the dude to keep on gambling here, why don't we face the real problem which is 1xbit is not helping him at all with his problem. That seems like the biggest problem here because 1xbit should not be trusted with gambling there as long as they keep doing this sort of thing. Look at their trust rating at this point, they are getting to a dangerous place of being obvious scam and getting banned from here all together, and here you are talking about the guy who got scammed like he did something wrong.

I hope that he gets his money back but I do not see it happening at all. At the end of the day 1xbit is a very risky place to gamble and whoever does it, knowingly or not, should not be victim shamed but helped. We need to create topics about all the problems and how they are not getting solved at all to warn every new gambler.
They won't help him simply because they are a scam and they want to steal his money . It's like meeting a thief who want to rob you and you want to ask him help.
And yes some people is so naive leaving casinos popular not just in the forum but even has sponsorships in major sports and go to a scam site with hundreds of scam accusations.
It take 5mi. To do a research even for people who never heard of bitcointalk there something called google.
It's fun if you or he waiting that stupid scammers to solve the problem.  Because it's obviously not a technical or a bug problem. They meant to cause the problem.
And just look  to their excuses.
