actually you can just put addnode in there removing everything else. addnode=82.211.19.114:43282 adding just this is enough to make your wallet sync. I'm using Windows 10, but does not work in a wallet for windows 10?
More probably if the error is win32, there is a possibility that you have not downloaded the wallet completely. This always happen when we are downloading via browser. You need to redownload the wallet again if you can use a download accelerator to make sure you downloaded the wallet successfully is better. Then run the wallet. Win 10 is a tricky thingy. I might admit a lion chunk of apps proven workable on win 8 x64 wont ever load on win 10 x64, not to mention various kinds of cpu & gpu miners complaining that they couldnt run on win 10 x64 for unknown reasons. I haven't run win 10 because of the rumored tracking built in it to trackdown torrent sites, but there is someone who is using win 10 that the program is running smoothly at his end, so i came to a conclusion that the possible cause of the error is the incomplete download. And it seems that is the problem in this case  You can try a virtual box, vmware to run multiple operation systems at the same time. For me, I run Ubuntu, Ubuntu Server, Mac OS Sierra, Windows 10, Windows Server... I would love to but my unit is really slow and it is annoying when your screen freezes everytime you move your mouse or do an action whether inside the virtual machine or the actual os. I still have some ICO I am willing to sell @500 to recoup some of the mining costs I have encountered.
I will be keeping most of what I have mined but would like to get some BTC back.
this is 1/3 of the actual price of the ico coin price , i will keep the one I mined until the ICO finished and listed in an exchange. I hope that the ICO will be a success, who knows maybe there is some surprising plan the ICOBID Team have  Please wait until ICOBID launches exchanges. There will be errors if you install new version on a computer which the old version has installed. Please backup the old version data, remove the ICOBID folder of old version in Roaming (search: %appdata%), then install new version. |

I understand where you're coming from.. But I disagree with that.. Imho, if a team can't fix wallet issues themselves.. Sorry, then cryptocurrency is not the right place for your project.. There is money at stake here.. Not candy..
Fact is that projects with so called "project leaders" are often bought coins which are badly coded with only one purpose.. lol.. It's 2016.. almost 2017.. Proof of capable development is a must these days.. Specially when your running a crowdfunding campaign for it..
Care to share what kind of development are you after? Is it the technology of the coin? the economy of the coin? Or all of it.? I am looking at the overall aspect of the coin and not just only the coin itself. And we all know that this thing can't be done by one person alone. That is the reason why, they hire, they recruit and eventually they buy services. I hope you know that even bigger projects that have collected million of dollar do this kind of thing (they are just good at hiding this stuff ). So I don't see any problem if the ICOBID team do this kind of approach. edit: But honestly I agree with you that it would be best if ICOBID Team can have master coin coder in their team Oh yes I know how it works.. lol.. I get hired from time to time myself.. I don't mean there is something wrong with hired developers.. But there has to be some sort of "basic coder" in the team with proper skills.. And with proof of capable development I meant at least being able to create a proper working website (forms etc) and proper working coin wallet.. Really.. cloning a coin is a kids job..
