301  Economy / Speculation / Re: One satoshi for $1 dollar will occur someday on: February 19, 2020, 03:43:52 AM
It is someday and we don't know that situation can be experienced by us. There are many things that will faced by bitcoin and its user, yeah regulation will be the first thing that will always be prevent bitcoin get mass adoption. Mass adoption is the one way for bitcoin have a high price because as you know its price rely on supply and demand and there is no manipulation against it. Other than that bitcoin will never be use as main of payment system that can be used by all human on this world. Because bitcoin is different with the money fiat which we are using now.

These days we see all the altcoins are using satoshis as a reference in order to express their value, many things will do the same, using satoshis in order to express their value, not just altcoins, altcoins now are showing the world the example, many items will follow suit using sats also. And because of scarcity in bitcoin max supply, satoshis are getting more attention everywhere.
302  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Who is behind KYC info? Why we don't ask them for KYP? on: February 19, 2020, 03:31:58 AM
If we begin to constantly exchange confidential information in cryptocurrency, it will be some kind of nonsense. We do not need KYC checks on small transactions. Decentralization in this matter will not solve the problem. Clear rules are required to comply with the KYC procedure, such as, for example, FATF requirements. According to the recommendations of this organization, a KYC check should be applied if transactions exceed one thousand euros. More than two hundred participating States must comply with this binding recommendation by June 21 of this year. This will be an acceptable solution to the KYC problem in cryptocurrency.

The best alternative is to use private-oriented cryptocurrencies, many of them use decentralized exchanges like Bisq. In the future, many crypto projects will turn into this type of business, because of the privacy advantages they offer.
303  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to Separate Authentic Airdrops from Airdrop Scams on: February 19, 2020, 01:22:52 AM
I have applied to many airdrops in the past and now have decided not to do anymore that, because of the waste of time is big, when we don't know who is behind each project, we need to verify every aspect of the project, starting with how reliable the team is, also to see if they are committed and have good communication.

Time will tell you if the team is good or not, and also experience will help you decide which is a good project to support.
304  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advantages of having an account on bitcointalk on: February 19, 2020, 01:11:48 AM
This forum has many advantages, the main one to me is learning from others, and once we have done some work with some projects we then can learn and share from our own experience, share useful things that helped you earned money or just help people here bringing your knowledge and personal experiences.

This forum is getting better each day because moderators are doing a good work filtering spam or nonsense posts. me point this forum could become one of the nest crypto forums.

305  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Important Point of Earning Merit on: February 19, 2020, 01:04:58 AM
Now you need to apply to yourself what you are suggesting to do, that will help to increase your merits.
It is better to bring new ideas, useful ideas, or just help anytime soon whenever somebody is asking a question, and help with knowledge from our own experience.
306  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best guide so far... on: February 19, 2020, 01:01:39 AM

"What if the cryptocurrency disappear?"

It will take a lot of time for cryptocurrencies to get disappeared, at least not soon in the next 3 decades, it will become just better and more widely used. Each day blockchain is getting more attention from more people in different countries.

Blockchain now is one of the pillars or foundation for other better newer technology to bring better solutions. Soon blockchain will be like internet is today, basic tools to solve many necessities.
307  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: First steps to keep your cryptos safe. on: February 19, 2020, 12:55:36 AM
10. Avoid the use of public internet connection for important transactions.
I don't understand what you mean by that? The power of Bitcoin is to be able to work publicly unlike bank transactions.
There is no risk with transactions since you don't send your private key, so the amount of funds transferred doesn't matter.

I meant unsecured public internet connections. Those without password protection, anyone can see what the user is sending via internet.
308  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Consider these 12 things before joining a bounty program on: February 18, 2020, 10:58:14 PM
Before participating in a crypto bounty project, here are some things you need to check in order to save time and problems later with the project.
1. A very basic and important thing to check first is that they have reliable staff willing to answer questions the same day or at least the next day.
They are usually responsive when they are trying to raise fund.

Before participating in a crypto bounty project, here are some things you need to check in order to save time and problems later with the project.
4. Check the number of followers on Twitter and other social networks.
And don't be deceived with fake followers especially in Facebook and Telegram.

7. Test them the first week, to see if they reward what they promised.
Bounty rewards are usually distributed after end of the campaign.

8. Ask all-important questions about legal stuff like KYC, countries allowed, etc.
And note that sometimes, they lie about KYC.
As it is said in all of bounties, they have the right to change the rules at any time.

-Don't trust ICOs rating websites.
-Don't be deceived with big price of tokens in ICO. You cannot sell your tokens at those prices.
-Note that they may decrease number of tokens allocated to bounty.

I agree with all those notes you have added to each point.
It is difficult to see results in the first week, maybe 1 month need to be spent just to test the team and figure out if all keeps going fair. But normally they pay at the end of ICO, it is better to think twice before wasting time with them.

It is better to be very picky with all of those bounties.

My first time on this Freebitco.in thread and my first post on this thread, I didn't even search for this thread before, I just imagine that maybe they were having their own thread, this faucet-casino place is a good one and it pays what it says, you can withdraw without problems. I suggest this faucet to anyone willing to earn passive income every day while they do other stuff.

I have not explored the site 100% yet. But now I am more active on the site, I even use their signature now.

You've been here on this forum since 2015 and its quite surprising that you arent even aware on Freebitco's existence but well not all people are that interested much on some sort of things though.

This site is been legit and been long running which had been trusted by many. This turns out to be a faucet site in first place then later on they do offer something new or add ups which is
pretty amazing imho.

I wasn't aware of this thread, but I was aware of this fauce before, just didn't use it so often than now.

Now I have a question about redeeming RP, I haven't done yet. If I hit encash will I get those sats right in my balance the same day?
I think it is better to redeem them instead of having them parked there just not earning interests.

311  Other / Beginners & Help / First steps to keep your cryptos safe. on: February 18, 2020, 09:31:22 PM
If you are new in bitcoin, here are some important steps in order to do transactions with security in mind.

First, you need to save all pieces of information about all your crypto transactions and remember that with crypto any amount you send it is not possible to get it back if it was sent to a wrong crypto address, better to send a small amount first.

Since you probably will use more than one exchange and create accounts on many places here are some steps to keep your info offline and private.

1. Use offline spreadsheets to register your accounts, only use with an offline device (Pc or other) not the best option, but you decide.
2. Use a different password for each account, you might try using password managers.
3. Backup your sensitive info (spreadsheets or better alternative) regularly offline with protected files.
4. When you need to modify profiles, also update your spreadsheets.
5. Keep your information in a single folder, so later you just update the same source.
6. Keep a copy of your protected backup in different safe locations.
7. If you are going to use USB memory flash use the ones with password protection.
8. It is preferable if you use hardware wallets to store your digital assets.
9. Use a private internet connection if possible (VPN).
10. Avoid the use of public internet connection for important transactions.

This list could be bigger, these are just a few of them by now.
312  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be cautious about downloading wallets from new alts announcements on: February 18, 2020, 08:23:37 PM
Preferable to download the project's wallet after you have verified the community, credentials, online profiles of the staff, know a little bit more the developers, check how serious the project is, find for the reputation of members, team, project, etc.

Check the wallet with antivirus software. Ask someone in the community or forum if they are using it already.

2. Check if the project will solve something not covered by other projects already.
3. Verify if their staff is online showing their profiles with plenty of their info & they are active at Github.
4. Check the number of followers on Twitter and other social networks.
5. See if they have a practical way to count/reward your support where you can see right away your earn, or at least they count properly the same day or week.
6. Test them to see how good they are managing the community's feedbacks & communication.
7. Test them the first week, to see if they reward what they promised.
8. Ask all-important questions about legal stuff like KYC, countries allowed, etc.
9. Check that they have professional written ANN or bounty program, if they have a lot of mistakes, quit soon.
10. Evaluate how committed they are with the project.
11. Check that they have a professional and original written white paper.
12. Choose them if the project resonates with your passion.

I can add later more if they are important. Or you can suggest new ones.

314  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: LOCKED TOKENS RECEIVED FROM BOUNITES on: February 18, 2020, 06:34:48 PM
I discovered that there are tokens that i received as payment for bounty campaigns and Airdrop. these tokens has been in My wallet for over one year. i knew projects do lock tokens for over a period of one year or below.

I am certain that these token has passed the locked period. i found it difficult to transfer these tokens to the exchanges. after several account migration. i also discovered that some of these projects are no more(SCAM) but they are still trading.
My observation is : could be possible that the project owners has forgotten to unlock these tokens. could it be possible there was a swap. even if there was a swap, i can still transfer the token out of my wallet.

What could be the problem??

Once there was a swap it is difficult to recover those old tokens. In many cases, some crypto project managers/team care nothing about their supporters and don't give them plenty of time doing the swap and holders/supporters of the tokens just lost them.

This is a good chance to get to know well a project, if they swap and don't give enough time for it then you can just imagine how awful that team is and can be in the future, better not to engage with their projects, there are many unprofessional like that.

316  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Fighting unemployment by monetizing your passion. on: February 18, 2020, 05:25:56 PM
Considering the high rate of unemployment in the world is increasing rapidly ...

This may sound like a crazy idea to you, but we should try to have much more unemployment. You do not need to be employed, you should just have income. Employment and income have been associated correlated along millennia but now the human have the unique and rare opportunity of getting the machines do the work and simply distribute the profits. Capitalism and any form of organisation that does not intend to free the man from its constrains, including the obligation to work, will be obsolete in a few decades.

I agree, we should be trying to eliminate jobs, not create them.

In order to eliminate works as you suggest, we need improving education about self-learning/self-education. Education is the foundation in order to help people realize that working just for money is not a good idea, we need to teach them all that they first need to do what they really enjoy doing. After that, money will show up like magic!

Teaching about how to be passionate about what people do is a good thing to keep talking and keep helping people on that matter.
Finding what we love to do shouldn't be that difficult, but we need to start by the example, doing our part first, then teach others. Each day we should start doing at least 3 or 4 things we really love doing, and from there we can master what we want to do more on a regular day.

317  Local / Primeros pasos y ayuda / Re: La Jerga Del Blockchain on: February 18, 2020, 03:03:18 AM

318  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Just one place to see crypto updates? on: February 18, 2020, 02:50:38 AM
~
There is a site but not all coins/token only decent ones you can check in the link below.

@OP
Looks like you are looking for a Crypto Calendar, no problem that website already exist here it is https://coinmarketcal.com/en/
This site is up to date in fact they list previous and upcoming updates of a certain coin/token. updates like this are all covered "main net, swap, conference events, etc. I think they only list decent projects often listed on coinmarketcap and coingecko.

Website: https://coinmarketcal.com/en/
Telegram Bot: https://t.me/cmcal_bot

Coinmarketcal Looks great, having all those coins displayed in the way they do is useful, so you can see what's coming next or what they are doing, you have them right there on one small box, with options to go further for details, I think I saw that site before but didn't pay attention, but now makes more sense, more useful.

319  Economy / Speculation / Re: One satoshi for $1 dollar will occur someday on: February 18, 2020, 02:39:08 AM
100 million $ per bitcoin, that's a crazy price for this market. And I think that if this happens, we need to wait a few more centuries. Currently the price of bitcoin is only $ 10,000 and its growth is still too slow, I hope that this year prices can go through ATH and create something really big to attract investors.

Given how fast technology is changing, and especially society, there is no point in talking about the prospects for several centuries. Perhaps in 100 years the very concept of money will change dramatically. Perhaps bitcoin will be the cause or part of these changes.

For sure in 100 years from now and even before, the concept of money has to change one or another way, nothing will stay static and the status quo changes with time, many years. Status quo and comfort are the things why society can't move forward faster.
320  Economy / Economics / Re: Countries with banks to buy and sell cryptocurrencies on: February 18, 2020, 02:28:18 AM
Nobody is afraid of banks going into crypto? I mean looking at the financial world right now, banks are the reason why we are not doing that well right now. They are using everyone's money to make more money, that is literally stealing. I do not have 100% control over what my money is doing right now for example, it is at a bank which is putting it on some stocks and making profits whereas I am said that I can withdraw whenever I want.

Well, that is not reality is it? If all the money was withdraw, how could they pay us all? They would have to at least sell all their investments which would crash the economy. We already gave banks too much power with fiat, I really hope the same won't happen with crypto, if we let them do whatever they want, they will ruin crypto market as well.
[/quote

Banks are going to play an important role In the beginning, they will help to reach mass adoption, once a lot of people are well aware of cryptos and how they can use themselves without having to pay a third party like banks then banks should disappear or be there for other uses if needed.
