301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VTR] vTorrent - Share with freedom | 2FA | HD | @Bittrex on: April 27, 2018, 11:15:40 PM
Great price. I also bought more.

I would love to see rich list....

Go to Cryptoguru, the community has recently paid their services to be used as blockeplorer (including richlist).

--------------------------

Vtorrent community has also worked together with dev to create a voice-over for BitTorrent demonstration video which can be seen here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tox2qxO-z4U

Share it, tweet it & spread the word!

Are you in contact with the dev of vTorrent, can you ask him to give an update on the new wallet, will it be released in q2 this year?

Looks like some serious accumulation has been happening lately, and with only a small premine the dev and his family are probably part of the buying spree, so a release could be close.
302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: April 27, 2018, 01:12:27 PM
Did we all not place our trust in David and CfB when we participated in the crowdsale? I don't understand why some of us (luckily very few) are suddenly wary of David's judgement? Can we not simply trust him once again?

If you are a church member "simply trust him" is OK.
If you are an investor you better do you own DD. And then "toxic character" of a founder is not a plus point.

 Grin

99% of ICO investors were following CfB, David and Dominik were never the draw cards, they could both be replaced tomorrow and easily replaced with seasoned tech entrepreneurs, whereas replacing CfB would be impossible. Who cares about personalities anyway, if David is as toxic as you suggest he won't last long in a foundation where bullies will get ejected, even founders. IOTA is bigger than any individual now, except maybe CfB until the COO is safely removed.
303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: April 27, 2018, 01:06:42 PM
17th on marketcap a couple of months ago, now 42nd.......

When the breeze wallet and masternode are released on mainnet things will turn around fast, there is a BIG market for safe and secure anonymising of Bitcoin transactions, and stratis will soon have one of the best product's in the market, plus the ICO market will rebound soon and stratis is also a contender there too. Stay positive, the future is bright!
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zclassic, Zcash Fork No Premine, No 20% Founders Tax on: April 27, 2018, 01:02:41 PM
Bitcoin hush, btch, is superior in so many ways to this coin, smaller blockchain by 3 orders of magnitude,  faster, cheaper, and better dev team with backing of komodo devs, and topped off with p2p trading on atomic swap exchange. Zclassic is way over priced now and being manipulated by pump groups, and btch is a fraction of the price and never been pumped once. No brainer which is the better buy.
305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Sia - Decentralized Storage on: April 27, 2018, 12:56:06 PM
any information for this pump?
Yeah, I wonder what happened. Maybe a listing on Bithumb?

knc will be listed,so does sc?

Even today also many coins are down but SC is in green. Anyone knows what is the exact reason for this pump?

Is it just pumped without any reason or it is moving up with some solid reasons.

I'm a long time investor in this coin and missed to sell when it was an all-time high. I didn't follow up this coin for a long time but just holing all my investment.

I think crypto hedge funds are slowly but surely stocking up on the quality coins with long term viable products with sensible business plans and revenue models. Sia is one of only a handful of legal securities in crypto with a great revenue model in siafunds that will attract institutional money.
306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: April 27, 2018, 12:50:50 PM
Meet & converse w/Reggie Middleton at Dorchester Hotel suite, London, 5pm today 4 VERI holders & those interested in Veritaseum. Printing gods willing, I'll release draft version of PayPie report (not the final product) & announce 2 freshly signed deals in Africa as well as WIP.

Is Reggie doing a world tour or something ... are there t-shirts and other merch available with the tour dates?

Seriously, it's awesome that Reggie is on the crypto circuit now, I'd love to see Reggie going mano-a-mano with Vitalek or Roger one day, rip those guys a new one in debate, or a crazy  cage fight with craig steven wright.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: April 27, 2018, 12:44:21 PM
Hey guys seeing as how there is so many different forks of Monero (Monero Original, Monero Classic, MoneroCash, MoneroV)

Is it actually possible to claim all of these coins, or am I only able to claim one on the old chain.

I have read the risks/concerns in regards to privacy etc.

Does anyone know how we are able to claim them?

why do you want any of those shitcoins   Cheesy

Free money I guess, but only if some exchange lists them and people are crazy enough to gamble and buy them. I made some decent money from Bitcoin forks, but only in the first few days, when I found a dodgy Chinese exchange with idiots buying btc forks, if the same happens with Monero, sure, there is easy money if you move your xmr before you claim the forks.
308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Sirius A New Smart Chain Freely Distributed on: April 27, 2018, 12:27:34 PM

Quick Update:

the Devs have not left bitcointalk forum, we were super busy getting some essential legal work done.

The foundation is now registered. (more details will be posted on our website soon)
We are submitting forms to exchanges as of now.
We will start updating core code on github as soon as we are done with exchange listings.

Thanks to the devs especially Demartini and Mischa for doing most of the work on the legal issues that faced us,
they did a wonderful job. We like to also thank the law firms, companies, and people in Mauritius for the assistance.

What country is the foundation being setup in? Who are the office holders etc

This is very good news indeed, but can you provide more information? The term 'foundation' conjures up something very specific in my mind - a legal entity registered with a government somewhere in a country operating with the rule of law by known individuals - is this what you guys have setup?

309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: April 27, 2018, 12:23:31 PM

Erik makes a reasonable request, it's still very likely IMO that BCH will end up meeting his requirements, but it still might be a couple of years. If the lightning network craps it's pants on arrival then it's a certainty BCH will become bitcoin, and that's certainly a possibility.

Erik is even-handed about this, whereas Roger is in too deep to ever be objective ... good cop, bad cop ...
310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] YOURCHAIN - Let's Make Crypto YOURS Again! on: April 27, 2018, 12:13:23 PM
Yes @V1saya, they raised a lot of money, and that shows in the development. We'll see what happens here, if anything has to happen.

Is Rchain even open sourced yet? Nothing can happen with yourchain unless there is code to work with and some experienced devs to setup the infrastructure to bootstrap the network, I don't think this original dev is coming back, but maybe someone else is interested in taking advantage of the assembled community ...
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: April 27, 2018, 12:05:22 PM
Nobody from WCG is going to hear about it if the team isn't active. The team isn't active because everybody on here is greedy.

2300 WCG accounts eligible for the $150 reward.
25000 accounts eligible for the $40 reward.
It should help to spread the news in the WCG community.

Can someone please explain how the WCG points system works in relation to byteball?

How many WCG points is equal to 1 GB of BB?

What do you mean by eligible for $150 and $40 rewards? are there a cutoff thresholds and then everyone gets those amounts?
312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DAO][VR] The Movement | Fully Decentralized Organization | VR Headquarter on: April 25, 2018, 04:15:21 PM
Basically this organization is a living entity that is not controlled by any one individual or group but governed by all people on the internet who are participating. It's an unstoppable thing. The purpose of the movement is to encourage collaboration "across borders and cultures" so anybody working on top or within this project works on the basis of the values of bringing people together, creating new connections and value. On the basis of blockchain tech for transparency and next-generation governance as well as on the basis of the upcoming VR tech for new ways of collaboration in a 3D world. Bringing dimensions together in new ways. So what you have is an organization built by people for people directly without any middlemen (no enterprise or government involved in any way) to encourage cooperation and innovation. And there's simply going to be tremendous fun taking part in walking around the virtual headquarter talking to people and checking things out ... creating and maintaining spheres with other members, being part of a new stream of evolving possibilities. A thriving community is a lot of fun. You see, an awesome community hub for the VR world is in the making. It's so small that we're all the ultra early adopters.
My two cents
did some digging in the thread and my EYES kept reading this gem post Cool bapp how are you doin' brother

Yes I agree, this encapsulates what The Movement might be if it survives this early phase of creation into a truly decentralised organically growing organisation. So many crypto projects spout decentralisation mantras without coming close to achieving it, most cryptos are highly centralised and controlled money making schemes without much humanity and concern for doing any good in the world. The Movement stands out as being very different!
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qora | POS | Assets | Names | Polls | Automated Transactions | Social Network on: April 25, 2018, 04:08:01 PM
Are you offering a guaranteed rate of return to investors?

Yes, send me all your money, assets, and women, and I will guarantee the bot developer who created you a 5% return, scouts honour,  pinky promise, you can trust me, i have followed crypto for a long time now and i can guarantee you risk free profits, i have Carlos on speed dial.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zclassic, Zcash Fork No Premine, No 20% Founders Tax on: April 25, 2018, 04:04:38 PM
This is an interesting coin. But why no one buys or sells. Does this mean that Zclassic has not found its own market?

Early days still, I am waiting to see if the dev team can leave project before jumping in and investing, I would prefer a coin without devs now, seriously, this coin needs to be abandoned first to see if it is really decentralised sufficiently to survive. I have high hopes that the community here is robust and active enough to survive without training wheels, but time will tell.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: April 25, 2018, 04:00:19 PM
ByteBall now rank 97 in coinmarketcap, with low total supply coins it can easily enter the top ten ranking of coinmarketcap in the coming year, or even earlier. The team conduct the right PR and technology GBYTE very competing, in my opinion.
Top ten is hard, but I think that top 20 or 30 will be reached sooner or later this year. Which is highest rank of Byteball in the coinmarketcap.com when it hit over $1000?

Honestly, anywhere in the top 50 is good enough while the distribution is still going on, for obvious reasons many investors are waiting for the distro to finish before jumping in. As long as byteball is in the top 50-100 during this phase, we can be confident of top 20-50 When the threat of mystery nefarious dumping is finally behind us.
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - hybrid fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin- 8% Airdrop every week on: April 25, 2018, 03:55:22 PM

FINAL AIRDROP 8%+

Dear Bitcore community,

Just in time with the celebration of our first anniversary, our airdrops will come to an end.
Next Monday, we will distribute all remaining coins from our airdrop address https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/address.dws?262.htm to all registered wallets with a minimum of 1.0+ BTX.

With current calculations we expect to distribute more than 8%, however this may change, depeding on the total number of coins regsitered.

Retweet: https://twitter.com/Bitcore_BTX/status/989150856758091778

- Your Bitcore team

I must congratulate the btx team for job well done, not easy to outline a long range roadmap and then have patience to execute the distribution plan exactly as outlined, well done, there is a grateful and happy community behind bitcore now. My most profitable and rewarding airdrop to date, thanks!
317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] eBTC | The New (ERC20) Bitcoin on: April 25, 2018, 03:50:57 PM
Time to hodl and hope for the best, I feel sorry for anyone who bought up big here, but most are sitting on a free airdrop which still might come good in the future. Crypto market is unpredictable,  I don't  have much hope here for ebtc  but you never know, could be another pump coming, or maybe even some real innovation from some new devs. There is a community here, that may attract new blood.
318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: April 25, 2018, 03:01:48 PM
Are you offering a guaranteed rate of return to investors?

These bot posts are really pissing me off now, for the life of me I just can't understand why the forum mods aren't deleting these accounts to eliminate any chance of profiting from running these bots. The proportion of useful thoughtful posts on this forum is getting critically low now, a rival forum is a real possibility imo.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NEWBIUM - Crypto News and Information Platform on: April 25, 2018, 09:15:51 AM

To increase our marketing efficiency we have established an in-house content newsroom.

This is awesome news, crypto news sites are doge shit, more biased and full of lies than regular media , Newbium could really get advanced adoption from providing unbiased news and opinions. I will buy more based on this, Newbium in house content makes the site much better.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ☑☑☑[ANN][BSD] BitSend -The first Segwit Masternodecoin 0.14.0.5 New Version on: April 25, 2018, 09:09:28 AM
Back to 0.00014 today  Wink

This is a good time to buy more, my goal is a masternode by the end of the year, then 20 bsd per day from then on, which could be a substantial amount in a few years time. Passive income is the key to financial freedom, just want to know how long masternode rewards get paid for, do they ever stop?
