What is the status of the lawsuit against Kucoin? I have checked everywhere, including the exchange Twitter handle, but haven't found any information about this. What are the chances of wining the suit and possible consequences if they lost. Is it also true that Kucoin is delisting BUSD or they are planinng to delist it?

In current time of globalization, it is not possible for one country to effectively implement these regulations and thus this decision for collective effort might work better according to me. The event is headed by India which has draconian taxations implemented on cryptocurrency users and all they plan on doing is to have a collective draconian rule elsewhere so that people will not have the freedom to trade cryptocurrencies. BTCitcoin is a global currency with freedom and the government want to take away that freedom in the form of regulation . Several times in the past, we have been in this spot of regulation, and I feel another script is coming. Other than an outright ban, I don't see any regulation that can stop bitcoin at the moment. Indians cannot lead the G20 in this decision-making, and I have learned more and more people in G5 are benefiting from bitcoin, and they can't let the space die |

These news don't seem to be helping the market. It surprised me that the crypto market responded upward today, after the Mt.Gox high distribution numbers and silicon valley bank crash. In light of this crash and nondisclosure of tax, the executive will be facing a severe lawsuit. Sometimes it is hard to deal with terrible people in the space who exploit the market to swindle people with big funds. How can we continue to do this and retain people's trust?

I am concerned about the attack on stable coins that affect even banks like SVB. Over the last three years, cryptocurrency has gained confidence from stable coins and their ability to replace volatile coins even during bear markets. It was showing potential for getting a lot of adoption from government and banks can use it to trade fiat whenever traders are willing to do so. The attack on USDC last year was followed by the attack on BUSD this year. This 2 stable coin tragedy resulted in the attack on Silicon Valley bank, what is next? Is there another narrative that can help this space if all of this collapses?

I'd have to agree with 1miau on this one, because Dortmund despite having a good run of form in the league, I still don't see them winning the league ahead of Bayern Munich this season, the latter might have had their ups and downs this season, but Dortmund cannot be relied upon imo either, Bayern Munich have gotten their player back after being injury plagued for a couple of months.
Dortmund are currently going to be more focused on the league alone after getting knocked out of the Champions League by Chelsea, but I still believe that doesn't seem like an added advantage for them from my own perspective, I'd even offer 2:1 bet against anybody willing to back Dortmund to finish ahead of Bayern Munich.
