302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [RBY] ★★ Rubycoin ★★ A precious gem for the digital age on: October 02, 2015, 09:26:19 AM
The moderated thread makes me stay away.

There is a very old thread that was unmoderated, but dealt with too many scam accusations, thus the reason for the new thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=459622.0

Well what if some accusations are true and there are some suspicious things? There is no community or activity in this coin either.

306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vertcoin vs Myriad: Both aim for more decentralised mining. Which way is better? on: September 26, 2015, 05:14:10 PM
both were finished long time ago..nobody gives crap anymore..these btc copy 1.0 coins are all done with no significant community.
307  Other / Meta / Re: Moved back - This forum became so disgusting. Thanks to Smooth, iCEBRAKER and their sockpuppets on: September 22, 2015, 03:59:05 PM
I'm so in favor of deleting this section and suddenly 99% of alts will shit their pants cus they don't have no other way to make a name besides posting their shit here cus nobody outside this forum give a single crap about them.

If you want to filter the good coins please delete this section. This section is for the trash of the trash coins, it has such a bad name that when i see users deperately mention their coin i stay away from it.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many altcoins do you hold? on: September 20, 2015, 02:47:49 PM
lot of shitcoin people holding, i would say scratch 99.9% they have no future and will only exist in this forum.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Realistically does bitcoin have any competition ? on: September 19, 2015, 10:24:04 AM
Everyone is recommending Monero and Ethereum, Monero being ~0.50 US cents while Ethereum being ~0.80 US cents.
I think everyone is forgetting Litecoin. 2 USD per coin. Monero and Ethereum both have potential, but litecoin is much more per coin than both Eth and Monero.

monero and litecoin are pure shit..why? they can only exist in the crypto space..no person outside this dark circle can or will use these coins. litecoin isnt meant to be for the average person..from the lack of their development u can see they only care about trading the coin and not expanding user base..tyhe coin doesnt even have its own ios wallet.
310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Andreas Antonopoulos about censorship on bitcointalk and reddit on: September 18, 2015, 11:41:02 AM
seems the guy is abusing his power to protect his btc, but he doesnt know what hes doing is bad for the value.

Quote
<theymos> XT is wrong because it splits the Bitcoin economy. This is damaging to Bitcoin, and I want Bitcoin to suceed for ideological reasons, so that's no good. In the long-term it may damage the value of my BTC, which is no good.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins are dead ? FinCEN investigation! on: September 16, 2015, 10:21:56 AM

312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are BanxShares as good as GAW Paycoin? on: September 16, 2015, 10:17:32 AM
cant believe this scam is in the top ten and nobody ever mentions it..good job op..everytime is see this coin in top tehn i ask myself how can it be here when it has probably 0 network effect and u dont hear anywhere about this coin..ridiculous. i know marketcap aint telling shit..there are much better coins with a much better usecase than this scam.
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Eliminating the block limit on: September 15, 2015, 02:02:41 PM
I agree with this.. eliminate that block limit shit which is holding bitcoin from going mainstream..we dont have years ok..wallstreet is trying to get in so gtfo that shitty limit..whiners really need to step fcking back..yall holding up bitcoins progress.

The transaction demand is the transaction demand. It's determined by the number of requests for block space not the limit on block space. There is no way to stop a node connected to a miner from submitting a new transaction. Therefore the argument that the block limit controls bandwidth is nonsense.
If blocks are so large that the majority of the hashng power cannot keep up with larger blocks from one super connected miner, that miner's blocks will not be built upon. There is an incentive, therefore, to produce blocks that are visible to as much hashing power as possible. Ta da... The network is incentivised to self limit.
No hard limit. Soft limit easy to set. Lots of statistics gathering. This problem would look after itself.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the most intriguing concepts/cryptocurrencies? on: September 15, 2015, 12:14:30 PM
the greatest concept blazing throughout the current crypto landscape is the peculiar phenonemon known as "forum farting"

FF occurs when a forum member buries the topic that would have made him a millionaire by posting a new topic asking the forum what the best topic for him is (this buries the valuable post deeper) this paradoxically self deprecating behavior aka laziness comes from wealthy western influenced cultures exclusively.

another varient of the forumfart can also occur when an a-hole purposely spams the forum pretending to be a noob asking for general directions when in reality he is actually a scammer with an alterior motive of human knowledge obfuscation

 Roll Eyes ok so whofarted?

this shit is so annoying and happens alot..these fools think people dont notice.. best part is they use their second account to promote their shitcoin..why shitcoin? any coin that only can advertise in this forum has no future. if you cant promote a coin outside the crypto circle has no future cus it will never expand outside the dark crypto circle.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [START] StartCOIN 2.0 - The digital currency for crowdfunding on: September 12, 2015, 08:19:40 PM

317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin popularity vs Dogecoin popularity on: September 11, 2015, 11:59:53 AM
dogecoin isnt popular anymore
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin prices are low. Which coin would you invest in? on: September 10, 2015, 02:11:27 PM
The current coin prices are very low compared to the prices in a longer timescale. Which one would you invest in and why?

outside of the established coins, they all could be considered overpriced, all low liquidity and markets oversaturated.

lol at this litecoin bagholder, the most overpriced coin is litecoin..it has nothing to offer over bitcoin..a copy past coin nobody outisde the c4ypto space uses..its also known as chinacoin and only good for exchanging to bitcoin..besides that no usecase whatsoever..there are much better start ups which are way underpriced. the number 3 coin doesnt even have an ios wallet isnt that ridiculous..way overpriced.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best altcoin for micro-transactions? on: September 09, 2015, 03:48:52 PM
I think time has proven that DOGE is the best for microtransactions... Nothing beats a 1 minute confirm time. Who knows... now that all the DOGEs are out there, maybe price will finally stabilize and the fast block time will work to its advantage, and it will thusly become a(n even more) serious coin.

Some bitcoin services are instant..the fck u talking about..doge aint got shit..only used by stupid dog lovers..the brand is terrible hence the creator jumped his scamcoin. it started as a joke and is still a joke
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dopecoin / Cannabiscoin / Weedcoin / Potcoin on: September 09, 2015, 01:29:24 PM
Last time i checked most drugs related purchases with crypto are still done with Bitcoin..idont think the coins u mentioned will gain adoption.
