My problem is I tried several times to do port forwarding on the router but it is not working and I still have masternode connection problem. So I am staking now but every time 0.3 8bits reward and several hours for confirmation.
Open a free tier microinstance with windows server 2012 on amazon aws. You can run your masternode easily here. Thanks for the tip. Finally I opened the port but I am still getting same error. The thing is right now my spendable balance is below 112 and majority of my coins are in stake to be confirmed. Is it possible that could be the reason now? you need and exact input of 112 coins to start the masternode.

not capable masternode: Unknown. Check debug.log for more information
still unable to set it up, i got it compiled on the raspberry, but i cannot start it. Some solution?
EDIT: debug.log info: GUI: QCoreApplication::postEvent: Unexpected null receiver
Check the port forwarding in your router. Seems ok, i have tried with several ports but didnt solved try starting with -debug option, also more info should be in debug.log

I'm having some crashing issues with the new 8Bit master node wallet. It runs fine on my primary windows 7 desktop. But when running it on a VM of win 7 or server 2008r2 it crashes.
Dev, do we need to install any dependencies before this will work? I tried the visual c++ redist from 2005-2012, that didnt fix it.
Other wallets load fine on these systems that I tried to run 8bit wallet from.
running fine on win7 x64 vmware, maybe some crash report could help!

Guys move on, this is too messed up to be saved, unless you want to give the scammer dev another chance to dump on you!
there are examples of good take over coins. If there was no community support, i totally agree with you. But this is not a coin that only had 5 investors in it, this is a coin with more then 100 people involved, a little difference here...My loses are not that big, but still... I have seen some successful takeovers too, but here, the dev can get swapped coins too, the whole chain is bearing the scam, no way to clean it for sure. good luck with that. Dev already dumped his coins... he might have more hidden premine coins... where there's one there are three... Maybe, but that is certainly not confirmed. and all wallets are disabled, so they can swap all coins that are on the exchanges, and people that have coins in the wallet have to prove that the coins were mined before yesterday. well it's a big gamble to try and save this, also people will dump as soon as it gets on an exchange, i would just take my loss and move on.

friendly reminder to update and stake some coins with the new wallet if you have many nodes help the new chain by staking some coins, if all coins are in nodes or in exchanges, the chain won't move.

DEV all my confirmed stake still orpanh.. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) That will change when everyone move to new fork and stake on new fork. Many are still staking with the old wallet. The chain will move to new fork. Just give it a little time. this, graceful fork ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

DEV all my confirmed stake still orpanh.. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Mine too, there will be orphans until most of the staking wallets update! so to help stake with a new wallet. some staking people did not update, and they are finding more blocks.
