PayPal can only see the info you typed in, not the real name on the account. If you used an alias, simply write that name in the bank details area of the withdrawal page and enter the rest of your info as you normally would (account number, routing number, etc)

Most of these big banks do not care if the names match up for deposits, just the account numbers. I tried this with PayPal and Wells Fargo and it worked perfectly.

Bingo. I agree with everything here. Why would anyone go through the hassle of acquiring coins to buy something they can easily buy with the swipe of a debit card? Bitcoin's true usefulness is in these areas in which fiat falls short.
