You’ll have an opportunity to see proof of your pilot’s diploma and license validity, which is especially critical for general or private aviation, when you don’t have a large airline with its systems and procedures to rely upon. Aeron’s goal is to completely eliminate the risk of any aircraft-related document forgery, and we hope this approach becomes a new standard in aviation safety.

It provides out-the-box mechanisms so developers don’t need to write the entire blockchain software from scratch. The Hyperledger Sawtooth framework is being developed by Intel under the hood of the Hyperledger foundation. It is a blockchain framework highly focused on agility. Basically, the framework itself provides basic things like communication between nodes in a network, storing data onto the blockchain and the architecture for plugging smart contracts and consensus algorithms. Everything besides that can be easily swapped in and out. Let’s dive deeper into the architecture of the framework. Here are some important statements to keep in mind: 1. Any data needing to be persisted is stored in the on-chain key-value storage distributed among the network of validators. 2. This storage allows any binary data to be stored in it. 3. Data is modified with transactions. 4. Every transaction has an associated transaction family and is processed by a corresponding handler. 5. A transaction family handler take the transaction payload, parses it and performs the required business logic and writes out corresponding changes to the storage. 6. Data in storage is addressed with 35 byte addresses, where the first 3 bytes are the prefix, which is by convention unique for every transaction family, and the rest of an address is any data specified by the transaction family (it may be a hash of any data, some number etc). |

It is easy to understand what makes her such an enthusiastic team leader when she explains her many years of being a Pilates and Aerobics instructor, her big passion in life. Born in Serbia before the fall of the Berlin Wall, Maja is no stranger to war and strife. Perhaps, that is why she loves nature, sports and animals. Peace, she realized, early in life, is precious and life is to be lived fully because it is a gift denied to many. Married to a professional handball player, Maja had the opportunity to travel all over Europe and gain invaluable experience working with people from different cultures. Her resilient character and happy disposition helped Maja to travel widely and adapt quickly everywhere she went. Fluent in four languages, including her native Serbian plus Hungarian, English, and French. Maja took to blogging while traveling and living in foreign places, in two languages, about food, lifestyle, and health. As such this company will take the lead in using the protocols main-net capabilities that are going live(on the Ethereum main net) in Q3 of 2018. As of now GUTS Tickets has secured to sell 140 000+ theater tickets in Q3 and Q4 of this year. Due to the characteristics of these theater tickets(seating, certain privileges or complexities per rank, etc.) and the added value of using GET for this type of ticket, GUTS Tickets will require 0.60€ per smart ticket transferred to a consumer. This accounts to a total of €84 000 euro worth of GET that will be required to use the protocol. As described in our white paper this GET will be acquired from the open market. How much GET will be acquired from the open market by event organizers (via the buy-back mechanism) is dependent on the average GET price on the moment of acquisition. As also explained in this blog the bottom price for the buy-back mechanism is 0.50€ per GET and is uncapped upwards (so depending on market price on exchanges). This makes the GET utility token anti-fragile in relation to Ethereum and the blockchain trend/volatility in general. This week, AMO is in San Francisco, California for Crypto DevCon, an event for tech enthusiasts and developers passionate about cryptography and blockchain. The event is hosted by Stanford DTI and Cryptic Labs, and more than 1,000 professionals from Google, Facebook, Apple, LinkedIn, and AMO (!) are slated to attend. There is a multitude of events where finance enthusiasts and investors gather to discuss the direction of blockchain. However, while the current cryptocurrency/blockchain scene can be seen as mere business opportunities, there are major implications on society, academia, and the global exchange of ideas and resources. Professionals and academics alike will be present at Crypto DevCon to open up a space where anyone can propose ideas on distributed systems, cryptography, and how these will affect the future. One of the headline speakers for this event will be Professor Whitfield Diffie, the “founding father” of public key cryptography. Diffie’s work in 1976 introduced a radical new method of key distribution that solved a fundamental problem in cryptography at the time — key distribution. His iconoclast philosophy and pioneer work in the field of cryptography is no secret, and on June 12 he will be speaking about a new Internet project he is advising. Alongside other expert speakers, AMO’s Chief Evangelist, Jaeson Yoo, will also be speaking on “Blockchain for Time-Series Data,” emphasizing the need for a secure platform for the safe exchange of data.
