301  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: January 02, 2021, 06:33:45 AM
Hello every body.I am a Newbie. I joined Crytopia about four months ago. I hold ont and dog Now I want to practice to trade .Please help me give some idea for Newbie as me, I should trade or not? I really want to receive the instruction of the go-ahead, thank a lots.  Kiss Kiss

Yes, trade, but you must be ready to do trading as your profession, and ready to not earn any more for maybe 1,5-2 years. But still trading. That`s why for start you must have money for living maybe for 6 months without any income.

I think they can learn at a slow pace.

You can't just force them to be ready to do some trades and take it as their own profession. The OP is just asking about some ideas and tips we can give him. Not all of us here that do trading have trading or investing as their professions or career. I think most of us here have a main job or main source of income and take trading and investing as a secondary source. This forum can help you give a lot of ideas about trading and also investing. There are a lot of available information too about exchange platforms so you just need to venture this forum about it.
302  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't be greedy at this time. on: January 02, 2021, 05:04:31 AM
Its really a good advice but we're in the middle of the pandemic some of us really want to take the risk of being greedy but I think being greedy is not a problem if you know the price will go up and you will take profit.

It is a problem no matter what.

I know that there are a lot of people right now that are so desperate to earn, the fact that there are a lot of people scammed in our country because of the schemes they've thought would give them profit during the lockdowns. I know that we are all desperate but we should always remember that we should not be used by our emotions in these circumstances. We should think about it and act based on it. If we can't do it alone, there are a lot of people that would help us.
303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: January 02, 2021, 04:38:15 AM
Will Logan Paul at least give a challenging match inside the ring?

We all know what will happen.

Despite the predictions or the guesses, I don't think Logan could even stand in round 1 for a long period of time if Mayweather wanted to finish the game early. This is not even a challenging match for Mayweather, it would be a piece of cake, easy money for him. All of the things Logan's side are saying for me is just to advertise their fight and make more profit.
304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP 5 James Bond gambling scenes on: December 30, 2020, 10:02:45 AM
For me it remains casino Royale. Obvious, but Bond isn't much of a gambler either. If you want to watch a good gambling movie, I wouldn't recommend a Bond series.

I agree with that.

I am not a fan of James Bond and his movies but I do know that Casino Royale is one of those movies with gambling scenes. I wouldn't recommend the Bond series as well since most of the time, gambling is not the main genre of the series. I am not updated with new movies or TV series about gambling so I hope maybe some of you could give me some recommendations.
305  Economy / Speculation / Re: $25,000 can be achieved by end of year? Or January 2021? on: December 30, 2020, 05:12:53 AM
It is wondering to think about bitcoin achieved the $25k level after few days of op post.now situation is changed and everyone set the new  achievement level of bitcoin which is $30k.as we can see the rocket growth of bitcoin, i hope bitcoin will able to fulfilled our requirements before start of 2021 cause market is still on bullish. If it failed, then would be expecting to happen within January 2021.

We might reach $30K at the end of the year.

I thought that $25K would be impossible in this month but right now we are at $27K and it might keep on going upward since we are never seeing it slowing down. The price is still strong and still staying at that price mark and if that kept on holding at that mark, there is a high chance that we would be seeing $30K as the ATH.
306  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 30, 2020, 04:56:24 AM
2021 is going to be very tough for all the nations .The economy will “get worse before it gets better” due to coronavirus spread. Unemployment problem will rise in 2021.

Why it would be next year?

It should be this year where the pandemic is still the main problem. Right now, the vaccine is the problem and the virus is slowly going down as people and medical institute adapted to what is happening. The unemployment problem you are saying already happened and I don't think next year would be that of a problem that you think.
307  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are your Bitcoins safe? on: December 30, 2020, 03:26:42 AM
I could relate this in the past.

Not my experience but there are a lot of people who bought Bitcoin and are not serious about holding it or trading it and when the price exploded, they are posting everywhere asking about how they would be able to get back their wallets with their private keys gone, forgotten, and deleted. Some even already threw their PCs where their bitcoin is stored.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has bitcoin done to you? on: December 30, 2020, 02:35:48 AM
I see some posts saying they earned a lot of money because of Bitcoin, but that is not determined by Bitcoin.

When you invested in Bitcoin, it is not Bitcoin that will make the decision of making or giving you a profit. It is your decision-making, experience, and skills that made you earn that profit. Bitcoin is moving based on the demand and supply of the market and if we will be talking about what bitcoin has done to us, that would be the freedom because of its decentralization.
309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: December 30, 2020, 02:02:37 AM
Is anyone even considering the possibility of a win by Logan Paul? Or do you guys think that there is not even a 0.0001% chance of that happening? Floyd Mayweather retired from professional boxing many years ago and he is no longer training regularly. So I would assume that there is a remote chance that Paul may land some of his shots on the right position.... well.. even for me it sounds ridiculous.. If Paul manages to beat Mayweather, it will be the greatest boxing upset of all time.
The possibility that Logan could win is always there. The question is a different one. Despite the fact that, as you said, Floyd is being out of shape, in my opinion the chance that Logan can win against someone who had professional training in the past, is very minimal.

It is there, way up there.

Despite the retirement of Floyd Mayweather, I don't think that it would increase the chance of Logan winning this exhibition match. He might not be the same Floyd in his prime but I don't think it would be enough to say that he would lose this match. Considering the experience and the skills they developed in fighting other pros, there is no way that we would be having this argument about this 2%-4% chance of Logan winning.
310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: December 20, 2020, 09:49:17 AM

But then again, why is he fighting an amateur?

We know he is capable of defeating other professionals but I think he is just too lazy to fight them and just rather fight an amateur for some easy money. Right now, other fighters are now biting the bait of Jake Paul asking him to fight. We should not be provoked by these people, I still stand on professionals fighting professionals.

Why fight a professional fighters when the amount of money that you are going to earn is the same as when you are facing an amateur fighter like Logan and besides these amateur cannot hit like what professional fighters hit and Mayweather can dusk hit and knock them all at whatever time he wants, he want all things easy, easy money easy fight.

Same amount? Are you serious?

Logan will be paying him $5M, and as far as I know he will also be taking 50% of the PPV sales. I don't think it would be that hit unlike when he fought against McGregor where he took $300M, with a $100M guarantee. It is easy money from an easy fight but in terms of his past fights, it is not even comparable the money he earned.
311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The biggest 10 countries that gamble the most. on: December 20, 2020, 09:37:31 AM
Chine is the Number 2 in the Gaining list though wasn't listed in the Losers so the country is there and not for totally banning.

and 1 thing is the List was created and provided in 2017-2018 meaning 2-3 years from our time now ,there are many changes for Sure .

and Gambling is maybe illegal in China but they are the Biggest owner of gambling places around the globe.

That might be true.

Even though China banned gambling in their country, there are still a lot of casinos in Macau and then a lot of online casinos functioning. I don't know if they have POGOs in their country because here in our country, there are a lot of them. But does that count? these POGOs offer their services outside the country, that means they are not in the country.
312  Economy / Speculation / Re: NEW ATH 24K$$ TODAY on: December 20, 2020, 09:33:14 AM
Might hit $25K, or maybe not.

What I am expecting is the massive adoption that could happen next year. Since Paypal accepted Bitcoin, it seems to create this positive effect helping the price to climb to what we have right now. We've been waiting for this adoption and it seems 2021 is the year. Even though we don't talk about the price, as long as adoption is there, the massive change would be coming.
313  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't be greedy at this time. on: December 20, 2020, 03:28:48 AM
That wouldn't be easy as a newbie, as a beginner.

Seeing such price, you would be greedy sometimes and that can't be helped unless you already know what you are doing and especially if you are already experienced when it comes to the movement of the market. Expect the unexpected and have these countermeasures about it. You can't evade losses but you can lessen the those.
314  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc and alts on: December 20, 2020, 02:09:47 AM
But we can see that only the 3rd scenario is happening right now i.e alts are following btc.
What's about the 1st and 2nd.

There are the times that those happened.

In the past, when a lot of people are expecting Bitcoin to pump, it didn't. At that time, the price of Bitcoin are expected to pump at the end of the year but at that time, ETH pumped while BTC is falling. This really depends on the time that you are looking at the price chart. These 3 scenarios happens and will keep on happening since they are not that directly affected by each other.
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The biggest 10 countries that gamble the most. on: December 20, 2020, 02:03:39 AM
I sometimes wonder how many Americans are gambling now. Typically people gamble online with much higher amounts because you have faster access to large sums of money.
There are many restrictions for Americans, but looking purely at casinos that are physically located, I think there is a lot of gambling going on here. Or maybe somewhere in Asia.
I did not know so many people players from Australia.
Yeah me too, if the number one in the list is Asia , I don't have any doubt about that but it is Australia, here in asia, we have a lots of casinos and local gambling games some of them are not registered and illegal but still many people are unto it, so it is quiet new to me that we are not into the number one in the list, maybe it is good since I knew that we belong to the 3rd world country losing that amount is quiet unusual in here.
I agree with you, I honestly thought that Asia would come first of the list. For instance, Macau's biggest source of revenue is gambling tourism, making up about 50% of their economy. Gambling tourism has been also a significant contributor to economic growth of different Asian countries.  And also considering the fact that the largest casino in the world, Venetian Macao, is located in Asia.

Asia, as a whole might really top this list if we will be basing this on the continent.

The reason that we are talking about the countries which gamble the most means we are talking about countries and that is the reason Australia tops it all. As far as I know, Australians have a huge problem when it comes to gambling, the reason they are number one, that is the same with other countries like Singapore, Ireland and Finland which is also on the list.
316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: December 20, 2020, 01:14:22 AM
Its his style and no one can change that neither its just really his behavior or just simply some show off to the public. The more hype it generates the more interesting the fight would be.

There are indeed lots of haters but those arent hindrance for him to reach into the top.No matter how much those people do have bad impression towards him but still we cant deny the fact that he's
one of the greatest boxers of this era.

Neither its just a pure show or real/personal teasing or provoking opponents but whats important that he can prove out that he can defeat them.

317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: December 19, 2020, 09:32:24 AM
Seems like you are tired of watching what Mayweather's style of Boxing mate, I can bet on you because I find His games as inappropriate for a Real Boxer needs to do ,I know that each boxers has strategy and Floyd has this using the whole ring to favor him ,by Running  and Take chances of Punching to put scores .

Sorry for Floyd's Fans but that is annoying ,we need to see true Boxing in which exchanging punches over and over again.

Same reason why i don't believe in every win he has specially if the opponent did not Hit the floor because of this behavior inside the ring.

You don't need to apologize.

It is just the truth though. he doesn't have that explosive matches like other boxers did. Usually, most of the people I know watch fights of Mayweather not because they want to see a fight of him but because they wanted to see Floyd's opponent and if that boxer would be able to knockout or defeat him to stop his golden record.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Altcoins Follow BTC Rally? on: December 19, 2020, 08:08:56 AM
Sometimes we see When the BTC High then Alts move slightly. So, what's the correlation of Alts with BTC?

When Bitcoin rallies, altcoins follow.

Eth is making its slow upward movement, other altcoins would do the same. I don't know what triggers it but maybe some people trade their Bitcoin into other altcoins the reason why they are making such movements. As long as the price of Bitcoin stay high up there, I think altcoins would be making this parade following Bitcoin.
319  Other / Archival / Re: ... on: December 19, 2020, 07:37:00 AM
Will bitcoin eventually dominate the world economy and replace traditional currencies?

That won't happen.

It is nice that we are seeing Bitcoin reaching new ATH again but I don't think it would replace traditional currencies, I don't want to see it from happening either. Based on what is happening right now, if there comes another financial crisis, people might consider Bitcoin more than other assets or investment. I think it would be better if Bitcoin will be adopted more next year.
320  Economy / Speculation / Re: $25,000 can be achieved by end of year? Or January 2021? on: December 19, 2020, 06:25:35 AM
The price is just going back and forth at $22K and $23K.

I guess we will be achieving the price at $25K this year or maybe next year because we should be bracing for the correction or maybe dump that would happen in the next few weeks. For now, just enjoy the price while we are still at it. We never know how long will it stay like that so it is better to do things that you won't be regretting in next month.
