Man you are talking well.. finally someone that understand our plan.. the only thing i dont understand is why do you think we dont have enough capital.. you must think that our ICO is 20 btc in total.. ok, it doesnt going well, i know.. probably for many reasons:
1) we are absolutly new here, we are even noob maybe, in an offend sense..we dont know how and where advertise, where do a POD, even i dindt know what escrow is..we are engineers and accountants, not miners or altcoin-strategists.. sorry!!;
2) people dont like (yet) this kind of coin, prbably because this is a really new kind of project in alt-coin world.. no coins yet are releated with a company and no coins can buy something touchable but ASIC miners, that are anyway releated with this "world".. no coin are thought to begin spreaded in differents markets or in day-after-day life;
3) recent BTC fall doesnt incentive people invest.. they are scared..
but our original thought was to sell 20 BTC.. if you see the OP and the old thread (link to old thread) you can see our Business Plan, our Incomings-Costs prevision, our BEP (Break even Point) analysis.. we are able to product our security lamp for 60$, raspeberry with pi-Pan and raspberry as central unit (read well OP and old thread to understand) for a total of 110$, included uman work and designer work.. with 20 btc at 450$ we can buy goods, materials and human work to produce 40-50 items.. i think this is a good start man, there are too many risks in make the fundraising for 30-40 BTC.. if people wont like our core market we would be insolvent and we will have a big stock of unused (and unuseful) goods and materials.. and also investors will be unhappy
so we think it is better start with 20 btc stock (~40 items), sell it with a big Murkup (only for the first 3-4 production-cycles) and with this high Markup we can finance the next production-cycle.. the great (for a business) thing of alt-coin currencies and in general of e-commerce is that payments are made at moment of the order/delivery.. it means: no bank credit to finance next production-cycle.. are you starting understand? with internet payments, with a big markup for the first 3-4 production-cycles, we can continue the production without others funds and with a low risk..

Nope. The pool mining has a good advantage: miners get coins continuously! Imagine: there are 2 miners, one with a large hashpower, other with small hashpower. If the small miner has a big unlucky, he run the rig days without coin. While, in pool mining, the smaller miner get every hour/day/etc a small coins.
And if someone want to use a rig rentals, he just setup an own stratum server, and point the rented rig to this. so solomine doesnt prevent rentals.

The solo mining works only, if everyone have almost the same hashpower. But it is not... 

You can handle it easy: the first 100/200/1000 blocks have 0 reward, so pools have time to setup (100/200/etc min) the system.

dev i saw in OP that first day will be of SOLO-MINING.. why dont leave it for first week, where reward are higher? 1 week of solo and then your pool..

I still think your not asking for enough money , i think you have enough to get started on your build website and maybe even a little stock but as an investor id like to see u get a little more marketing capital.
That will Make or break your buisness the ability to get people to your site and see your Toys im sure there is a market of people interrested in what your making and will make in the future but getting to people to your site to buy is the Biggest hurdle and shouldnt be underestimated.
U could consider doing a second investment round ,(u will need to reserve some coins for this) to pay for additional marketing.
This second round would have a Higher Price since you would have your first round of investments done.(to reward early investors.)
