Use spell check, "Next step, fill the form with your correct personel info."
should say "personal" there.

Thank you! It was corrected

We are now shipping our popular bitcoin debit card to 6 new countries. We are shipping to Azerbaijan, Ecuador, Nepal, Kosovo, Solomon Islands and Colombia.

https://blog.e-coin.io/now-shipping-to-azerbaijan-ecuador-nepal-kosovo-solomon-islands-and-colombia-be4a8ae464ef#.g0oyl1c6n

My country still not supported and then i can't till now get this debit card, however i really need it nowadays.
I hope you continue your work till making the card available worldwide.
I use the virtual card sometimes and it's not bad

We are working with the bank to make as many countries available as possible. One of our global goals is to cover all the world, however unfortunately very little depends on us in this area.
303  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: January 25, 2016, 12:21:05 PM
seems to be ok now. I still stand by my criticism though, outages you are aware off should be visible somewhere, and a nice to have feature would be to an opt-in email when the problems are resolved.

Also, any progress on the other features I requested ? Like returning the qr code so I can load bitcoins from my mobile phone and a clear overview of used/ remaining card limits.

thx.

We are working actively on redesign right now and on new features. It should include QR code for your BTC wallet address, service status with all outages and maintenances, and new mobile app. Not sure how clear the card limits would be there (it is still under discussion), though hopefully it will satisfy you.

Hi All,

We had a technical incident with lost connection between us and the bank yesterday, the funds from bitcoin wallets did not reach the cards. It was not long, and we loaded most of the failed cards manually, however might have missed someone.

If you are missing your funds, please send an email to support@e-coin.io.

Hi All,

Check out our survey. For submitting one you'll get free card or chance to win a plastic card or $100!

https://docs.google.com/a/easycoingroup.com/forms/d/1oxUBmE5hQx-L0vGygdRrMU8j9z7r05ox0oUjYk4GD-o/viewform

I already entered that a few days ago, does everyone who entered get a virtual card? Or it it just a few that are given out. It says "free virtual card" but I'm not 100% sure so I thought I'd ask & clarify.
Thanks Smiley

Yes, if you selected (at the very bottom of the survey) that you wish to get a free virtual card - you will get 100% discount for one once we collect all the results (Jan 31).

Hello All,

I am sorry the service is still unavailable. The bank did not send the settlement on Monday, and the FIAT has finished during the weekend - that's the card load is not working at the moment (to my acknowledge EUR and USD are affected, not sure about GBR). We hope the bank manages to correct this later today, and the issue with card loads would be fixed.

The card load for all currencies is restored. There are still limitations for USD amounts to load, we hope to remove them later today or tomorrow.

Thank you all for your understanding!

Can you answer my question please. Why i cant pay with paypal, i want to try the card. Thanks

Hello,

We had to stop payments via PayPal due to increased number of chargebacks initiated by some customers (either on purpose, or by confusion). Currently it is only possible to order cards paying with Bitcoins. We are working on other payment methods, however they are not launched yet.

e-coin support did you get card loading by Paysafecard fully working?

I'd like to know that too , It would be awesome if you guys can do that .

We are still waiting for the bank to fix some integration issues with PaySafeCard they have. Once it is available, I will post it here.

Hello All,

Service is unavailable for USD card load. Should be fixed later today (~Monday morning GMT).

Thanks for the faq link, looks like I'll need to make $33 for expedite :/

The expedite delivery costs $50. Not sure where you found $33 (could you please show me, I may need to correct this to avoid any confusions).
316  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: January 17, 2016, 02:27:53 AM
Okay, I deposited $17 into my wallet. It's 2/3 (Pending)
Before I order the card I have a few questions Smiley
1: How do I add PayPal funds to the card? I know you need to add it via Bank or something but I'm not sure how.
2: How long is shipping to Australia via standard delivery?
3: Suppose I don't have a phone, (broken) what would I do?
Thanks.

Hello,

1. As was mentioned before (most probably correctly), you cannot withdraw money from PayPal to MasterCard. And at the moment we offer MasterCard only. I hope we would be able to add Visa virtual cards back soon.
As for how exactly, I believe PayPal users will help with that (I am not acquainted with the interface or withdrawal procedure).

2. it takes 2-8 weeks. By selecting standard delivery option we also assume you take on the risk of possibility the card is lost or delayed.

3. You can just specify any phone number (fake one) as it is not really used much. Especially if you do not care about getting SMS notifications.

Just wanted to say I honestly find that very hard to believe, if for no other reason than there seems to be only a handful of people in this thread who have confirmed owning a card and we are the only one's reporting the issues we've (all) been encountering.

Hello @davinchi,
I am sorry I am not sure what issue you are referring to.

In the thread you are quoted we discussed the free promo card. Do you have any issues with getting it? Or you are concerned that the winners are not some one from this forum?

Please clarify a bit.
318  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: January 15, 2016, 01:34:59 AM
hi

i was transfer some of my BTC to my e-coin account ( 54$ in BTC ) bcz someone tried to hack my wallet in blockchain

than i load my card (USD visa ) with 19,83 $ than 20$ let say  40 $

but i check my account today i found 0,00000000 BTC  !!!
so 54$ - 40$ = 0$ ??

Please send an email to support@e-coin.io. I do not have information about your account on forum and cannot check anything. There might have been just a glitch in the system, but maybe something more serious.
I will await for your email (or you can send me your E-Coin login in private messages).

second question please

i was win in the first contest ( usd card visa)
than i buy EURO card  ( visa )
than in the last contest i claim my GBP card for free ( mastercard )

i receive another email to claim a virtual card again as i'm winner in contest " 13 - 01 - 2016 "
thats mean i win twice ??!
however i didnt expect to win free virtual card
i refer many people via my ref link ( u can check how many refs i have about 200 refs )
i assist them and i answer all their questions in my native language ( arabic )
i expect to win at least 3 rd place  Tongue Tongue

Well, it might be that the promo email arrived to you twice. We made two waves of mailing for our Promo participants. The first was earlier in January. The second was for those, who did not get the first email (around Jan, 13).
As for the prices, I cannot tell exactly how winners were chosen, but I am sure it was pretty random.

And thank you for referring us! We do appreciate this much!

Hi All,

We have received an official answer from the bank about our cards' monthly fee. It is taken every month when you have positive balance, no matter whether you made some transactions or not. You cannot have negative balance, so if you have balance 0 or less than 1, the fee is skipped.
And you will not be charged later when you top up your card for "feeless" months.

I guess, we will try to negotiate with them older conditions (when you paid the fee only if there was some activity during the month), however at the moment it is like that.
Well again it's not bad if you do not have any balance, but can user skip the fees in this way by withdrawing all the amount and after every 1st of the month sending back the money?

I thought about this as well. However, did not have a chance to test it yet. My suggestion the "feeless" months will not be charged, because I saw client's card which were empty for few months after they ordered it, and once they loaded the card the next month fee was regular $1. I will try to test this to be sure (only not this month unfortunately).

Also, the fee is taken not on the 1st day of the month, but around the date your ordered the card. E.g. you ordered the card on Oct 9 - then fee will be unloaded every 8th, 9th or 10th day of the month.
